      If I could leave a review with no stars that's what I would do. Verizon is on it's way out the door if I had anything to do with it..Very bad customer service representatives.. foreign of course that's number 1..they are rude and inconsiderate. They have gone down hill. When you step foot in the door of one of there location no one wants to assist you. They have also have very rude supervisors that keep you on the phone for over an hour then hang up on you. They don't give a **** if your a satisfied customer or not. They are just there to get a check. So I will no longer be a Verizon customer!!! I think they want to deter you from making any comments because the little box is so little you can't even see what you've typed and then if you accidentally hit a different button it takes you right out or it just sends you review you have to go back in and edit it over and over again. But Verizon take it from me Verizon is on the bottom and they should be put out of business.. they hire so many foreign people you can't even understand what they're saying and they're rude so bye-bye Verizon I had a business account here I will be switching to T-Mobile.??????

      They said I owed money on my bill. Dealing with customer service was a nightmare. Once I got the requested document from my bank showing I had indeed paid. The upload form wouldn't work to send it to them. My advice...STAY AWAY FROM VERIZON!

      there are to many unethical businesses - verizon wireless received my july 2025 payment before the due date for tuesday, 15 july 2025 on ************************, yet, an unexpected bill over four times my normal bill have been sent to me via cellphone text, emails that on july 2025 my lines as max ****** ****** were disconnected without notifications. my letters requesting an itemised bill via the us post office are not replied to - i wrote three letters via the us post office on friday, 8 august 2025 that hopefully this time my request will be complied - ******** and **** are disappointing as well - only time will tell - end of line

      This company has gone down every since the " can you hear me now" commerical spokes guy left for ******. Pay close attention to your bill, they will let a single bill slip by for months, all while sending you a bill for the minimum payment while the other bill collects interest in the background. Awful! Its time to switch providers

      If I could give zero stars I would. They swapped out old boxes and now gone over to internet streaming. Buffering and interruptions all night. Sent different router and still same issues. No problems with old setup. Pay more money. Getting less channels. Do your own setup with what they send. Horrible service.

      Bring your call centers to the **. Being on the phone for an hour because the folks at the call center in ***** don't understand anything I am saying is such a frustrating and unnecessary experience. **** the global economy.

      I came here just to say that I couldn't get a hold on an agent no matter how many times i told the ** i neeed an agent for my specific needs. The service is awful and upsetting. The temporary code to verify I was real did not even work so I was just stuck there.

      New AI makes it impossible to call or chat with agents to see what my final bill is. They delete your account the second you transfer so you can track you past bills, etc. cant figure out what I owe now that my account is closed. No way to reach them.

      HORRIBLE SERVICE! I'm not the type to leave reviews usually, but our experience was so frustrating I feel compelled to. Verizon straight up stole our money. We had switched to Cricket because Verizon is overpriced with mediocre cell service ("America's most reliable network", my ass). Afterward, they proceeded to not only not cancel our account, just "suspend it", but then they charged us for phone service we did not want. When we tried to get a refund, they not only arbitrarily reduced the full amount of the refund and gave us very unclear, obviously shady reasons for doing so, but also gave us the run around by telling us that tickets to resolve the issue were opened, forcing us to wait several days. After several more phone calls, they then proceeded to try to get the issue to go away by sending a pre-paid card (NOT what we asked for!) with even less than the already reduced amount to the WRONG ADDRESS. After yet another hour long phone call with 3 different people, they finally conceded and stated that a paper check would be sent to us within 7-10 days; we'll see if they took even more off the top from the check when AND IF we get it.AVOID VERIZON LIKE THE PLAGUE!

      Expensive and keeps going up. **************** is completely useless. Their artificial "intelligence would not even recognize my phone number or account number.
