  I needed help it was late at night and Gotcha towing really came quick. I was surprised and thankful. **** had such a positive attitude it put me at ease in a already stressful situation. I will not use another tow company because even at 3am in the morning they were looking out for me ? ?

  Gotcha Towing and Recovery really GOTCHA when you need them. I was having car issues and it was late and I called Gotcha and they showed up quicker than all the other tow companies that I had checked with. I will always call and refer GOTCHA TOWING & RECOVERY for all my towing needs and I recommend you do as well in your time of need!! Everyone normally hate towing companies due to them illegally parking or not making payments on their vehicles so the towing companies never get commended for the good service they do, so I wanted to make sure GOTCHA got the recognition they deserved for the service that I received. Thank you for your service in a timely manner.

  This is a very shady business. They tow cars and charge $380 to get it back. Problem is that they only take cash. Thats a scam. No digital records of the transaction at all. The office and the property were in a very dark and shady side street - ***********************. It was essentially a small unfurnished house with a fenced in yard with barbwires all around it.

  This Business is definitely a scam. I can see if you are legally towing but they illegally towed my daughters car while I was on the phone with her and she clearly was trying to show their Driver her Apartment pass that was on the dashboard. The Driver pushed her twice while I was on the phone with her because she was begging him to just look on the dash at her parking permit. I called and left the owners *** and ** a message at 10:30 at night. Called again at 8:00 on the next morning and left *** and ** a message only for them to not call me back. When i got there they were very nonchalant and did not care about the driver assaulting my daughter & went to say it was a lie. Their approach was very unprofessional and not acceptable. I believe in doing whats right and I will be taking further action. *** and ** are definitely scam artist. Its a matter of time and justice will be served on this Business. The get a -0 for Rating!
