      ** does not have a secure online site. They allowed someone get into my account and order $600.00 worth of products. I saw the order via email and called them within minutes to notify them of the fraudulent order. They would not cancel the order. After several calls to their terrible customer service over several days I was told that they would not reinstate my stolen points. In fact, they said it was my fault. I will never purchase an ** product again.

      Do not ever buy ** appliance. I bought dryer and it quit drying in less than 30 days. Took forever to get someone to fix it. Now quit drying again and not a year old. Been trying 3 weeks to get ** to send someone out. Nothing but lies.

      I ordered a new washer on April 3, they said it would be delivered April 7, they charged my account and never shipped anything and never returned any of my messages asking when my washer would be delivered. Its need in processing since April 3, they received my payment and just ghosted me. Horrible, non-existent customer service, cash out your payment and dont send you your order. ** is a horribly run company. Their product is good, everything else is horrible.Dont bother ordering from them, they take your money and hope you forget about the product you ordered. Its impossible to deal with a company that doesnt have a customer service department, and doesnt even bother to have AI respond to you.

      I got an ***** less than a year and a half ago and now a vertical line suddenly shows up on the screen in certain blue hues. I called ** and they had me do a screen test and text them a bunch of pictures and immediately agreed that the entire panel needed replacing BUT that Id have to pay the repair with a local company off their list. The companies I was given either didnt answer, had a disconnected phone, have terrible online reviews, had an attitude issue. Finally I got one to give me a price, almost $400 without tax. I begged ** to cover the labor cost because I didnt do anything do damage the TV and all they could tell me is that their 5 year warranty only covers parts, but within the 1st year they wouldve covered labor too. Despite it being a defective product. So Im expected to pay $400 plus tax out of the blue, terrible service and limited sympathy. They werent kind about it either.

      Paid for independent repair of ** washer the dispenser tray housing had been leaking causing rust on the cabinet. Had the housing replaced manufacturer sent product out with deformed part and now will not cover the damage to the cabinet.

      4 months after buying my washer, I had an error message. I contacted ** who sent someone to fix it. They told me they had to order parts and would get back to me. Its been over 1 month they are still waiting for parts. This is a brand new machine, how do they not have parts for it. 800:00 later I still cant do laundry at home. I keep sending them messages and all I get fnom them is for me to be patient. I will never buy ** again

      So far the dishwasher works fine, though I'm not sure what decade the racks were designed for because the holes on the bottom are so huge I needed to buy a roll-up dishrack to fill in the space so I could put smaller items there.However, their customer service is terrible. First of all, the number for customer service on the website is incorrect. When it's called, the customer is subjected to an interminable ** who will only allow particular options, none of which are actually customer service. The first time I called, I hung up on the ** because, since there was no option for customer service, I assumed I misdialed. When I tried the number again and realized the fault was with the website, I asked for "Parts," because that was the closest thing to what I needed (which was a decorative cover that was never installed). This time, the guy who answered scolded me for calling the wrong number, as if it was my fault. Then he cut the line after he said he'd transfer me. The third time I asked for "Parts" again, explained the situation with the number to the person who answered, and was finally transferred to customer service (after given the supposedly correct number, which was not on the website). The woman who answered at customer service was nice, though I had to convince her what a decorative cover was despite using the term for the part in the manual. She assured me up, down and sideways I would receive the part, and an email would come soon with tracking information.And then... Nothing.Several days later I called back, and was told they were missing some information in order to send the part. Information I was never asked for, nor was I contacted in any way so I could know the part couldn't be sent. This time I was given a case number at least, which I fear I will have to use, and again assured up, down and sideways I'd get the part. We will see.0/10 would not use again

      On Feb 4, following a 2 hour phone call that should have taken 15 minutes we had a major car accident with my spouse landing in the hospital with a broken arm, ribs and spine bones. The call was with the ***************** and followed our 3 week effort and 3 missed service calls. Had the call been only 15 minutes we would have been in a different place at a different time.I messaged the ** president customer relations office and this past Monday two service repair folks came and fixed the problem with our washing ********** was a long road but ** did come through and we are grateful.

      Slow to respond, if ever. Still have yet to respond to contract us. Never sent initial order invoice. Only sent after phone call. Still no updates. Website often down. My orders didn't reflect for almost a week. The sl deliver date came and went. Gotta change password 2x already. Just overall bad experience so far and no end in sight. I don't recommend. This was partner ** for military.

      I ordered an ** dryer directly from ******, including professional installation. Unfortunately, this turned into a nightmare experience that put my family at serious risk.** subcontracted RXO for the delivery and installation. ***, in turn, subcontracted another third-party company to handle the actual installation. That company not only caused damage to our home but also dangerously miswired the ******** shown in the attached image, the middle wire and the right wire were swapped. This is a 220-volt appliance, and due to this incorrect wiring, a member of my family was electrocuted. This is unacceptable and extremely dangerous.When I contacted **, they refused to take responsibility and told me to deal with ***. *** then passed the blame to the installation company, leaving me stuck in a months-long back-and-forth process. The installation company initially admitted fault for the incorrect wiring but later denied ***************** is shocking that a major brand like ** would distance itself from such a serious safety issue simply because it was subcontracted. If you're considering buying an appliance directly from ****** with installation, be aware that you may not be protected if something goes wrong. I expected better safety standards and accountability from **.
