      Verizon has the worst customer service. They scam you into paying more money, and they are so incredibly rude. I have been here 5 times in the last month trying to figure out my bill. So many unexpected bills that I was told I would never get billed for. We have been using Verizon for 8 years and my family and I decided after being lied to and treated horribly we are leaving and hope you do to.

      Verizon rips customers off when they close their account and charges for a full month of service even if you close it a few days after your billing cycle. It is the worst customer service ********************** to deal with and usually do not get answers or help.. we live 89 miles from town and they tell me to go to a store to get help??? Really!!! I was with them for over 20 years but will never use this phone company again I will do without a cell phone they were the only company available .. if I could have left 0 stars I would have but I had to select 1

      Verizon added a phone line and charged me for it for over a year, its impossible to get assistance from customer service I heard the same assurance 30 times and it still was not corrected . I went to several company stores leaving them feeling good about what I thought took place only to get the same run around ******** experience over and over again! They duck everything they ASURE you is going to happen or gets fixed never dies and recently on top of all that they are over charging me on another line now and Im so sick of this company I have a business plan. And a couple of my phones are not of off so as soon as that happen Im out VERIZON you **** oh and just to stick it to me another way they keep telling me Im not an authorized user with administrative access Im the owner of the company and of all the accounts I have not been about to get in the so for years

      I am contacting you as a result of horrendous account handling by ********************** when upgrading my family phones(4)the first week of June 2025.I was turning in (4) I-13 Pro phones to get 4 new I-16 Pro phones. I was told that I was getting $1,000 upgrade credit for the new phones.The *** told me on 6/4 my new phones would be at the Verizon ****** store **********************************The phones had not arrived for 3 days, so store Mgr contacted Verizon.Several days later, I received a bill for $1,614 as a result of "promo" charges.I was promised this would be wiped off my account on 6 separate occasions from Verizon Corp ***s with it NOT being removed each date provided to me. This has been going on for 2 1/2 months. I had to to turn auto-pay off to ensure VERIZON DOES NOT TAKE $$ THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM!Now, I am receiving threats from Verizon of overdue bills as a result of Verizon's ********* credit is affected and taking hits as a result of Verizon's extremely poor handling. I have dates, ***s names, and emails from Verizon's ***s confirming that I should not be charged this amount and that it would be ********** my attorney has all documents should I have go this route but I just want this to go away and use my phones without being charged for something I never was supposed to pay for in the first place!I have called Verizon more than 20 times from 6/4/25 - 8/14/25 spending ***** minutes per phone call. with Verizon's ***s during this timeframe.I was contacted on Monday(8/11/25) by Verizon saying I would incur added charges for not paying the $1,614, which the *** said that it would be gone in 2-3 days and then said his supervisor would call me - no call.6 times I was promised it would be removed and it wasn't!!Verizon texted that I will have my account deactivated and I would have to pay $20/phone to re-activate this account, brutal!********************** should not be allowed to do this!!Action is needed!

      Terrible customer service red flagged me for getting a new postpaid service and told me that I can only get prepaid service wouldn't give me an explanation from the fraud protection team of why they flagged me and denied my application. Well then thats find I took my service to t-mobile and I never had any issues. Verizon wireless i beyond terrible.

      Horrible experience. Would never return to them after my recent experience with them. On my last billing cycle I used 3 days of services before moving to a different carrier. The following month, they charged me for a full month of services. When I called customer service to ask why they overcharged me/why I wasnt prorated for the 3 days of services, they avoided answering my question and repeated information about the dates of my billing cycle (that I already knew) and ultimately told me they weren't able to help me. I asked to speak with a manager who could help me. They told me they would give me a call 30 minutes after the call ended. I never received a call. They also took my last bill that was set up through auto pay, two days early.

      Hi Ive been with Verizon almost 20, now never been late or anything and the rep ***** seem to care if I went to another cell phone carrier what away to do business?? Verizon keeps hiking their prices up when they should do away with the month advance billing and lower their prices to gain more customers and have better ways to keep long term customers!!! The executive office isnt much better!!!

      Verizon has gone down hill I can't seem to ever get my bills right with them . Once again I made a payment today and right after I left the store my phone was shut off this keeps happening. They lie and do t ever seem to have the same answer as the next always a different story .

      Absolute worst phone carrier Ive ever had to use or deal with! If I could do zero stars I would. Had auto pay set up for 3 years with spotty reception and horrible internet services only to cancel and keep getting billed. Monthly bill was $157 wound up paying almost double that plus some to close the account twice because they closed it wrong and charged more fees after the fact.
