    Iconpacker.com has charged my bank account twice!!! I never even knew this site existed so therefore I have never purchased anything from this site. What youre doing is called theft. I want my money put back on my card asap.

    I noticed a charge on my **** CC ending in ****, from which this "vendor" has charged me $9.00 for something I am unclear of what it could be. When I look up this merchant online it seems like a legitimate business however when attempting to call, the automated recording sounds exactly the same as several other charges that I also have been hit with since April 2023. This particular number you call will ask if you have an order number (opt 1) and if not select opt 2 to enter your zip and last 4 digits of the cc in question. Upon completing this exercise to request a refund, the message indicates it will process in 3-7 business days....however have found several messages online indicating this is a scam. I would like a refund and a cease/desist of any future charges to my credit card.

    I am filing a complaint against Iconpacker.com for fraudulent charges made on my credit card for the last 4 months. I have had 4 unauthorized charges post to my account. 7/24/23 for $8.00, 6/24/23 for $6.00, 5/8/23 for $5.00 and 4/8/23 for $7.00. My family and I have never heard of this company (website) before. When calling the phone number for support, no one answers. Emails have gone unanswered. I am demanding a refund of these unauthorized FRADULENT charges. I am calling on the Better Business Bureau to investigate this matter and help prevent others from being scammed as well.
