. I had placed an order on Saturday April 13,2024 for 2 iPhone 13 Pro maxs and 2 ******* S21 FEs, the email stated the phones would be here on Tuesday April 16th.(Never included a tracking number)The phones never arrived, so on Wednesday April 17th I called your company to ask pretty much hey whats going on with my order, they proceed to inform me that the iPhone 13 Pro maxs that I had ordered was out of stock and the *******s I ordered were retired, I asked them why I never received an email or a phone call stating that the phones were outta stock. The lady on the phone pretty much told me that it wasnt her department so she couldnt give me an answer. So I told her to cancel my order and issue me a refund, she told me that day that the order was being cancelled. On Saturday April 20th, I received an email stating to finish activating my account so once again I called the wireless number again to see why the order was never cancelled, again on the 20th they told me that they were going to cancel my order because it wasnt done correctly the first time. Here we are again on the 23rd and Im having to call you guys again to see why I never received an email or anything stating my order had been cancelled and my refund is being issued. Now they are telling me that they have to wait until the phones are back in the warehouse before they can issue my refund. (Which they got sent out 2 days after the order was suppose to be cancelled)Whats not making sense is why I cancelled my order on the 17th and your company still shipped them out on the 19th. It doesnt make any sense to me and I should have already had my refund. Its already been a week and now you guys are wanting me to wait another week? I just want my refund, and you guys to confirm that my stuff has been cancelled like I have been asking you guys to do for a week now.Review from Angie Q

In order to save over $120 a month, I decided to move my phone service from Verizon. This should have been a seamless process, and the added bonus of being able to keep my number. In the middle of the transfer, I was locked out of my Verizon account, and unable to retrieve account number or PIN to finish porting my number. After multiple attempts to explain to robots and human idiots, and them continuing to send texts to the account I was unable to access due to their deplorable practices, I was accused of fraud, as account is in deceased husband's name-despite me showing up at the *********** ** Verizon store 3 years ago with the death certificate to close the account, and being reassured that I would not have any issues in the future. Fraud. Who is guilty of fraud? Not me. It's Verizon.Review from Cynthia M

The worst business ever. They raised my per line charge when my husband passed. I canceled on the 11th. My billing cycle was on the 12th. But I paid on the 10th. I should have been refunded my full month. Instead they kept my money.Review from Kelly V

Horrible customer service. Purchased new phones decided to cancel them same day, they now have the phones and I cannot get my credit of $371.82 from them. This was the taxes from the new phones that I don't have from March 27, 2024. I have called multiple times since then and keep being told 3-5 business days. Super frustrated.Review from Debbie D

ZERO Can't contact billing I can't even sign in. False advertising doesnt have 5G. I want refunded for the charge I am no longer a customer. The automated answering is beyond garbage. They send you around and around then say I see you are having problems and they hang up. YES I have problems I think they don't have a way to contact them so they can rip people off. Verizon uses ******* for phone insurance. When ******* replaced a screen they corrupted my phone & started a $25 a month protection plan totally unauthorized. My phone is still not right & Verizon has not responded & oil cannot speak with a capable agentReview from Jonathan D

I had internet services while living in my last residence and went to turn in my router and cancel the services. the representative at their ******** branch store in ************ ** did not cancel my services nor instruct me to call to cancel internet services like they were supposed to after I made a point that I was ending my service back at the end of January. this has caused me to incur charges for a service I was not receiving. Once I found out, I called the customer service ********************** for billing, and it was understood that the charges would be backdated and waived but nearly a month later, this was not rectified and are now refusing to waive the fees associated. The only option I was given when called today was to have half of the bill waived for a service I stopped receiving 3 months ago.Review from Humam A

Verizon is the crappiest phone company around, have been ripping me off money for 3 years and never even knew it charging for a phone that had been paid off then purchased my own phone so I didn't have to pay their outrageous prices . **************** on phone and in both stores in st Mary's county is absolutely disgusting, I have never in my life dealt with a phone company like this , I will be taking further measures to get my money they've been overcharging me for closing my account and going right back to straight talk . 330 a month for one phone I'm purchasing through them the cheapest one they had one phone I own and the crappy wifi box ? Please explain to me why and how this company is still even open and able to do what they are doing . I promise if you plan on getting a phone your better off going with straight talk ******** or ****** Verizon . Has the worst customer service ever have of them can't even speak enough English to have a full conversation with you . If you want to save money I highly recommend dealing with a different company . If I could rate a zero I highly would.or negative 5 . !Review from Mike G

Verizon is the biggest crooks and shittest service in the world they try too hard and provide s*** service they rather have ne pay for service for products that don't work vs giving a credit and making situation right I see why they got customers leaving
