    I have noticed 3 monthly withdrawals from my debit card account and never applied for the service. I have tried to call and talk to someone and no one ever answers. I did not sign up for this, have no idea what it is for and want to stop it. I also want a refund of the fraudulent charges.January 16, 2024- $85.00 February 14, 2024- $90.00 March 15, 2024- $85.00 I do not have an account with this company and never signed up for their services.

    I have a charge for $8.00 posted on 03/05 from iconpackers.com. I've never heard of the website before, and I see no one on BBB has. They more than likely got my card information from the dark web, which I know for a fact was there, and then posted a small charge to be inconspicuous. Their website is sketchy and they are clearly scammers. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

    They respond with every single complaint that they can't find an order - of course not, because they're a fraudulent business and no one has placed an order.

    On February 11th and January 9th of ****, I was charged $6.00 by this company. I have never used this website, nor ordered one of their products. They have fraudulently charged me $12 in total.

    On 8 February **** I received a notice from my credit union showing a charge of $7.00 to my account. The charge was from a business called ICONPACKER.COM. The charge was made on my wife's debit card from our credit union. Neither I or my wife have had any interaction with ICONPACKER.COM. We have never visited their site and have never ordered anything from that company. I immediately contacted the credit union and explained the situation to them. They did some research and have now shut down my wife's debit card and have issued a refund in the amount. I have noticed that there is a significant number of complaints about this company. I am glad I caught this fraudulent charge as quickly as i did.

    Our ************ is going to issue a refund. So there is nothing other than wanting to know where the charge to our account originated from and what that company's policy is on assuring that the order is legitiment. I would hope that the company would not be initiating these purchases. I noticed that there is quite a large number of complaints against this company.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The owner says that he could not find an order in my name which means a different name was used to place the order, however, he asked for my name and other personal information, including the last four numbers of the card that was used.  I do not feel comfortable giving that kind of information to a business and someone I do not know.  If an order could not be found in my name, what purpose does it serve to provide my name and the other personal information?  The amount of the fraudulent purchase has been refunded by the company and the card used to make the fraudulent purchase has been terminated.  I consider this matter to be closed,  Thank you for your efforts and assistance with this matter.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my complaint, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I would also like to find out how they got our information to make the charge in the first place.  They must have had the card number and zip code.  Our other account was hacked last month and whom ever had that information may have had information about this account also.  I will accept the refund but I really want to know where they got the information.  If they could provide any information as to:

    Who placed the order?

    What email address was used for the order?

    Was there a telephone number associated with this order?

    I would also like a working phone number for ICON PACKER.  The phone number listed on their website goes to voicemail and I have left several voicemails but have had no response.
