      They deserve zero stars. Worst customer service ever. Ten different answers from ten different people. They do not know how to fix any issues. I still cannot get online access to my account after literal months of calling them. Its a business account and if i could I would dump them immediately. If you are considering them for business, DON'T!

      The East Brunswick charged me 30 dollars twice to switch apps over for 2 different phones in 4 days. The first phone did not work right. Cannot get an answer from verizon. This is called stealing.

      Horrible service. Refuses to take phones back, even though purchased less than 30 days ago. **************** *** at ******* Washington told us to switch to boost and then turn our phones in. We did and now verizon won't take back because our number is no longer valid. Now they expect us to pay $ ******** in phones.

      I canceled this order before it shipped, and Verizon confirmed the cancellation and refund. Despite that, they shipped the devices anyway. I never activated or used them, and they arrived late without a signature. Verizon is now refusing to refund me or provide return instructions. This charge is for goods not delivered as agreed.

      I recently had a frustrating experience with Verizon Wireless. They activated three devices without my consent and continued to charge me for them. What's worse is that they insist these activations were done with my consent and have provided no material evidence to support their claim that the lines were not fraudulently activated. It feels like I'm stuck in a vicious circular loop with no clear resolution in sight. This lack of transparency and support from Verizon has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

      The worst customer service. They put there customer service overseas and they are getting what they pay for. Too busy paying celebrity's for ads instead of focusing on their current customers. There are a lot of dead zones in and around metro *******.

      My wife finally chose to come over from her carrier. Verizon promised to pay off what of the cost of her old phone. This began in late ******** was never explained to her that it would take at least 8 weeks for the total transaction to go through. We played phone tag with different agents on too many occasions to count. In the end, we were told to download our virtual receipt & utilize it whatever way we saw fit. Mind you, it was for over $400. She attempted to buy groceries at one of our local grocers, yet was tolld by the customer service *** that there was nothing on the card, zilch! So in the end, we ended up taking the virtual card to Verizon, where it was applied to our future bill. A virtual 3-month headache! Disgusting, Verizon! Shame on you! I noticed that they don't have a review section on their website, probably because they don't care. You really need to.

      Verizon as a company in and of its own isnt always reliable. My service cuts out more now versus when I was on StraightTalk. It costs a lot more, too. However, the customer service experience at the ****, ******************* store is exceptional, especially with a staff member named ******. I am looking to reach out directly to Verizon to inform of the company of this valuable employee. Dont let her go!

      I just had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with **********************. On July 12th, the ******* phone thats the primary number on the account stopped working (touch screen stopped working) so it got sent off for repairs. I made the decision to get a backup phone by adding a line to the account and opted for an iPhone, which arrived on the 16th. Since its taking longer than usual for my ******* to be returned to me, I went through the process of updating contact information and authentication methods on important accounts to include the number linked to the iPhone.I tried to log into my account but it wouldnt let me advance pass the screen attempting to send a code/ link to my old phone number (the one being repaired), I called Verizon to see if I could get the iPhone number to be used as the number for MFA. With all the stress going on, I could not remember the pin linked to my account. However, I was able to provide other identifying information (email address, other phone numbers on my account, my physical address, and my SSN). I experienced being gaslit and was told by one representative that my account could not be found, despite a bill being sent to my email address today. Then the manager did not relay the correct information to tech support. I was kept on the phone for almost two hours with customer service representatives trying to make me feel stupid for their inability to fix the problem.The customer service needs improving. Have some empathy for your customers. Dont insult their intelligence. And have additional ways of authenticating your customers apart from this method that the tech team is unable to figure out how to undo.
