      The OReilly Auto Parts Store #**** is operating in bad faith. We originally came in to the store to buy a battery. We know it was the battery. The alternator cost more than the battery we wanted. The store associate did a hard sale on us. Of course it was the battery after all. I paid a mechanic to put it in and my alternator was good.As we are trying to jump the car, two other customers came out of the store angry because they had just came to buy a battery and the store employee kept pushing to sale him and alternator when he knew for sure he needed a battery. He was smart and refused leaving without buying anything.

      I have a **** F-350 I bought in ****. The whole truck had a life warranty on bracks,rotors, alternator and starter. All the sudden they undated the computer system and lost all my warranty products. Really don't you find that weird. How bout maybe they didn't want to honor a warranty I paid for. I'm done with them after this many years.

      I orderd a fuel pump and even used my VIN number and they sent me the wrong one, so I returned it then they ordered another one and guess what? It's cracked!!!! I'll never go there again Sincerely, ***********************

      Had a great experience at ********** in ********..an associate ***** helped me with my Kia ******** headlight and installed the connector also.I would recommend them to all .Thank you

      Oreilys Corpus Christi TX on Everhart rd. A/C out for months, too hot too go in there.
      This is totally unacceptable, fix *** A/C! Not going back

      One of the worker is lazy the stores a was empty and asked I buy the part for the store and asked to help me to replace windshield blade and he stated I dont know about that and hes not ask his partner if you can do it

      The **************** store has got to be the worst store I have been in to will not every be back I. That store if this store is the only one that has the part have had my **** dodge ram ffor 22 years had rotors and brake pads glide time warranty they told me they have never had them as life time warranty and they said life time was only for manufacturing defective parts it did cover for wear but for all these years I have never had a problem getting brakes are rotors for this truck then when I said I was not buying them there the guy got rude and when I left and went out the door he was waving as I walked out the door this place is a joke so Oreilys I will never be back in this store and will let everyone I know about what you all call a lifetime warranty I just wish my phone had not died it had the receipt when I got them and should that both them was lifetime warranty but Im still looking I will find it then its on

      They say that they will always price match. I had a invoice from another retail parts store and O'reilly in ****** said that they couldnt match because it wasent in their best interest.
      WELL, MY-MY-MY. Isent that just a rip off ??????????????????????????

      Most likely, these employees are underpaid and overworked. However, it's no excuse for willful dereliction of duty and immorality. It was late and I lost the key for the gas cap. I'm from Abilene TX driving home and about to run out of gas. My Verizon signal was scarce no Internet. I had not eaten in days and was starving and stressed. I was trying to conserve gas and called asking if they carried Mopar gas caps to get a key and told them of my dire situation. The man looked it up with an affirmative answer so I used my precious gas to drive there. Then the man was busy willfully ignoring me and "*****" said they don't carry Mopar. "*****" giggled and said the answer to my problem was on Youtube and willfully offered no further assistance except to borrow a screw driver. I pleaded with "*****" to help me and she just smiled and enjoyed observing my plight and struggles. So I left and managed to drive to ******* for the night. My cell signal improved and Youtube indicated a screw through the gas cap will prevent it from swiveling and that was the simple answer to my problem. ******* closed and I bought a screw driver and screw at ******* the next day. Why couldn't "*****" be helpful to someone in trouble and provide the simple answer and give me a damn screw (no pun intended) ? "*****" and the other man who misled me are terrible employees and should be fired. They were not busy and misled me then offered no goodwill whatsoever. This is a dereliction of duty and immoral. This event happened Thursday 05/18/23 at 8pm.

      I bought a thermostat for my truck and it was bad. I live 30 mins away and lost 4 gallons of coolant. They emailed me for a review of the product, I left a professional review and they denied it saying it didnt meet their guidelines. I think that is ***** and trying to hide the honest reviews about a product.
