      No Product available, no refund offered, product supplied sub-par and poor quality. **************** terrible.On 03-23-2024 middle of business day ordered online Doughnut Special, 1-dozen Glazed & 1-dozen assorted for $24.99 # ***************** (attached receipt). Upon arrival to location store at Blackstone Ave was told we dont have glazed doughnuts I was not offered any refund or additional items for the shortage only the 12 dozen assorted. Upon receiving the 12 dozen assorted found sub-par product, not assorted only 2 flavors and small doughnuts not if regular size. Believe it or not this is the 2nd time at this location with the very same issues, poor customer service and zero product. If you are in business to supply Doughnuts then have product or supply a refund policy. I have learned my ****** with Krispy Kreme, dont buy! You need to close this location it is poorly operated and is hurting your business more than helping.

      I have not heard from the business in response to my complaint. Locally the business does not respond, working associates state they have no authority to resolve complaints.

      To whom this concerns, On February 13th 2024 I ordered a dozen of valentines day donuts on *******************************************************************. When I went home and ate with my family, my son, screams and starts spitting his food out. I then asked him what was wrong and there was hair in his donut. Huge FOOD HAZARD. We were all disgusted. Does Krispy Kreme company not wear a hairnet? Hair nets are used as protective gear in the food industry to keep food safe from contamination and protect consumers. Any loose hair falling into the food can carry bacteria on food and contaminate products. Why havent they thought about this? . I spoke with **************** i got an email on February 15th of a Free 1 Dozen Assorted Doughnut. On February 18th my husband and I decided to go to Krispy Kreme to redeem the coupon. When we got to the building it was 9:00PM the doughnut shop closes at 10PM. It was very odd to see the building pitch back as if krispy kreme was closed, even the open light sign was off. I went to the window and there was 3 female employees helping us redeem the coupon, seems like there was technical difficulties. The fourth person came to the window assuming it was an employee she was not wearing uniform like the other female employees ( Attire red polo shirt and ******* the female was wearing a blue shirt, blue windbreaker, was wearing braids and had bruises all over her neck . I can put 2 and 2 together that is not bruises. Very tacky and unprofessional. Not looking forward to my local Krispy Kreme seeing a sleazy employee with bruises all over her neck not wearing appropriate attire. The blue shirt im assuming employee opened the window and told me: We cant give you your Free Donut with an attitude. I asked why and she responded with an attitude once again saying URGH you didnt print your coupon. You shouldve print the coupon. Every question I had was with disrespect and patronize me. Ended up leaving not satisfied and with bad customer service.

      I got to ****** cream at least once a week and I always try and get a glazed cream filled. For the past 6 months every time I try to get glazed cream filled they never have them NEVER. Its my favorite donut and I never get one. Im a loyal customer but I guess ** going to hve to stop going there.

      Company continually has misleading advertising - they offer holiday themed donuts - do a big push on their website and mobile app, but never have them in stock.Ive now had 2 consecutive instances in which I placed an order several days in advance, only to be notified the day of that they NONE of the donuts I ordered made/in stock.

      My name is *************************************. I'm writing to you after having called **************** multiple times. On January 1,2024 I visited the Krispy Kreme location in *************** **. I went there with the intention of using the Krispy Kreme Fundraising Certificates that I purchased from a family member. I was informed by the associate that assisted me that they could not be used at that location or any location in ********** because these were franchises and not corporate stores. She suggested that I contact **************** for assistance, which I did. I called **************** by calling the number in the Krispy Kreme app. I explained what happened to the agent that answered the call and she stated that someone from corporate would be in touch. I called an additional 4 times after this and was given the same response that someone would call me, which never happened. I finally received an email from the person who I would assume to be the store manager of the ************************* location. She asked me to send her a picture of the certificate I wanted to use. After providing her with the picture that was requested. I was told again that they could not be redeemed at that location.I am now stuck with two certificates that I am unable to use, and no one seems to want to assist with a solution. Im attempting to work with Krispy Kreme directly before going to the BBB.I look forward to hearing from someone soon.Regards,*************************************

      I am a Krispy Kreme rewards member & I have 1 free dozen glazed donuts coming to me & have it in my app for proof. I went to redeem my offer & was refused because it did not show up under my phone number to the business. I even showed my proof on my phone that I had this offer but no one would help me & I was turned away.

      Krispy Kreme gave me the wrong order, but the boxes are sealed so I was unable to check until I got home.

      I let them know about this, and the poor experience from their non-responsive employees. They issued me an email coupon for a free dozen assorted and said they let the management know.

      I went back to the location and ordered. Upon presenting the coupon the manager refused to accept it. Said she was the highest up you can talk to and she knew nothing about this coupon. She was very rude and refused to help me, giving me excuse after excuse.

      I have let them know and still have not heard back. In addition to a refund of $11.97, I am requesting a refund of my wasted time (1 hour x $75) and $10 wasted gas. If this is not refunded, I will be seeking Promissory estoppel.

      My complaint is regarding false advertising and deceptive business practices by Krispy Kreme Donuts.

      On 11-13-23, Krispy Kreme advertised a dozen free donuts to any customer.

      The free donuts were available on 11-13-23 as a promotion for Kindness Day.

      On 11-13-23, I went to the Krispy Kreme in ******* TN on ***** ******* *********.

      On 11-13-23, the Krispy Kreme location on ***** ******* ********* in ******* TN was closed.

      On 11-12-23, the Krispy Kreme location on ***** ******* ********* in ******* TN was open.

      I called customer service on 11-13-23 and I spoke to a female name J********.

      I explained to J******* about Krispy Kreme was closed on 11-13-23 on ***** ******* ********* in ******* TN.

      I requested a raincheck.

      On 11-13-23, J******* advised me that she would send me a gift card in the mail for a free dozen donuts of my choice.

      J******* advised me that she could not send me a coupon through email.

      I did not receive any gift card through the mail from Krispy Kreme Donuts.

      I went to the ***** ******* ********* location on 11-15-23 to request a raincheck.

      I was denied a raincheck by the manager and I was told the offer expired on 11-13-23.

      I would like for Krispy Kreme Donuts to honor its promotion that was offered on 11-13-23.

      I ordered online, got an err message so I ordered again. Email sent me two order confirmations, I only wanted 1 order. Called krispy kreme as the email advised for issues but they said they could not help me cancell first order because it was now ********'s responsibility. Krispy kreme's online page did not mention that my order would be hijacked by ********. Krispy kreme and ******** failed to provide me with an option to cancell well ahead of my order delivery time. My second order was delivered to a different location and the delivery person would not answer my calls nor texts in my attemps to give them delivery arraingements.

      I purchased 3 dozen donuts on the app last Friday making my total over $60. I went to pick up my order and the store neglected to add my 3rd dozen. I grabbed my bag and was on my way to work when I realized 1 box was missing. I had to go back and get the missing box making me late for work and causing a bad mark on my name at work. I reached out via email and haven’t heard back other than we’ve received your complaint. No type of apology or anything to make this right.
