      I get tired of being offer perks if I signed up for this service that service then when you do what you suppose to is like pulling teeth for you to receive your perks from verizon. I was offer 200 verizon gift card and a 250 to Amazon if I got the home internet and for the same price I was paying tmoblie didnt receive any of these perks or price. My first bill after receiving the internet ****** I was paying ****** before the internet so that is 150 more now thats after a ***** credit was applied. My gift cards were suppose to be validate on 7/14 -7/15 they were denied telling me i didnt order the internet within the dates to receive the perks this is the good part they are on my recepit to receive after ************************************************************************* I need to resumbitted and ******* vaild 7/23 which is tomorrow and bet you they won't be. Verizon wireless makes it so difficult to receive a perk a customer gives up and ********************** wins because now im stuck in a ************************************************************************** my home. This is false advertising to offer someone something and then dont month through with it and I had the service for 45 days verizon wont give me my perks. This is not the first time but it ******* the last I will not fall for verizon wireless tricks again and I will report them to the *** for false advertising.

      Not sure whats going on but I still have NOT received the incentive to switch over to Verizon. Worst mistake I made. After switching to Verizon to use for my business Im actually losing business due to the fact that my phone barely loads. I have had clients send screenshots of messages I never received and this all started when I switched to Verizon. Im losing money, I never received the payoff for **** so now Im in the hole from the start and looking to sue if this is not handled. Not good for business even if youre paying for the best service.

      I am absolutely disappointed and disgusted with Verizon wireless and their service. My father is legally blind and can't see the monthly Bill on his phone so they are claiming that we owe money on 4 lines instead of 2 and are refusing to make it right by simply taking the 2 non working lines away and refunding us the money in extra fees. I would not recommend wasting your time with this business and would choose a different phone company that is not over priced.

      Highlights are 1. Discrepancies in Service Agreement 2. Billing errors and customer service issues 3. Unappealing contract options and rate adjustments.Overcharging and not refunding after they admitted it was their error.

      Internet service doesnt work and Verizon wants more money to improve a non working service no matter what the costs, i live in an area that the reception service doesnt work, but Verizon asks for more money to improve a service that will never work in my area .

      Did a trade in September 2023. Have called in on 4 separate occasions. They never apply my trade in credit of $700 They keep saying they'll apply a credit per month to my account, essentially locking me into their service for however long if I want my money back. I'm now 2 years into making payments. The highest number I got from the ***resentative was a retroactive credit and future discount of $22.22 per month for 12 months totalling to $416. Not $700 Their Superviser **** is now saying that I'll receive $22 credit for the next 36 months in addition to a retroactive credit for $199.98 for the last 9 months of service, Totalling to $999.96 credit over 3 years. I dont believe this. It's not mathing properly. Its my 4th call in. Just own up to your mistakes and write a check to resolve this problem that has always been on your end. Locking me in for 3 years only benefits your business through an issue you caused. I'm so tired of spending hrs on the phone just to feel like crying at the end of it. Nothing makes sense. After every 5 minute hold the $$ changes. I get different information from the *** on several occasions and then the supervisor gives me an entirely different set of numbers.This is so absurd.

      They lied from the beginning. The bill is $30 more per month than they said. They also penalized me because THEY sent a phone and it got lost so they said I didn't turn in my other phone in time. Also, they did not provide a box or any way to send them back to this mystery location. The service is the worst I have ever experienced, I want to go back to ATT where the service is 100% but I am trapped in their first due to unforseen contracts. How do I go back to a really phone company at this point? Also the people at the store are completely clueless and are extremely rude. Verizon is an evil enterprise and I hope this review helps others to not get deceaved by their lies!!! This company needs to be looked at as unfair business practices are a daily for them.

      Verizon has had a known issues since 6/2/2025 with service from their **************************. They are not saying the issue has been resolved. However, they told me this area is now deemed a poor coverage are and either get **** or move service providers. After 13 years of service this is how your customers are treated,

      They took their payment twice in a day. I called to have reversed and they said I needed to call my bank. Why should I be inconvenienced to call my bank when Verizon is the one who made the error. I have been a client of theirs for *************************************************************** on my account. Thankfully I had the money in my account but what if I didnt and it overdrafted my bank account. Very disappointed and will be switching carriers just due to the fact of their lack of assistance of an error they made!
