      On 8/26, I was connected to a Verizon associate to pay my bill - except this person apparently worked for a company called ************. The associate stole my debit card information and over the next 3 days charged my card $945 under Verizon. I call Verizon - they have no record of the unauthorized payments. I made a ***** payment for my phone bill.. ** said they refunded it - but it went to ************. Suprise - no refund ever made. We're up to $1545 now in money paid to Verizon that is now gone. Incompetent baboons.They use 3rd party for customer service, and these people will steal your card info to make unauthorized transactions and then you can not reach anyone that doesn't word salad the convo or allow you to speak to someone directly about your case. THEY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

      I was assaulted and robbed of my phone. Forced me to get a new line with new number in order to get a free phone. I've been a verizon member for over a decade with the same number and mo they bills over $300. Then every time I called customer.csre I was told.oh here is a work around we can help but every time it was someone offering something not possible and i call back.because its not done but when I call back they tell me that last agent was wrong that they even noted the account with the wrong information but they can't honor what that agent said. I had the rudest supervisor who was unhelpful and refused a request for a manager. Most agents don't use hold and just leave you on mute so you never know if you are still connected. Company use to care about its loyal customers but because my phone was stolen so of course had no trade in they refused to help me with a phone.

      If there was an option to put -5 stars that would be more accurate. With the average rating of 1.1 stars I can see im not the only one having issues with this s***** service. The downfall of this company is actually crazy, old verizon was the best network, now its nothing but constant problems and issues. This f****** s*** ruins my day everyday.

      What a nightmare ************** customer service is absolutely the worst. They lied to me after spending 5 hours in their store. Probably at least 40 hours on the phone trying to rectify this situation. And all they've done is lied. Trying to get the *** ticket, they told me everything was good. And b, they this Lie Lie lie, do not switch to this company, please. I'm telling you, do not switch. This is the worst experience I've ever had. With. Switching to another phone company ******** was much better customer service.

      Verizon wireless is the absolute worst with customer service. You can not reach anyone in the ***. They lie about everything they are doing. I have called them literally 60+ times and wasted countless hours, days trying to resolve issues they say they fixed but actually create other problems in doing so. I'm so tired of these guys

      Verizon *****. They opened account in my name for someone else with a phone purchase and told me that I had to pay for it. Needless to say I didn't pay for it. I switched to consumer cellular which is a great company. ******* and no bad customer service. ********************** was good at one point, but not anymore.

      My husband upgraded his phone and apple watch but the sales *** added two new lines rather than upgrading two lines. I noticed on the next bill we were getting charged for lines we didn't have. After weeks and HOURS of chats and phone calls and promised resolutions that never occurred, corporate got involved and treated it like a fraud case. We were threatened with our lines being diaconnected if we didn't pay and were then told others have brought to light sales ***s adding lines without consent. While we (think) the problem is now resolved... I cannot stress enough how horrible version has been to deal with from sales ***s to customer service

      I am by them over 10 years when you need anything they make sure their employees have what to do put you on hold then switch you to different departments promise and they never keep their promist then after spending on the phone over an hour the phone gets disconnected you have restarted from the bugging to day is the 3rd day I psend over 3 hours every day .They are so big there is no one to complain I.o.

      I visited a Verizon store to trade in my old phone (iPhone13) and purchase a new one (iPhone 16 ProMax). The store representative promised that the trade-in value would be applied immediately as a lump sum, but Verizon applied it monthly over 2436 months instead.Later, when I switched to another carrier, Verizon billed me for the remaining balance without accounting for my trade-in( Almost 900$). I also faced multiple issues: they tried to charge me the activation fee twice, never recognized my down payment, and my monthly bills often increased unexpectedly up to $230 with no ************** July 2025, Verizon charged me $188 even though my payment arrangement was scheduled for August 1st. When I requested a refund, it was never returned, and part of that amount still appears as unpaid.Due to repeated billing problems, misleading trade-in practices, and lack of transparency, I decided to switch to another carrier. Very frustrating experience.

      I never see my reviews anywhere when I submit them. Verizon outsourced customer service is beyond inept! Twice I was promised that a sim card would be sent. The local Verizon store wouldn't order one. I had to drive a hundred miles one way to get service. They should all be fired.
