1 starWe have our ** Think Q refrigerator for 3 years and paid over $2500. It went out on us 1.5 weeks ago. I called ** for technical support and was told it was out of warranty, they offered flat rate fee of $458 for repair. I had paid in full before they scheduled repair appointment which was a week later. On the day of the repair, technician showed up without part because the part he had ordered not yet arrived. Same afternoon, part arrived at our house so I contacted the technician to schedule the install. I was told his schedule was completed book till 7 days later. Very disappointed and regretfully to buy a fridge cost $2500 and last 3 years. Then had to pay $458 for repair that took almost 2 weeks. When the technician finally showed up, he roughly spent 15 mins to replace only one part (two arrived to our door). It made me wonder if something is going to break sometime soon. He assumed to parts were needing to replace but only did the bare minimum. More than $3000 spent on a fridge, not confident it will make it another year. I will never buy another ** fridge ever again. If you plan on buying one, just look at the review - 80% customers gave one star review. The customer service support team doesnt care about what you have to say, rude and unprofessional. (The call center are located in **********, you can hear all of the background noise. They just read the scripts and disregarded all your concerns)Review fromRonald S

1 starUnfortunately, one star is the lowest I can give. I bought one of their washers in November 2024. Starting February 2025, we began getting error codes from the washer when it would stop mid-cycle. Called customer service and they instructed us to "reset" the washer by unplugging it and then plug it back in. We "reset" the washer and worked a few times. We began getting the same error codes again. Contacted customer service again and was told that it was something to do with the water; filter clogged, not draining, or poor water connection. All was checked and those issue were not a problem. We continued to receive error messages. Contacted customer service a third time and was told they would send a service repair person, but if it was the issues they continuously repeat, then we would have to pay for ***** now we have to "reset" the washer each time we need to wash.Review fromRoni S

1 starOur dryer turns on & off on its own at random times, like 2 a.m. So I contacted ** by phone, no answer, did their chat, and they made me reset the dryer. It worked for a day but broke again. They told me I have to reset the dryer between each load. We continue contacting them and get the same responses from **. Now were 5 days past warranty, and they won't fix it. We get hold of the presidential group and after arguing for days, they agree to fix it. We get a text to schedule a service, we're sick now, so we wait 3 days but ***** scheduled the repair without talking to us. They don't even notify us till 9 am that a technician will be out that day. We race home just to get an email saying its virtual. That was false. A tech shows up at 4 pm but he can't fix it, so he ordered parts and shipped them to us. The parts came in last week, the appt was for today, the 30th, but they canceled the appt. I tried to call because we had to take off work for this appt. I called ** warranty group, and "****" says that he can't get hold of ***** to see what happened. He gives me a number and hangs up. I call it and it's a ******** number. By this point, I have been attempting to communicate with **/***** for 3 hrs. I tried the chat function at both places. It's been 4.5 hrs and I still can't talk to anyone at ***** ************* I tried the address listed on their website to go drive there and it's a grocery store. They don't even have the right address on their website. I finally used their website to schedule a new service appt for the 3rd. I pray they show, but I am not getting my hopes up. This has been a terrible experience, and I will never buy ** again and will warn everyone to do the same. Terrible CS for both **********. So now, till they come fix it, I'm stuck resetting my dryer between every load and unplugging it at night every night so it doesn't keep waking me up. I am beyond furious and just want a dryer that works. Read reviews from Reddit/BBB before purchasing!Review fromMichael C

1 starThis has to be the worst company we have ever dealt with. We bought a washer/dryer combo machine for my mother in law at *****. It would not dry from the day she received it. ***** refused to do anything about it and referred us to ** customer service. It is impossible to talk to a live person. We were told to replace the filter, upgrade the software and it still does not work. It is impossible to get a technician to look at it. For 4 months the poor 86 year old woman has not had a functioning dryer. Inexcusable.Review fromHaleigh M

1 starless than a year old washer went out. cs did troubleshooting for over an hour while my kids screamed in the bg bc i couldnt tend to them. didnt inform me ** had a 1 yr warranty covering labor & parts. even lied and told me that id actually be charged to send someone out. troubleshooting didnt fix issue & instead wasted my time & caused undue stress. finally got someone to initiate sending someone out after i told them i know about the **************** tried to coerce me into troubleshooting again which i refused). they said someone would call to schedule & I asked why it couldnt be scheduled immediately & was told they have to order part. I asked how they knew what parts were needed without looking at the appliance, was told they order any parts that could be associated with the issues I was having. took 2 weeks to send someone. he couldnt fix the issue and said they needed to order a part. I informed him that i was told all parts were ordered and thats why scheduling took so long. he said "that PART didn't work." proceeded to text my personal number after leaving which was creepy and unprofessional. took another 2 weeks to send someone else. he couldnt fix it either. at this point 2 days of work have been missed since they give a 4hr time frame in the middle of the day & dont allow you to have options of when someone comes out, you either take it or you dont get your appliance looked at. instead of sending a report to initiate the replacement he says theyre going to order yet another part and send yet another person out. keep in mind neither of these techs even knew what the issue was, theyre just ordering parts and replacing them just to see if it magically fixes the issue, meanwhile we still have a broken appliance for over a month now and cannot wash clothes. I'm absolutely LIVID and would've ordered from another brand if i'd known this was going to happen. please fix your customer service!!!! these products are not cheap. 1 starI traded in my old refrigerator with an ** french door. Prior to the delivery attempt I had let ** ** know that my old refrigerator is a GE built into the kitchen cabinet that I could not unplug by myself. The ** said not to worry as this is a trade in, the technician will do it before installing the new ** refrigerator.Couple days before delivery, I called again to find out the delivery window, however the ** could not advise the delivery time as it would be performed by the delivery company - which is weird as they should be able to find out from the delivery company. Thus I requested to get the delivery done at noon ard 3pm. The ** said they will email the delivery company to convey myrequest.On the day of the delivery, I receive a text saying they would deliver the refrigerator at ***** pm and there is no flexibility to make it later. Thus I had to cancel my appointment and drove 1+ hour from ****** back to ** just to be told that they could not help to unp-lug/ uninstall the old *************** replace it with a new one. What a disappointment!!Then I called the ** call center again, the ** was also wondering the fact that I purchased under trade in, why the delivery person rejected to hepl unplug the old one. After she checked with the delivery person, she said that they need 4 hours to unplug the old refri and if I wanted to reschedule that service, it would be in 4 weeks time!the WORST delivery arrangement I ever ************** I requested for a refund right away (April *******) as there is no other possible solutions ** can ************* April 18, the status of my order is written "complete" and no refund has been made. 1 starDo not by ** appliances! Refrigerator is 3 years old. Ice maker has already been repaired once. The craft ice maker broke after the ice maker was fixed. No the compressor is broke. After 21 days 15 phone calls, 7 emails and 7 texts I still do not have the part. They sent the names of three approved by ** repair men. None of the three work on **. Now ** wont return my calls or emails. **************** is the worst in the appliance business. Good luck getting someone who can speak English. They never listen or answer questions. 1 starI bought an ** LED TV in September of 2023 from Best Buy. April 2025, the TV went dark, after several phones calls and over 1 week of waiting to get approval to service the TV, ** had scheduled a service in the morning. No one ever showed up. I am currently on the phone with their team and still no resolution. Best they could do is a follow up call. Shame on me for not doing more research ahead of buying the TV.Review fromMichael D

1 starWill never buy another ** product. My 10 month old dryer is still under manufacture warranty and is not working. I spent over an hour on the phone with ** Support and they refused to schedule a repair. The ** representative **** Stated that my machine was under currently warranty, but he would not Schedule a repair. I asked to speak with his supervisor and I was told they would return my call, but no call was received. After receiving no help from ** I scheduled an appointment with a local appliance repair shop. I will end up paying for the repair out of my own pocket. Will never purchase another ** Product ****** learned
