      We purchased an ** refrigerator just 4 short years ago. Its main cooling system failed in February 2025. We had heard from the store that it has been a big problem with the refrigerator we got so they took it off the floor. It was still under warranty. There is no one in our area that will or can fix it. I have called several times since then and I keep getting the run around. All I want is for the company to make this right since they are aware of this problem with their product. I want them to as least reimburse us some of the money we sent on that refrigerator since we had to buy another one. Not asking for the total cost of what we spent but at least half as it should have lasted longer than it did. Right now my recommendation is research your appliances and stay away from **

      *************. I purchased microwave in 2021 and within 1 yr, it was not heating so mechanic came and fixed it. My simple question is, how come you can make something so bad that it did not work after 1 yr. So it got fixed but again same problem came now. ** customer service gave me a quote of $400 to fix same problem which was non heating. This is laughable as u can buy new microwave in that money.

      I believe my order got lost in transit so I cancelled the order. **************** is well trained in being polite and kind and assuring you that all will be handled. Unfortunately, I found the LG customer service unhelpful because despite being asssured that all was well at the 10 day ***** I still had not received a refund. ** had told me 7-10 business days and I would have the refund. It does not seem that they know how to resolve issues. I finally had to turn it over to my bank--eg credit card company to help me resolve. Now I will wait for up to *************************************************************************** seek a resolution. So frustrating! I don't understand how getting a refund on a product I never received so hard to accomplish. Super super frustrating! I would recommend buying products from companies you can trust to get your products or at least have streamlined resolutions so customers don't have to wait 60 days for a resoluction.

      Stay away!!! I made a mistake buying a washer dryer from them as the company I worked for was giving some discounts at LG Electronics. They partner with *** for delivery and installation. I got a call stating delivery time and I waited for 2 hours for someone to show up and nobody did!!! When I called RXO and **** both had status as delivered and installed.. they are a fraud and a scam. Happily took 1000s of dollars without delivering the product or working to help rectify the issue. I have reached out via phone, e-mail and chat to no avail.

      I brought a ** side by side refrigerator 10/24 the minute the delivery guys plugged the refrigerator in it wouldn't cool i reached out to ** customer service to explain that my refrigerator was not getting cool or freezing so they arrange for a technician to come out to fix the problem. Technician came out to replace the condenser a month later refrigerator stop cooling and freezing again. I reach out to ** again they send the same company to fix the problem. The technician came out again to replace the main board. Well with in 2 days the refrigerator stop working again so to make a long story short this same technician has been to my home approximately four times and the refrigerator is not cooling or freezing. I lost about $600 in groceries. ** continue to give me the run around I was told they would send one of their technician out still nothing i was a ** true customer not anymore stay away from ** appliances

      ** makes the worst TV,absolute piece of junk! I mean the worst I ever bought in 50 yrs! If you buy one after reading all the negative reviews you are nuts! It can't ever find any channel that all other tvs can. It has its own way of viewing channels that only make sense to **. The search *****, never finds any channel your looking for. I could understand if I was looking for something unusual but a live hockey game going on at that moment is not even able to lose that. I called *** useless like the tv. It ***** so bad I'm giving the tv away free! That's right, it's so bad I don't even want it in my home it ***** so bad!!! Worst money I ever spent. It shouldn't be called a smart TV, its an extremely dumb. Retarded tv. Don't ever buy ** tv you will waste your time and money! I even called **. Useless as the tv is!!! No help!!!

      It's been 9 days since we called ** in ** to have them replace our washer tempered glass inside door. It was 5am and it exploded with no one doing wash that day. ** has not reached out to us and my husband has called numerous numbers and all they say is we will get back to you. I will never purchase ** again. They have always been a good brand but for this to happen and no one has reached out to us for repairs is unbelievable.

      I am so disappointed to learn that the over the range microwave that I purchased in 2022 did not last even 3 years! The ** brand is disappointing. To anyone who plans to buy **, you may want to reconsider. The price of the total package for the range and dishwasher was not cheap and now I am looking at having to purchase another microwave, which will not be ****

      DO NOT buy an ** product and expect them to stand behind their warranty. 10 months into our 1 year warranty on a dryer, we needed repair work. We jumped through all kinds of hoops, mostly through chats and texts, including providing multiple chat people with videos and photos of the dryer - finally got a repair person and was told we needed new rollers. Repair person came to replace rollers, tore the dryer apart and said we needed a new drum. It was supposedly ordered, but we have not seen or heard from repairman. Chatted several times again, was texted a LOT of info on how to get the dryer REPLACED, and was told someone would contact me. NO CONTACT in the 48 hours they advised. Chatted again, was called and told to keep waiting. It has been 4 days. They are not going to make this right - they do not stand behind their product and several repair places in our area refuse to work on any ** products. Appliance stores in our area do not sell **. And apparently, ***** does not stand behind the appliances they sell for ** because we have also had not luck there.

      ******** customer service. Transferred me 4 x over 40 minutes, after saying I wouldnt have to repeat myself, and still had to repeat myself. After that, the lady hung up on me. Will not buy from ** products ever again.
