      Terrible. Been 8 years with Verizon. But just upgraded to free newer iPhones. Big mistake 1. We are now missing calls and texts. Tried their support. Couldnt fix but said they would call back. Never heard back. 2. Billing issues. The only $15 more a month verbal turned into $28 more a month. No one can explain. 3. My bill summary shows an AI generated set of notes about my billing. All notes are erroneous references to numbers that are not mine! 4. Their indian call center is cheap Im sure but useless. 5. Waiting for a class action suit and one year so o can pay off new phones and dump Verizon.

      Greedy keep threatening to interrupt services. Double billing, overcharging!Withdrawing money even when I didn't enough funds. To cover payment, got rid of payment arrangement option. EXPECT me to pay for a phone that is not activated. Reduced us to one viable phone. Harassing me with emails demanding payments.

      Verizon customer service is terrible. Had money left in my prepaid account and they refuse to refund me have made all sorts of excuses. Sorry as customer service *** ever dealt with. I was a Verizon customer since they open the door in redding **********. If you want a lesson, this is the place to learn one. I wont even give a one star rating thieves to say the least I had to at least give one star to leave a comment

      Cannot reach by phone or online. Part of my internet not working and new router from Verizon not working. Have spent hours trying to reach Verizon customer service. It does not resond.

      Im questioning whether Im the real disabled one of this party. Medically retired Vet here, trading in my phone for a simple upgrade and already paid for the upgraded device and case etc..Instead of leaving a happy customer, I was told I cannot have my new device until I drive 2 hours to another store just to verify who I am. I was literally standing in front of an associate with my Veteran ID, Drivers Liscense and all 2 step verifications. Now I have a loaner phone, a Verizon erased iPhone that previously worked JUST PERFECT before this mess.Their resolution was for a two hour drive to correct their problem. Unacceptable.

      If I could leave a no stars, I would. I was required by my work to switch from a company plan to my own plan. I have had a Verizon account through my work for over 13 years. As my spouse uses the competitor (*******, customer for 35 years) I switched over to that account with my phone line. Both companies said my account was unlocked but I could only download a Verizon sim card on my phone. After over 8 hours (over the course of 2 days without phone service) my spouse went into Verizon in ******** to have them help her. Talk about rude and condescending. They would not even look at the phone that Verizon had locked up. They told her she was no longer a customer and they didn't want to talk to her. She then went to ******** and in five minutes they had the phone working. They then told her Verizon plays these games to customers that are leaving. She went back to the store to just let them know that if this happens to anyone else they just need to go to T-Mobile and they can fix it. All 5 employees that were working that day talked to her rudely, They told her to get out of the store and they didn't want to talk to her at all. They also made fun of her and said some colorful things just because she was no longer a "Customer". Wow, and I was just going to switch temporarily to T-Mobile until I could get in to Verizon to set up my own account. Not only did you loose my business now, I will never come back after the way they treated my spouse. Oh, by the way, now that I am with a different carrier, the cell signal is much better and I am free to go more places that I was limited by Verizon. Where I am a Physician and on call frequently, the signal makes a gig difference.

      Verizon has been a complete nightmare. I was misled from the start at a so-called Verizon store that never disclosed they were not an actual Verizon-owned location. Only later did I realize it was an authorized retailer, and by then I had already signed up for a plan under false pretenses.The plan costs I was promised were never honored. My bill has been different every single month, and I still havent received the discounts or reimbursements I was guaranteed. On top of that, the coverage is weak, and customer service has done nothing to resolve the issues.I feel deceived and outright scammed. Verizon allowing these independent stores to masquerade as real Verizon locations is dishonest and unfair to customers. For such a large carrier, its shocking how little integrity and accountability there seems to be.I would strongly warn anyone considering Verizon: be extremely cautious, especially if the store doesnt make it crystal clear that it is not a corporate Verizon location

      They keep increasing my bill every month and now my discounts are not on the account and I have to renew them. And they took y military discount off too. Plus I pay for 5g and dont even f****** get it

      I am extremely disappointed with my recent experiences with Verizon. Toward the end of 2024, I called to discuss my bill because I didnt understand why it had gone up. The ***resentative I spoke with assured me my bill would go down. It didfor about two monthsbefore going back up again.When I called back, I was told I would receive a discount to lower my monthly bill, along with a one-time $200 discount on my next bill. I was satisfied with that explanation and even completed the survey with a positive review. However, when I checked my account the next day, none of those changes had been applied and my bill was still higher than before.I called again and spoke with another *** who promised to fix my bill and provide discounts. Although I was skeptical, I gave him a chance. He even called me afterward, pushing me to fill out the survey and telling me exactly what to write. He promised to call me on September 15th to confirm the changes were appliedbut that call never came, and again, the bill had not been adjusted.I called back once more and spoke to a female *** who promised me a loyal customer discount. She even sent me a text to confirm the lower bill amount, which I clicked to approve. I actually saw the changes reflected on my account after I confirmed, so I felt confident that everything was finally fixed. But the next day, when I checked again, the changes had disappeared and my bill was still at the higher ********* this point, I am beyond appalled with Verizon. Are these ***s lying just to secure good reviews? Because thats exactly what it feels like. The promises, the false confirmations, and the pressure to complete surveys while nothing actually changes is unacceptable. This is ridiculous, unprofessional, and dishonest treatment of a loyal customer. I am extremely frustrated and truly questioning whether I should remain with Verizon at all.

      Thinking to move back to **** this is ridiculous. Im waiting 40 minutes on the line. Im getting some guy in ***** the disconnect on me the phone and nothing was solved. After the last representative last month told me Im gonna get back some money on my account instead of that, my account went up for no reason so I will switch if nobody will call me to fix it
