      This companyy took out $275.57 from my bank not authorized. I swet up an auto paymentwhich was a lower amount. They took the extra money 2 days before. I called to explain the issue. They said they would cancel the auto payment luckily i called bank to stop payment on anything for them. My bank told me the auto payment was attempted but blocked. That means they tried to charge me $460 for a month and i only have one phone. Stay away from these fools. Money grubbers. I am also disabled so trying to take advantage

      I was promised a 200 Verizon gift card for signing up, now they are claiming that was a mistake. Theyre trying to offer a 100 credit in place of what I was told, despite me having it in writing. Pretty sure its illegal to make false promises.

      RUN FROM ANY CELL PHONE COMPANY WHO IS ASSOCIATED WITH VERIZON!!! We never had any issues with Straight Talk until Verizon took over! We had Straight Talk for years until this year. We switched to Consumer Cellular.

      Verizon customer service *****. When you have an issue and you call you always get a foreign person and a foreign country who never knows what the h*** they are talking about. They transfer you to another line and then you wind up in voicemail h*** Nobody helps you, you just have endless voice prompts that lead to nowhere. You can never speak to someone in the ************* either. A typical multi billion dollar corporation where the leadership probably makes more in 5 minutes than 90% of America makes in a whole year. And they're always greedy for more by farming all the customer service out to foreign countries with people who can barely speak english. This company really *****.

      MAJOR RIP OFF!!! I called because I had not received my credit, CS told me I would receive it this month and I did not. Calls go to a TOTALLY BAD AI that cannot even receive my account number. I have been with them for over 20 years and they treat me like garbage. NO INTERNAL COMPANY COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!!!

      Been verizon customer 22 years.Customer service is absolutely the worst Trying to get help is a nightmare. They text me every month to pay my bill and I always pay on time.Seems like customer service in NOT important to them

      Company makes everything by so darn hard to cancel with them and I will never use them again. When you switch the stores wont help you, but if you dont remember your account pin they wont help you over the phone and Gods help you if you dont remember your account number

      I am surprised Verizon even has a one-star option. This is the wrist customer service I've ever experienced. Speaking to a live agent is almost impossible. You can schedule payment arrangements. I did that. However, twice now, my services were disconnected before the arrangement; it was nowhere to be found and Verizon did nothing to acknowledge that problem. They did, however, charge me $10 to make a new payment arrangement with a live agent over the phone. I can't tell if this is a scam, but it sure seems like it! No one has explained that. I asked the agent why I would trust that the payment arrangement will even work, and he just kept saying it will work and mansplaining payment arrangements to me. I feel like I was charged for Verizon to fix its own problem, and the problem wasn't fixed!!! Verizon is a new low for cell phone companies and customer service. If you're visiting **********************, please listen when I say, "WARNING. Do not go with Verizon. You will regret it. They will find any excuse to drain you for more and more money until you are stuck in a loop that you can never fully pay." I hate Verizon with a level of passion I've never had.

      No stars. Endless loop of AI messages. Called a local office and transferred to a likely call center in SE ****. Promised a human who could help and put on hold for over an hour when I finally hung up with no resolution. Total os 2.5 hours of my life wasted.
