    This business has taken 6.00$ out of my account on two separate occasions and I do not know why. I have never purchased anything from them and I dont know what they sell. The website is vague and there is no phone number or email to get in contact with anyone.

    My bank account was charged a $10 fee, whenever i have never even heard of this site. i dont know if someone hacked my account or what but i would like a refund and my imformation to never be used again. especially for a site that i never used. this seems to happen quite often to people, which i find odd. i did not authorize a 10 dollar purchase from this site.

    I have been getting money pulled out by this company. Small amounts and I have NEVER heard of them. I did not purchase anything from them. I want my money back - you are stealing. Dates of debits fro my account as **********/01/23 $10.00 06/20/23 $5.00 07/17/23 $6.00 If I do not get my money back or have these debits stop I will be contacting the authorities.

    I carefully looked at the screenshot that the client attached. I don't understand transaction dates.

    I see dates in October, November and December 2023, how is that possible?

     the Dates or service are 05/01/23, 06/20/23 and 07/17/23. 

     

    it is not possible for them to be future charges. This is ridiculous. Give me my money back.

    I have been charged on my credit card, without authorization, the amounts of $7.00 on 4/27 and $10.00 USD on 5/28. I called the phone number listed on Icon Packer website but number did not work. I also sent an email with the information but have not heard back. I have never ordered anything from this company, don't know what they are even selling?? How they got my credit card number is very alarming. Please contact me regarding this matter.Thank you very much.

    I am filing a complaint against Iconpacker.com for fraudulent charges made on my credit card for five consecutive months. The company has charged me small amounts each month that went unnoticed, resulting in significant losses on my end. Although I notified my bank, I was only able to recover the last fraudulent charge.Despite my attempts to contact Iconpacker.com's customer service through several phone calls, the automated system dropped my call each time. Additionally, I have sent them several emails but received no response. I have never engaged in any business transactions with this company and I find their actions suspicious.As a result, I am calling for punitive action by the Better Business Bureau to prevent other consumers from being victims of their fraudulent activities. I urge the BBB to investigate this matter and take necessary actions to ensure that this company, Iconpacker.com, is held accountable for its actions.

    The client is misleading the arbitration. Refunds were made to him for 02/09/2023 and 01/10/2023

    We cannot return the remaining 3 transactions because more than 90 days have passed for them. The refund rules are written in our policy on the website. 

    We do not steal personal data and do not make any unauthorized transactions. 
    We believe that the client made these transactions himself or his card was stolen and someone made the transaction. 
    We advise you to challenge these transactions with the bank.

    We have fulfilled our obligations to return.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    1- I have heard back from my bank via a formal letter that Iconpacker only refunded the charge on 2/10/23.

    2- The amount charged on 1/11/23 must have been out of 90-day window when I started the dispute claim. Therefore, I am not sure how the owner claims it was refunded to me when I have documents from my bank showing only one charge was refunded. Perhaps the January charge is currently under revision. 

    3- Iconpacker charged me a total of 5 times on 2/10, 1/11, 12/12, 11/13, 10/13 when I did not use their services nor products. In fact, I had never not heard of this company until I discovered the fraudulent charges. Giving the owner benefit of the doubt, although I have no formal evidence from the bank, they returned only 2 of the fraudulent charges. They are hiding behind their 90-day terms for the rest.

    4- There is clear history of this company with fraudulent charges as it is evident from other complaints on BBB's page. IF my credit card info was stolen by people other than the owner of Iconpacker.com, why would fraudsters go buy products/services from this company every month, transferring money from me to *************************? This is not just me, but other people who were being scammed were also paying monthly charges to ******************

    I urge BBB to formally investigate this business and the reports of fraudulent charges. I demand all of the fraudulent charges to be refunded in entirety.

    Fraudulent charge on 04/04/2023 in the amount of $7.00 from my debit card, which was misplaced or stolen today at lunch. This business has no storefront nor any explanation of supplied services. I suppose their business model is fraudulent charges.

    My debit card was charged $6 at 5PM Eastern today. I in no way shape or form authorized this. This is the SECOND time this has happened.     I am rejecting this response because: I am not fully satisfied. In looking through my phone, I found another purchase on 12/16, again, while I was at work!!!! I expect a refund for that too. Card last 4 is ****. Billing zip is *****. My last name is ********. In addition to the full refunds, I want to know EXACTLY what website you got my information from.
