      I had auto pay my payments around ***** When I ended service the next payment was over ****** without notifications.Everything month before they took a payment I got an email notifying ****** unemployed and they left me with 9.00.I cannot express how disgusted I am with this excuse of a company.       Do not deal with the live ***resentatives they are in a different country and are 1st rate thieves using their position with Verizon to fraudulently use your credit card information. They promise promotions that don't exist and are computer savy enough to to erase their interaction with you making it appear that you only dealt directly with the ** customer service **** I am leaving ********************** after 2 yrs of being a loyal customer. Please take heed to my words deal only with the mobile app or the ** bot if you deal with a live *** you will get ripped off. The fraud ***** Is an even bigger joke they will not fully investigate the fraudulent activity because they want to keep those positions outsourced to their country so don't expect them to really look into things. Only their ** calls are recorded so when you get a live *** from over seas the phone calls are not recorded. I would not send my worst enemy to Verizon.

      Verizon has the worst customer service ever. They are just vendors trying to get a buck. Shady agreement and never deliver. After paying for a year of service that i never got, they broke my contract and charged me a $4600 penalty for breaking the agreement. They broke it and they charged me can you believe this. Always read the tiny blue prints.

      I am a new customer for **********************. I visited a retail store in *****, *** to check prices for a phone for my wife and me. I was told of great promotion deals that lured me into making a purchase. I was told that auto pay would receive a $10 per phone per month discount. I was NOT told that the auto pay had to be a debit to my bank account (which I have never allowed anyone) or a Verizon **** card. I refused both options. Also, I was told in the store that as a reservist I would be eligible for a military discount of $25 per phone per month. I was NOT told that the military discount could not be combined with any other discount. Verizon's sales practices are VERY deceptive.

      Poor customer service I purchased a new unlocked phone cash and it's locked and they won't unlock it they said I have a ****************************************** knowing... and the good part a pay 1 cent a month for 36 months now why would I do that they said we want to make sure you don't change carriers ...

      Verizon has driven me to insanity. I'm ready to lose my mind and hang myself with their internet. ****, it's wireless, can't do it then. But they are awful. They told me that I would get a deal on the internet, so I agreed, but then they didn't honor the discounts they said I would be eligible for. When I tried to cancel it they gave me a hard time.Finally, I canceled just to be billed by them anyway. Now I'm trying to get my money back, but they say it could take a few months. They are con artists and thieves.

      If there was a zero star I would put it !For 35 years I have had a Verizon business account about $500 a month. Two months ago I sold that business and ever since I have been trying to close the business account and just keep 2 personal accounts, its been a nightmare, the absolute worst experience ever. Hours and hours of wasted time and cut off many times, I would never use Verizon, they may have the best coverage but for sure they have the worst customer service !

      Cannot accomplish the simplest, routine tasks. Took them 20 minutes to tell me that they would transfer me to the cancellation team. To which they never did. Website is not helpful and you just get rerouted to transfer or buy more products. Will not be looking for their service in the future.

      They are a scam , they charge me 500 dollars on fees adding different services on my kids phones like cloud extra store etc , now last two bills are 1200 for 5 lines they are a scam , and customer service is bad they are rude, unprofessional.

      The first thing you should know is Verizon LIES, not one of their employees to include supervisors tell the truth.They billed me twice for the month of July 2025 when the device was turned off trough on the 1st. of July 2025 and I had receipts for the May and June payment.I called and talked to a supervisor who promised to investigate the bill and call me back in 3 days. Day 5 and sill no reply, so I called and went through the entire complaint again and I was told that if I didn't pay the $62.21 for the month of July they would rep[ort this to my Credit.Verizon has to be the worst company I've ever done business with.
