      I purchased an refrigerator from ** a year ago. The fridge has been repaired multiple times and still does not work. I have spent the last 2 months trying to get a refund. They have told I need to have one of their repair people come out prior to getting w refund. This has been going on for 2 months and every time they schedule the repair, it is cancelled or rescheduled. I have had no fridge this entire time and the customer service has been horrible. Do not buy an ** fridge, it will have issues and you will regret it!

      Made a huge mistake and bought a ** French door refrigerator 3 months ago. The ice clumps up in the ice maker and prevents it from dispensing and the fridge doors don't auto close. Dealing with ** customer service is like pulling teeth with no anesthesia! I had to call them several times....hours each time....they make you go through hundreds of steps to trouble shoot while on the phone and refuse to send a technician to resolve your issue even you have a one year warranty. They warn you by saying, "if the technician comes and determines the problem is not manufacturing defects, you will be charged". I finally was able to schedule an appointment with a technician for next week, and they still texting me and insisting to do more trouble shooting and cancel the appointment. This is just unbelievable. Please do yourself a favor and do not buy ** products. They don't worth a headache.

      This is regarding my ** range. On February 14, 2025, while reading the online tabloid *************** I came across an article published February 14, 2025, titled *** issues urgent recall for ******* ovens due to fire hazard that has caused injuries and killed pets." The article listed my ** range model as one of the recall ranges. I Googled and found on the ** site that they posted a "U.S. Consumer Product Safety CommissionRecall with a Release Date: February 6, 2025 on ** Recalls Electric Ranges Due to Fire Hazard." The information on the ** site confirmed that my ** model and serial number are among the recalled models. I'm shocked that I didn't receive a direct notification from ** informing me about the recalled ** range, which caused fire hazards, injuries, and pet deaths, because ** had my various contact information. I registered my ** range model and serial number on the ** site after the range was delivered and installed in my condo. I called the ** number provided for the recalled ranges, and the woman (****) who answered my call confirmed that my ** range was registered on their site. She said **'s "recall" solution was instructions on what to do with the two affected k**** on the range and to send stickers to stick to the range upon my request, which I have to submit online to their site.

      Bought an ** refrigerator in 2020 since then it has failed to cool constantly. I have had ** technicians come out 6 times and each time they say that there is contamination in the lines and try to clear it or simply replace a part while it was under warranty. Once the warranty ran out the technician came or and said that ir should have been told the first time this happened that there is no fix for this problem you just has to replace the refrigerator. I said this is ridiculous, this is a $3,000 dollar refrigerator so is ** going to replace it? i was told "NO, ** never replaces their products or give refunds. I asked who do i speak with and was told that it doesn't matter., they have a script that they go by and in the end ** is responsible for nothing.. The is so unfair to us as customers we have no way for justice. I was told that I would have to hire a lawyer and even with that I would lose because of the power of **. This is a sad world we live in where as customer we are at the mercy of basically scam artist such as bi business and our only solution is to "suck it up and shell out more money. I would like to be reimbursed or at lest given a new refrigerator because this is simply a LEMON.

      **************** isn't acceptable. I bought a ** Gram laptop in May 2024, and it quit working in December. It wouldn't charge. I called ** for a warranty repair. I gave them the date of sale and the credit card entry. I bought the laptop at the Ft. ******************************. I was essentially told tough luck as I didn't have the receipt. (The exchange deletes all receipts after six months.) I provided a signed letter from the clerk who sold it to me as well. ** knows when the laptop was shipped to the exchange, but that wasn't sufficient. They said no.I took the laptop to a local repairman who diagnosed a bad battery. But he couldn't get a replacement. The ** 16Z90R is advertised as having a 90 Wh battery, but the original battery is only an 80Wh. ** won't do anything to address the issue. I have called and messaged. My message was ignored.

      I bought a ** sound bar on July 4, 2024. The sound bar stopped working on Nov 2024. I called ** since the sound bar is still under warranty, it's not even a year yet. They sent me a box to ship back the unit on 12/24. It's now 2/25, they have not repaired or sent the unit back. They said if they do not have the part to fix the unit they will refund me the money or send me a replacement unit. Every time I called them they asked me for a receipt, which I kept sending them since I ordered directly from the ** website. They have not given me a refund or replacement yet. They leave me on hold until the phone drops or keep on saying it will be escalated to my phone.I will never order anything from ** again after experiencing this type of customer service for an expensive product that was not cheap. This is the worst customer service and low-quality products I ever experienced using. DO NOT BUY FROM **.

      Terrible online purchasing experience, recommend staying awhile. I used their site to purchase a TV for same day pick up but never received a order confirmation e-mail. Needed to sign up for an account to see the order is in processing. Different pages on their site give different estimates on when the order is ready.Never received order confirmation Saturday. Sunday, no one is around to assist or cancel the order. The website does not give an option to cancel the order. Would have just gone to a store if this was what was going to happen.Called Monday morning to cancel and was told they can't do that and to just wait for 5 days after the order is ready for pick up so it auto-cancels but it is in processing with no signs of movement. Told them that isn't going to work as they have a transaction on my credit card and I want that reversed. Told to go to the store and chat with them but without the store accepting the order, there is nothing that they can do. Tried requesting a supervisor to cancel my order and was placed on hold for 10 mins for the *** to come back and tell me that no supervisor is in the building right now....Just submitted a dispute with my credit card company.

      ** Refrigerator. Bought in late 2018 had to replace the compressor in 2021.Guess what it has gone out again. Looks like every 3 years you have to do this. And they want to charge me $400 for a part under warranty. AND they give you nothing for the $$$$$ you lose in food. DO NOT BUY

      Bought a ****** dryer direct from ** website and paid for installation; $69.99. The dryer was delivered and we were promptly told someone would contact us within 24 hours for install. After 2,weeks of repeated calls to get an install and getting NO follow up or date, I decided to cancel the order. 10 days later Im still waiting for a refund. The dryer was picked up but no refund. This has been the worse experience EVER, **************** is useless. Theres no escalation policy. Manager never called me back. Still waiting for a refund. ** should not sell an installation if they cant deliver. Fraudulent practice hoping the customer will pay for private ********** NOT BUY APPLIANCES FROM ** DIRECT!!
