    They were rude upon my arrival to pick my car up and They towed my car without any notice at all i will be contact my lawyer! $265 is ridiculous when you all unlawfully towed my car while i was parked at my home.

    They over charge for towing when called yo remove your car. They charged my son a college kid $400 for towing his car. Because a homeowner call and said he was blocking their driveway. They picked the car up at 5:45 we picked it up from their yard at 7:45. What gives that price gouging.

    You cannot block someone private driveway the homeowner was unable to leave their home because of the vehicle blocking the private driveway

    During homecoming they charged my college student $550.00 to get her car! Its a black owned business and its sad. Ive been towed before and only paid 300 but because it was a big event this company over charged and also told her it goes up every hour. Ive never heard of that because normally its charged by the day but I guess thats why they only have two stars. It sounds like some criminal activity is going on and my family will get to the bottom of this.

    Dont never recommend. This company needs to be completely shut down. Burned down . Hate that I worked here for years . They allow drivers to kill customers and use money to swipe it under the rugs or pay off the family . They also allow drivers to fight and damage people cars and take them to there inside mechanic. The head man sleeps with all the property managers so he can tow for the property and have whatever say so . As well as for Ghoe they go up additional $100.00 and some change ! As a ex former employee theres so much about this company I wouldnt recommend ! ??

    I experienced top-tier customer service from **********************. My vehicle broke down unexpectedly, but after responding to my request for towing they arrived quicker than I anticipated. The driver was professional, friendly and made the process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this company for towing services.

    My car broke down 3am in the morning. Gotcha Towing were the only company that were able to get to me in less than 20 minutes and the price was very reasonable
