      ** appliances are trash and they should be ashamed of yourselves! Bought a full ** appliance package 5 yrs ago and so far 3 out of the 4 appliances have already failed!! Main board on Microwave blew out (had to replace), dishwasher caught fire (had to replace, thankfully bought a different brand this time around) and now the fridge is leaking refrigerant and water flooded my kitchen!! Their appliances are a joke!! GET IT TOGETHER, SHAME ON THEM!!!!!!

      Disappointed with ******************************** We made the mistake of upgrading our entire kitchen with ** appliances over the last 4 years, thinking we were investing in quality. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing but frustratingespecially with the dishwasher.We purchased our dishwasher 4 years ago and were out of warranty, the dishwasher started having issues (HE) Heating circut failure. They recommend a service repair to come to fix it. We paid out of pocket to have it repaired, assuming it was a one-time problem. Now 4 months later the problem is back. The exact same issue happened again. Despite reaching out to **, they have done absolutely nothing to fix or replace the faulty appliance.Its incredibly disappointing that a company of this size refuses to stand behind their products. I guess they just make things to last 3 -4 years before you have to buy a new one. The digital read out on the stove which we have had for just over 3 years is malfunctioning too. Now with the newest purchase, the refrigerator, I feel it will likely start to break down after our purchased extended 3 year warrenty runs out. We expected better durability and customer service from **, but instead, were left with a broken dishwasher, a malfunctioning stove and no support. We regret our decision to go all-in with ** appliances and wouldnt recommend them to anyone looking for reliability.

      Never by an ** product. I bought a stove from them with a warranty and the back of my stove started smoking. I called ** and they sent a person to take pictures. When I started asking questions, the person informed me that he doesn't know what is wrong because he doesn't work on the products, he just tweaked the pictures and send s them in. After 2 weeks ***** calling them at least 2x daily and no call.backs, they *********** that it my fault. How is it.my.fault when the only things on fire were the wires in the back of the stove, in which you would.need tools to take the back off. I even took pictures. I contacted a lawyer and now he is handling the case. Do NOT see aste your money

      I had a TV that the pixels had quit working. I asked ** to help because the ***** failed me after 1 year and 3 months....... ** Claimed that they were going to have it repaired and i would pay for labor and they would pay for the parts. Then ** said that the replacement parts were taking to long and that you were going to submit a replacement and I was Denied. the Complaint was filed 2/26/25 and was finally rejected on 4/1/25. I have Screen Shots saying that ** was going to help I even went out of the way to send them receipts of when I bought the TV. ** wasted my valuable time and mislead me the entire time. I will not be buying anymore ** products based on how they handled this issue and based on what I'm Reading on the BBB site they do not care for customers only their bottom line. Absolutely a very bad way to do business.

      My ** smart TV just updated its software. There were new user agreements that one had to agree to inorder to continue using the product. The agreements force you to agree to them collecting your viewing history and using it as they please. You cannot opt out of their user agreements. It is a great violation of one's privacy. I contacted ** and they stated that you have to agree to those user agreements to use smart TV feature.

      Purchased a washer machine 9/29/2021 from Lowes and this is the second time it's getting repaired. The representatives are out of state which makes difficult to arrange service and get it repaired. I was was transfer 5 times . ** products up to standards.

      Awful ******** service. Tried live chat ******** service over what appeared to be a simple problem with an *****. After a careful explanation of the issue, with photos and an explanation of why the default solution did not work with my model, the first ******** service *** cut off the chat with no warning, apparently because he was unable to resolve the problem and unwilling to try. I tried ******** service again with live chat, and once again, the chat was ended abruptly as soon as I had explained the problem, with the *** offering no solution or notice. The incompetent, rude, and unprofessional treatment of ********s is a real disappointment. Id stay away from purchasing consumer electronics from this company.

      Bought a dryer and it was suppose to be delivered a few days later. I called and emailed so many people at the company and now one could give me a straight answer to when my dryer would be delivered. I was transferred around and no one could help solve anything, or tell me where the dryer was. I really thought that I had been scammed. Finally, I was told there was a work order error. A month went by until I got a call to schedule the delivery. On the day of my delivery time frame, I got a call past my delivery window that the truck had broken down. At this point I had given up, but magically it was delivered the next day. This company does not treat you like a person and never answers your questions even when I said please answer my question. I got in contact with the highest person I could talk to and they said that they couldnt help, but could only check the status of the order. I definitely would not buy anything again from this company.

      We bought a ** washer about 6 months ago. We have had issues with it leaking at the front. We can not find where it is coming from. When I called the service number they just kept asking questions and having me run a cycle. It doesn't do it every time. I was on the phone for over an hour. It happen again so I tried chatting with them. After over an hour of back and forth I lost connection with them and they were wanting me to start over again. I just want someone to come look at my washer. This will be our last ** purchase.
