    I received a charge today Jan 25, **** from this business that I have never interacted with. This charge of $5.00 resulted.in a $35.00 overdrafts fee. I have never visited. Or ordered from this business.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would also like to find out how they got our information to make the charge in the first place.  They must have had the card number and zip code.  Our other account was hacked last month and whom ever had that information may have had information about this account also.  I will accept the refund but I really want to know where they got the information.  If they could provide any information as to:

    Who placed the order?

    What email address was used for the order?

    Was there a telephone number associated with this order?

    I would also like a working phone number for ICON PACKER.  The phone number listed on their website goes to voicemail and I have left several voicemails but have had no response.

    I had charges on 12-6-2023 of $7 and on 1-6-2024 of $8. I have never visited this site nor purchased anything and would like a full refund and no further charges be taken out again

    I had money taken from my account on 11/15 from Iconpacker.com for $9 and on 12/16 for $8. I have never visited this site or used them for anything. I would like to be refunded asap with NO additional charges! I called the company and left the information with my debit card number and the message said I would get a refund within 5 business days. Still nothing. I tried calling to talk with someone but that wasn't possible. Message said everyone was busy and hung up.

    A transaction of $6 was taken out of my account on 9-14-23 and a transaction of $9 on 10-16-23 and they tried to take out $9 today 11-13-23, but the transaction was denied by my bank as the transactions are under investigation. I have never been to this site and I have no idea how they got my information!! I would like my money back and for them to stop trying to take my money!!
