      This business is horrible. Racks never fit stove. Stove is defective. Service people came out 3 times within the last 3 months. Last repair man said the oven needs to be replaced. It's been 4 months. We have not heard a word from them replacing oven. No one calls you back.

      ******** customer service. My drier machine was broken and I have warranty. They cant fix from November until February. They are scheduling the appointment I am waiting whole day and nobody came. And to reschedule appointment I was waiting call back from customer service 1 week and after they are saying I should wait 2 days more, I never recommend you to their products. My drier machine was broken after 6 month

      We ordered four new kitchen appliances directly from **. With their installation, haul away service and extended premiere warranty. What a disaster!! *** was the third party installers provided by **. The dishwasher was installed completely crooked. Left side higher than the right by at least an inch and the back is set lower than the front, not to mention the unit is not flush with cabinets sticking out at least two inches. The gas stove/range installation was no different! Then the over the range microwave, the tech opened the box began installing when he realized the door hinge was broken. He placed it back in the box and told me its defective and we need a new one. Thats when they simply left! The whole space was a complete mess. My stuff dispersed everywhere, manuals everywhere, trash scraps everywhere, 2 horribly installed appliances, and one appliance on the floor.And this was just the installation disaster. Now lets talk customer service. **. There arent words to express how frustrating and disappointing it was! Immediately after the tech departure I called. I spent an hour on the phone and was told they would call back. They didnt! My husband called again. After 2 additional hours, 8 transfers, 12 photos of evidence, then argument after argument pleading our case they finally agreed to replace the defective microwave. Now lets see if we actually get it.Where are their ethics? Such a mess. Never again.

      This company is a joke, I would not recommend any ** products. They like to slap that sticker right on front of there products saying 10 year warranty. Literally the pump that drains the water out of the washer went out on a 3 year old product. Called customer service to have them come out and fix it and they tell me its not covered under warranty. They wanted $458 to have someone come out and fix it. The washer is $1100 brand new and you want half of that to fix the drain pump, and then the *** wanted to give me a 15% coupon to go buy a new one. I would never buy another product from them even if it was the only company left on the face of this earth. You ***s can take that 15% and put it right up your you know what.

      I have been without my dishwasher since November 2024. I am under **. 1 yr warranty. I have had. technician from *************** come out 3 times to tell me that the unit is unrepairable, and needs to be replaced. I have spoken with LG customer service, who I spoke for over 4 hours. multiple times. I spoke to a manager from ** and was at the Best Buy store where I purchased the Dishwasher. Manager from **, spoke with Best Buy manager, asking Best Buy, if he knows the procedures of warranty's from **. Even after I showed the notes from the technician stating the machine needs to be replaced, ** still insisted that they need to send repair out. Best Buy Branch Manager and myself remain frustrated that they refuse to replace dishwasher. ** manager than acused technician of not sending proper documentation, even after I put them on a 3 way call. I have the copy of email stating dishwasher needs to be replaced and can't be repaired. ** has and is constantly blaming others for their product defect and refuses to replace dishwasher 4 months later, and I'm still waiting. I have asked to speak with ** in the *** or to corporate. I am being told there is no way to give that information out. I want this matter resolved now, and corrected with a new unit and compensation for lost time.Having agents representation for ** from another country saying that there is no way to help is no way to treat US citizens who bought in *******.

      Worst customer service ever!! They had me go and cut the stickers off and still told me I hadnt done enough. It took 3 days with customer service even though my microwave was only 2 months old and it was Best Buy who had contacted them directly as they had the proof of purchase. Never again

      We have been trying to get our ** Fridge Fixed since very early January 2025 and now it's almost March. Our compressor went so we lost all of our freezer food and because it's been so darn long we have lost a lot of other food as well. I have phoned so many times they should know my voice. I have emailed many times. I have been told over and over we are working on it. Finally we were told a tech has ordered parts and it would be fixed Feb 13th. It is now Feb 23 and we are still waiting. I called corporate office in ********** and she seemed to get the ball rolling at first.For what the tech charged to make a call and for the parts and all the food they could have bought us a new fridge easy! We were also promised a voucher for food replacement but not seen this either. This fridge has a bottom freezer and is less than 3 yrs old.I cannot believe a company as large and known as this one is not accredited with the BBB. No wonder they can get away with all this stuff. Pathetic, I might try getting somewhere with Seoul ***** now.

      The worse , 20 days without refrigerator that still under warranty and there own tech guy damage the refrigerator. It was a ice maker problem and now the refrigerator its dead

      Over Range microwave. Purchased this product September 2023. It stopped working January 2024. I called ** and experienced the worst customer service ever. After so many arguments and failed attempts to have this issue resolved, finally a ********** comes to service the unit. First visit, I was told it was the outlet. After an electrician inspects the outlet, he determined there was nothing wrong with the outlet. ** sends a tech a second time (after practically begging for it). Second ********** ***laces a part and microwave is functional again. Exactly one year later (present time), the unit stopped working. Same issue as before, it powers but does not heat. I called ** on 2/17/25, the create a ticket and transfer me to a service department. I held for 30 minutes and hung up when no one answered. I called again today. They transfer me to a service **** to schedule a visit. *** answers and immediately places me on hold, gets back on, laughs and places me on another hold. Then, the call is disconnected. I called back, informed the *** of what happened and held as she updated her notes. I explained that I have already lost a lot of time trying to resolve this and was unable to spend more time on this so please expedite this resolution. she informed me that she must update her notes before transferring my call. I requested that she transfer me while she updated her notes, she now became upset and with an attitude said, "Fine, hold on." While on hol, I made the comment that I was recording the conversation (a lie, but I knew they were listening). Within seconds, "****" gets on and tells me they need to place a hold of $400 on my card to schedule a visit. the unit cost $300. She said the unit is no longer under warranty (1 year) and the part they ***laced was no longer under warranty (90 days). So, now I am out $300 because ** *****. Product is one year old, broke twice, and no longer fixable. Horrible experience - twice. You can do better than **!
