      Do not do business with Cellular Sales Verizon on ***** Way. They will point blank lie to you. They are in **********. I got lied to about their Internet that I was told that I could return to them. Tonight I was told that I needed to call a number to get an approval to return to the ***. When I was lied to by *******, ****** and *****. They won't even tell me how my phone is. Do not do any business with them. They are ****** and liars. My name is **** ******.

      Wish I could rate Verizon negative 5 stars. Absolutely the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. I wont go into the long story of how shady and useless customer service over phone is, but long story short I felt threatened and bullied and I could not get a sentence in to try and converse with these people. They are dishonest and try to cheat you. And it didnt stop that day they kept calling, texting and emailing. Yet couldnt find one person that could help and listen. Just wanted to cancel my internet , because it only worked 10 days out of a month. They say its unlimited but they lower the speed so much that its unusable. Then they told me I had a contract which was never brought up to me when I purchased. I kept saying I just want to cancel. Ive had phone service with them, 2 lines at $200 a month for 27 years. Im going to have to find new service now. I was actually very shaken after trying to talk to someone.

      Verizon system trying to get me to pay a bill I already paid. The day after their own system said was paid, they continue to ask for payment for that bill. One link says I paid it the other says I did not pay it.

      Bait and switch on phone upgrade. **** into store store to get offer signed paperwork then was presented with a $300 charge on each phone and an added $49 month charge on each device. None of which was mentioned by store.

      On 09/09/2025 I visited the Verizon store on *********************************************************************************************************************. I checked myself in, they had me waiting while there was 3 employees in there only 1 rep was dealing with someone and those people were girls. So he comes to me and says what brings you in today I say I want to start 2 new lines of service with you guys he says ok we proceed wit the process, I give him my ID he scans it and saysone sec I have to verify something about your id to my manager that was a red flag right there, he comes back to me and says yea Im sorry unfortunately we can only provide you with prepaid services not to mention he never asked for my social and he never asked for my gmail so that Verizon employee messed everything up because 4 days ago I ran my name on the Verizon website i was approved for 2 16 pro maxs 0 down. I have a 700 credit score no way Im only approved for prepaid and I love Verizon I have so much family that uses you guys services so why keep saying Im denied when Im not and also want to be apart of the family. Every time I call them and ask them whats going on they can never give me a reason and thats against my consumer rights if Im giving you my SSN, so under 15 USC 1681 Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) they violated my rights. Ive got record phone calls with Verizon representatives hanging up in my ear because I told them about the *** codes I know my rights as citizen of the US but this has been going on for a year now but back then I wasnt so hip to these *** codes until I did my research and thats why Im here today doing this. AS A CUSTOMER MY RIGHTS WERE VIOLATED. Im taking actions for their actions.

      We cancelled our Verizon service and switched to a different provider because of the insanely high cost Verizon wants for their plans. We had a 2gb plan for 2 people that cost 2x more than an unlimited plan for 3 people under a different provider.1 of the 2 lines were cancelled without issue. The 2nd line was that of my 75 year old mother. The account was cancelled yet Verizon repeatedly harassed her saying she owned money. When we tried to go online to review the bill and see why we owed it, we could no longer access the account information due to it being cancelled.When I called Verizon customer support for help, the repeatedly talked over me, spent 10+ minutes trying to find the account, and once they did find the cancelled account, refused to help us access it. When I asked multiple times to speak to a supervisor to resolve the matter the specialist hung up on **** then tried to use their chat feature to reach out, and the chat feature does not let you log in if you do not have an active account. The link they provide to check your cancelled account also does not work and gives a 404 error.Verizon continues to harass my elderly mother for money but refuses to explain why she owes this money when the account is cancelled, and does not provide a valid method to access cancelled accounts to review the bill on your own.Their company practices are predatory, and they make it incredibly difficult to resolve any questions or concerns in a clear manner.

      Absolutely zero f****** customer service! They **** you of your money, lie to you, steal, you cant get through to anyone, when you do they hang up on you, pretend they cant hear you, fight you at every opportunity! Verizon if youre reading this, youve lost me solely to your complete and utter lack of customer service! Im going to T-Mobile!FUUUUUUUU*CK YOU Verizon!

      Unable to get in touch with any of their representatives, as the wait time is more than an hour and the call back request is never honored. Signed up for an updated contract that was slightly cheaper, but still being charged the same price months later.

      Can you even leave 0 stars? Thats what they deserve. *** had $30 service with more service. I was on the phone 12 hours yesterday with numerous promises that werent kept and back at it today. I have a $0 past due balance but my service was terminated and Ive been told lie after lie after lie. I do this every week or two with various problems with my last call being 5+ hours and nothing accomplished. They are the worst of the worst. Unreliable, rude as can be, you will NEVER be able to speak with anyone or even chat if ur service is disconnected for no reason. This company has caused me to miss so many important zooms as well as calls and my anxiety is about as high as ever. If anyone starts a class action, Im in. Otherwise I will continue to do what I can and make sure everyone knows how they operate.

      I've been a customer for over 20 years, and I am now leaving Verizon due to its poor customer service. For over 6 months my phone has not worked, can't get calls or text messages and I have been calling in to have it fixed, still doesn't work. Two weeks ago, a manager told me that my network was virtually nonexistent, and he was going to call me back after troubleshooting the issue, that call never came. I have spent 4 hours today (9/9/25) on the phone trying to fix the same issue, I've spoken to no less than 8 different people none of whom can help me. I have now asked to cancel my account, and they have the AUDACITY to tell me that I'm under contract! According to that contract I'm supposed to get service that work so the breach of contract is on Verizon's part since I'm not getting what I signed up for. Save yourselves the trouble go with literally any other cell phone carrier, you'll be much better off.
