I have been a loyal ******** for 7 years . I recently feel like I have been scammed into adding a line without the *** Sunday Ticket.. the first representative told me I was eligible and told me to keep checking my email .. it never came that was the point of getting the second line..... Now the second ******** service representative says I'm not eligible.... I don't appreciate being lie to ..

Your internet service is horrible. If you can't provide a reputable service. You shouldn't Sell it. What loss of service reimbursement are you giving to your customers?

Verizon Business sent us a bill with an incorrect charge. We drove to the Verizon store to speak with a live person and were told we had to call Verizon - the **** in the store could do nothing. While in the store, we called and got AI telling us "for your convenience, we'll send you a text link to verify you." We received a passcode, not a link! We tried several Verizon numbers and all went there. The **** found a way to get us to a live human (took 10 min.) and during the call, the line dropped. They tried again and the same thing happened. The **** on the phone never called us back. We drove back home (22 miles 1 way) and tried logging in from home and couldn't get our pw changed. Just a disaster all the way around. 'We are paying the bill under protest because we should be able to speak to someone but they'll just cut off our service if we don't pay the full amount, even though it is incorrect. Denying us the ability to speak with someone about a bill is illegal.

************* Verizon will rip you off if you bundle internet and cellphone. If you choose to have a little $10-$20 discount, you must be willing to share your entire banking history with them, including past transactions, linked accounts, and your soul. Read the fine print!

Ordered a phone, transferred number from previous carrier. After several days their customer "service" could not get me connected. I returned phone ($50 restock fee) and went back to straight talk. Now I'm getting bills for $1200 for the returned phone. Trying to get through to cust svc is a many hours nightmare. Went to Verizon store, showed my receipts. Said they couldn't help and to call cust svc. I made them call, which took an hour to get through (karma). They passed phone to me and I spent another hour trying to explain. Said they works escalate it. Which is what they told me two weeks ago. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I called customer service asking about why my invoice went up $60. One international call $19 and $25 loyalty discount expired (yes, after 13 years, loyalty!). The other $16 no idea. **************** agent was rude, no solution and then she hung ***** loyalty has just ended.

I think all of the mobile and wireless companies pretty much ****, but my recent experience with Verizon makes me realize they are by far the worse number one they dont have corporate stores. They do it all by third-party vendors and these vendors dont give a s*** they will tell you anything to get you to sign up. Itll tell you the fine printer thing Ive got a new phone a couple years ago but they failed to tell me is if I left before 36 months they would revoke all of the discounts and I would have a full payout on the phone, which is exactly whats happened I only switch because the phone didnt work good at my new home the data speeds everything were really bad so I went to **** or ****s lied to me to do all this switchover. They told me they would help with the pay out the phone, but theyre not and I wanted to go back to Verizon because of the issues and I was told I cant that it was too late to reverse anything and they couldnt give me a discount back and we all know thats ********. Theyre basically you know wanting that money now and they told me wed love to have you back as a customer but thats not true they love to have me back customer they would let me go right back to what I had before for 24 months previously I would never trust Verizon with another thing at all ever ever while they all lie like I said, **** is no saint. I think Verizon fireworks at least **** has corporate stores where theyre supposed to at least tell you the truth but you just gotta learn to ask every question possible about charges fees and this and that and what happens I will never buy a phone from **** Verizon or anybody else again because it locked you in I will buy straight from *****. Oh yeah, the executive relations committee was a good idea for Verizon. I used to think it was pretty good but now they become crappy they just switch you off to different people and thats where it started going downhill for me.
