    I am rejecting this response because:  You can't find my "order"?  I never placed an order.  I don't know anything about your company other than you charged me fraudulently.  See the attached jpg from my card statement.  It clearly shows the transaction.  Please provide a refund for the $6.00 that I did not authorize nor did I receive any goods/services for from your company.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The business's response is just giving me the run-around.  They keep saying they can't find my "order" because I NEVER placed an "order".  They have billed my card ending in 5899 - I have provided the jpg of my statement showing the charge to that card from their business.  Why would there be another card linked to this "order" - that I never placed?  My card ending in 5899 was fraudulently billed - that's the bottom line.  This business needs to make this right and refund me the $6.00.  If they do not I would like to escalate this to a negative detailed complaint to hit their business record.   There are numerous similar complaints about this company and fraudulent billing - it is not an isolated incident.

    I have received a fraudulent charge from this Business Of $8 on may 5 at 2:36pm! I have never heard of this company before just as many others have not I am also a victim of their theft. This business needs to be completely shut down and closed. I will also be contacting the **** There is absolutely no reason that so many people are being fraudulently charged for the scammers website. I demand a refund for the money that was stolen from a hard-working person.

    Im not putting more personal information on the internet. My bank is already on top of the fraud your company is committing. Also these messages were sent to the *** for further fraudulent activity. You should be ashamed of yourself.

    Today 04/25/2024 my bank statement shows an unknown charge from the following: ICONPACKER.COM $7.00 LOC: 8555888955NC Pending 04/25/2024 transaction I have done no business with this company, nor have I even heard of it before. I looked up the website and they sell icon packages? I guess these are for computers desktops, which I don't use either nor would I have spent $7.00 on. After finding that site came across the BBB page about this same site where this has apparently happened to multiple people from the same site all of which say the same thing.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    There is something going on in which several people have been receiving multiple fraudulent withdraws from this company. I appreciate the refund, which is odd since I never purchased anything and never gave them my account information for a refund. I also want to make sure someone is looking into the fact that there are several fraudulent charges being made by this company. it warrants an investigation by BBB or an explanation from the owner. I want to know Iconpacker is being held liable for their actions. I demand an explanation of why/how this happened.

    I have received automatic responses from an **********. This business needs to be flagged and shut down by BBB as making fraudulent charges. I can not provide order information because no transaction was made. You charged my account fraudulently. I will not give you my card number because you already charged it illegally.
