      Cannot accomplish the simplest, routine tasks. Took them 20 minutes to tell me that they would transfer me to the cancellation team. To which they never did. Website is not helpful and you just get rerouted to transfer or buy more products. Will not be looking for their service in the future.

      They are a scam , they charge me 500 dollars on fees adding different services on my kids phones like cloud extra store etc , now last two bills are 1200 for 5 lines they are a scam , and customer service is bad they are rude, unprofessional.

      The first thing you should know is Verizon LIES, not one of their employees to include supervisors tell the truth.They billed me twice for the month of July 2025 when the device was turned off trough on the 1st. of July 2025 and I had receipts for the May and June payment.I called and talked to a supervisor who promised to investigate the bill and call me back in 3 days. Day 5 and sill no reply, so I called and went through the entire complaint again and I was told that if I didn't pay the $62.21 for the month of July they would rep[ort this to my Credit.Verizon has to be the worst company I've ever done business with.

      Ive had this service for four months and not once have I received a phone call. For whatever reason these people who claim to be wireless specialist, cant get my phone to ring in. Theyve sent me a different phone still doesnt ring in, now Ive been trying to get my money back for over two months and I keep getting lied to from some broad named *******. She is nothing more than a liar and a safe *****. This is the first step of mini mini mini steps we will take to do everything in our power to stop this company from fraud and one more human being.

      Im being trying to get in touch with Verizon about the service and dropping calls , every time we call is just a problem, they transfer you to every department they can in order to get somewhere with them, its been 3 weeks waiting for a extender and finally I call and find out that they never order me an extender , this service is getting worse and worse every day but we have to pay the company on time because if not we are getting our credit mess up

      This company has the worst customer service period! I have been a customer for over 20 years. They lured me in to add a fourth line for free and then after I got my bill they charged full price! I couldn't get them to rectify the error either. I wish I could give zero stars.

      The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced to the point I'm leaving my first revieww on BBB.Verizon suspended my line due to activating my replacement phone they sent me. Required a trip to the store, and over 3 hours of talking to online customer service. I was transferred to *********************** that didn't answer and when I did manage to talk to someone the call was often dropped. I have never hated a company so much

      Verizon wireless customer service has been horrible! The agents in ***** were so rude & they both hung up on me! It is so sad that the outsourced their customer service. The other thing that ******************** has been doing is fraudulently charging me for international travel when I was in the country in which I reside (***)!

      Extremely Disappointed After 9 Years of Loyalty After being with Verizon for 9 years, Im shocked at how little they valued us as customers. Youd think nearly a decade of loyalty would mean somethingbut apparently, it doesnt.When we reached out with issues and expressed frustration, not once did they try to make it right or offer anything to keep our business. No effort, no apology, no incentivejust cold, scripted responses and a clear attitude of indifference. It was like they couldnt care less whether we stayed or left.We gave Verizon almost a decade of loyalty and thousands of dollars. When we finally hit a breaking point with poor service and unhelpful support, their message was clear: "Bye."If youre considering Verizon, dont expect loyalty to be a two-way street. Theyre happy to take your moneyuntil you have a problem. Then they just let you walk
