  Their trucks roam the city like vultures circling in the sky, waiting to swoop downwhether the target is alive or not. My son who just turned 18 was completing a DoorDash delivery around 10:15 PM from ***** Hot Chicken on July 27th, parking nearby. After picking up the food, which took a little longer than expected, he returned to witness his car being towed. He ran after the tow truck, but all he remembers is the two men inside laughing as they drove away. There he stood in the dark, with the customers food in his handhelpless and overwhelmed.I understand that everyone has a job to do, and this experience may serve as a life ****** for our son. But I am deeply troubled by the circumstances. The lack of transparency, the refusal to accept electronic payment, and the failure to issue a receipt raise serious concerns about the legality and ethics of the towing practices involved.A fee of $340 is a heavy burden for a young adult working part-time. How many ******** deliveries does he have to complete just to make that amount? And theres nowhere to appealjust a cold fact: I have your car. Do you want it or not?

  Horrible blood sucking Scammers!!! They towed my car and charged $362.95 plus i had to get a ride out to their dumpy trailer office in the hood to pick it up! These people are SCUM of the earth bottom dwellers!

  Deplorable, disgusting, and predatory. I parked in downtown ********** at a restaurant. There was a farmers market going on at the time so before entering the restaurant we strolled the market. These people watched me exit my car with three children and within minutes towed my car. I was left stranded with THREE worried children and they knew this. As so many others have stated the employees are rude, they only take cash (which screams tax evasion and money laundering), and their practices are outright ridiculous. I cannot believe that the City of ********** allows this business to continue operating. I am certain that these monsters will get what is coming to them eventually. You cannot take advantage of people and expect to live a worthwhile existence.

  The lady who I spoke with told me "$340 CASH ONLY. Bring a valid drivers license". She gave no other options. When I arrived to retrieve my vehicle not only did she give zero options, she did not say one wotd to me. INSULT TO INJURY. I have written a letter to the ****** as well as a letter to the mayor and city council. I own and operate a well established business in the busy downtown area of a neighboring community. Something like this has never happened to me in any other place and this practice is unheard of in the community that I live in. It would not be tolerated. What happened to me - and countless others is wrong. Period.

  Towed my ******** clients car from downtown ********** (I work downtown) from a lot that did not have signs posted in the parking spaces themselves. I understand the confusion, but being the fact the signage was vague you would think they would have some kind of compassion and understanding for the situation. The drivers were smart *****. Not only that but my e-break was on so who knows if my car is ruined. I had to pay for my clients car as well. $700! They also only took cash only so theyre probably smearing the books, the irs should probably take a look at that. I will definitely be reporting them and have email the private owner of the lot so they can have proper signage.

  Is there no way you could please contact the owners so I can receive a refund for my clients car at least. I have a picture of the spaces we were in had no signage. It was also nestled inside of the public parking area.
