      I genuinely think they train their customer service employees to just keep pushing back the resolution to your issue till you give up I requested a return label march 16th an automated process that any other retailer does automatically its been ***************************************************************************** 3-5 business days I am now being told its outside the return window. For a billion-dollar company to be employing such tactics is appalling.

      ** is not at all good for appliances. They dont even stand behind their own products and should be taken off the market! I purchased a ** supposedly high end dishwasher which I rarely use and it broke down. It cost me over $1100 and its only 2 years old. I put in a complaint to the company and they want me to pay over 400 for service fees which is not a guarantee they can fix it. Are you kidding me? This is your product why would a 2 year old dishwasher barely use rust in the inside and break down. I never had this problem with ******* appliances. When I sold my last home the dishwasher was 10 years old and still worked fine. So was the fridge and stove. Buyer be ware of ** appliances and electronics. I will not purchase anything else from this manufacturer and will spread the word to everyone I know

      ** does not allow individuals to opt out of forced arbitration. I submitted a request to terminate my account and will never purchase ** products again. They can take all my products and shove them. This is a despicable company and a complete waste of money.

      ** customer service is unacceptable. We have 2 ** Refrigerators, 2 ** microwaves, 2 ** dishwashers and an ** stove. Weve loved your products over the years until the latest dishwasher purchase. Based on the product and service weve received on we will never recommend ** again. The dishwasher model is LDTH7972S and purchased in October 2024 from *****. Within days of install, we noticed the middle rack was not staying in and was hard to push all the way in. We contacted ***** ************* for ***air. This is not a customer friendly appointment to set up. Once set up, youre at the mercy of a ***air tech to call an hour before they arrive. So, we have spent multiple days waiting for a tech, wasting our time. My husband took a day off work for one appointment only to have it cancelled by the tech at the last minute. The tech has been out at least two times and ***laced the same parts and told us this is a known issue with this model of dishwasher. Last week, I called ** to get this problem resolved because I have wasted enough time and effort on this dishwasher. I was told by your customer service *** that this was a known issue again. He assured me I would get a phone call from ** engineering within 48 hours with a proper resolution. This was a lie. I received no contact from **************. So, after a week of waiting I called **. Nothing was in the works. I have now been told I have to waste my time again having a tech come back out and verify that this unit still has an issue, wait to hear back from ** on the resolution and wait for the resolution to be implemented. This is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. If this is a KNOWN ** ISSUE, what are you waiting for? Refund my money or ***lace my dishwasher and get this resolved. 5 months is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE FOR A KNOWN ISSUE. We will NEVER recommend ** again based on this experience and that is too bad because we have been loyal customers for over 15 years. I guess customer retention is not important to you.

      LG Electronics phone number for comments or customer service complaints are all located in the ***********. The extreme, and I mean the worse customer service ever....I have put in a claim for my ** Refrigerator Freezer that I have had less than five years, They have both receipts needed for the Compressor and ************* that blew out. ...I have discussed this with eight different people at that Customer Complaint phone number listed in the ***********. Still waiting. Is there any one there at LG Electronics that can help me, or even cares...

      This ** location sold defective refrigerators to ***** club, who then sold them to customers. New refrigerators having a known defect that was not shared with the customer and ***** offered no recourse except that the customer could ship it back which is not a possibility for a woman advanced in years. Shame in them. I went six weeks with the water feature not working while they waited for another electronic chip to be shipped from ******* to the ** so a repair could be made.

      Our ** refrigerator stopped working on Christmas Eve, it took weeks to get a servicer tech, the unit was under warranty. The tech ordered a part but said he could not get back for several weeks. After complaining, ** agreed to replace the appliance which arrived on 02/06/2025. The new refrigerator would not dispense water nor ice. Since that time, we have had four service visits, the last one where a new door and other parts were installed, still not working. The tech got a call from **, on speaker phone. It was deemed not repairable and ** said they would issue an RA. I called ** this Monday and was told they were waiting for a report from the service company. I called them and was told they had sent that report twice to **. I called again two days ago and this time was told they received the report and closed the case because the unit was fixed and operating, which was untrue. The ** **** told me there was nothing he could do I asked to speak to a supervisor, he agreed with the report I told him I had the report in front of me to the contrary, he asked me to send it to him. I did and he agreed the report said the unit was not repairable. After being put on hold he came back and told me the report was coded incorrectly and someone word call me within 24 - 48 hours to resolve the issue. No one called, so I called ** again and told they were waiting for approval to resolve. I have written **'s ****************** on their website three times for help, no response. It is rediculos that customers be treated this way. **'s customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with.

      ** appliances are not the quality I hoped for ??We have had 3 service calls on our brand new refrigerator! I paid for a new refrigerator and got one that was immediately in need of repair. **** said they will continue to send out for repair, but would not consider a ************** dishwasher is so loud! Wish I had my Kitchenaid back. There is a very loud swooshing sound every few minutes. Very annoying!Microwave panel does not light up! Also annoying early in the morning or at night. Cannot read the cooking options!Was told by the salesperson that ** had the lowest percentage of service calls on their appliances. Cant hardly believe that!

      I purchased an ** washer and dryer from ********** (**) on 4/3/22. In December 2024, I received three error messages on the washer and called ***** for service based on the recommendation from **********. ***** came out five times, replaced two parts, but the washer is not fixed. It does not fill with water. I called *****, **, ********** and have no resolution. I escalated over a dozen times. I was told because I do not have extended warrantee that this two year old appliance is pretty much my problem. After the 5th service visit, I requested a replacement and was denied.

      Less than 2 year old refrigerator went bad on us. It's been 2 months that we've been trying to get it repaired. ** just gives us the run around. The repairman was here initially and ordered the compressor, then the parts order was canceled with no explanation, and seemingly no one can tell us why. Every time we try to get information on when we can expect a repair, ** tells us they'll update us in 1 - 2 business days, then we hear nothing. Contacting them is completely useless.
