      Less than 2 year old refrigerator went bad on us. It's been 2 months that we've been trying to get it repaired. ** just gives us the run around. The repairman was here initially and ordered the compressor, then the parts order was canceled with no explanation, and seemingly no one can tell us why. Every time we try to get information on when we can expect a repair, ** tells us they'll update us in 1 - 2 business days, then we hear nothing. Contacting them is completely useless.

      I bought a New all in one washer and dryer from ** . After two months it wouldnt dry. The customer service has been horrible . It is now March and we havent had a working unit since November . They have lied to us saying a manager will call us . That leads to a week of no calls and starting back at square one .we have had a technician out 7 times now and ** still hasnt replaced the unit . Who is going to keep companys like this accountable . They have made it so difficult to resolve issues . I think there hope is people just give up

      Bought a refrigerator and the customer service and managers are rude, disrespectful, and hung up on me. I had the refrigerator installed on February 14, 2025. Started having issues less than two weeks later. I cant get them to help me they tell me it's not under my warranty. The worst company I have ever worked with. I have purchased ********* and ** products and never had this issue before will never buy another ** product ever.

      ** has the worst customer service and repair. We had a perfectly good washer and dryer but bought the washer/dryer combo to save space. The unit leaks water on our floor every time its in the dry cycle. They sent one repairman out who dismantled the machine and left it in pieces for two weeks. Guy came back said we had a cracked piece, supposedly replaced it and put the machine back together. Machine still leaks, after many more calls they sent a lady out who ran a trouble shoot report, never looked into the machine and left and said nothing is wrong, yet I sent pictures showing water on the floor. You cant call and talk to anyone who does anything, I have revived text messages only saying our machine is working as designed. This machine as been leaking since brand new. Last we got a text message to find our own repairman. This machine is less than a year old and is under warranty.. We also had similar service for a refrigerator which we had repaired at our cost. This company deserves to be put out of business, they arent cheap appliances and you have no recourse. Not sure how they have stayed in business, ** never buy anything with the brand.

      strongly advise against purchasing ** products. My experience with an ** refrigerator, bought in 2019, has been nothing short of disappointing. Within less than five years, the finish began peeling, and the door flaps have been torn for the past two years. When I contacted customer support and spoke to a manager, I was informed that the only solution was to purchase replacement doors. Furthermore, when I asked if ** typically manufactures products that fail within such a short timeframe, the manager abruptly hung up on me. This level of poor product quality combined with inadequate customer service makes it clear that ** is not a brand worth investing in. I strongly recommend exploring alternatives for a more reliable and durable appliance.

      they have a problem with this stove they wont repair it been working trying to get ** to repair it this stove is junk. its the ** ThinQ doesnt work got problems

      purchased ** range January 2024. delivered february 28, 2024. Oven does not maintain correct temperature. While still under warranty contacted ** about problem. Contacted them on December 20th. No response. Called several more times to contact service department. They said they are waiting for technician to be able to service my area. Technician did come January 31. Did not fixed. Temperature regulation was actually worse. After several more calls still waiting for technician. I can not count on food to bake properly because temperature not stay consistant. Goes up and down. I want oven fixed properly or replaced or refund. Not happy with ** product. Three months of waiting is not a timely manner to have technician or repair.

      I bought ** refrigerator after 18 months my ice making machine did not work. I called customer service with no response by phone. Quality of ** refrigerator is poor I will not buy ** products anymore.
