Went to return a scanner tool that I ended up not using at all and the kid that attended me grabbed the box, violently opened it and started inspecting it as if he was appraising a diamond at a jewelry shop. After that he printed the receipt and slammed it on the counter. As I was walking away I overheard him slamming the box and making derogatory comments. I've gone to that store for years and after that, I will never again go. Save yourselves the headache and drive to the nearest o'reilly. Much better service and they treat you with honesty and respect.

I went in to purchase a part. As usual it wasn't in stock. The worker said he could have it the same day at 4:00. I paid for it and told him that I would come back the next day to get it. I go the next day to get it, and he informed me that it won't be there for another day. Had he said that upfront, I would not have even paid for it. That is BAD service.

I ordered a Radiator from O'reilly auto online. They were the most expensive but stated they could get it by 10:30 Am on Saturday for my weekend project. Saturday 10:30 comes and goes without any notification. I call the store it was to be delivered to and they apologized that it would not be in Saturday, But assured me that it would be in by Sunday at 430. I pull the leaking radiator assuming the part will be available Sunday.. Again No call no show! now i have over paid for the part and I am without a car for Monday. The worst is the customer no service from the worst employee @ the 800 number. Without apology or looking for a solution put me on hold then cancelled my order. When he came back it was to say it was cancelled and goodbye. I ask if he even looked into the issue? he said no, he isn't customer service he is customer experience. Worst customer service i have ever seen and you now have lost my business and every business i can tell about my experience. Good thing I'm just a outside salesman that talks to 100 customers a week!!!

I use to spend alot of money in oriellys. over the past year on several occasions I recieved no service poor service and on some occasions tell me that they can't pull up my info to check my previous orders. I called their complaint office on several occasions and still nothing has changed. Last time i called their complaint office they told me i couldn't file a complaint. I would not recommend the store in marianna fl highway 90 to anybody.

I was called a ****** an a piece of **** when I went into local establishment of weaverville CA by **** ****** I was there to get all the things needed to change my oil when I realized that one of the employees working there was a guy I haven’t seen n two years an I polity asked him if he was going to pay me money for a vehicle an he started me by yelling at me calling me ****** an telling me that nobody even likes me so why should he have to pay me an I just asked him a very simple question I do believe that I will have to go to **** unfortunately because not only did I feel threatened but he was use n such profound language n front of two children that were also present never thought that he was going to react n such a way but clearly he’s not my friend more of a liability

I recently attempted to visit the location in Eagle River, WI. Unfortunately I changed my mind at the door, not a single person in sight was wearing a mask, including both employees. This is a direct violation of our States mask mandate, as an immunocompromised individual I have to be very careful with where I shop, and I won't be likely to visit another O'Rielleys' if this is the was you treat a global pandemic.

Went there to get a single head HID light light for my Vehical and they wanted to charge me 108.00 for a single light bulb... That kind of price gouging is unacceptable...I order two of the same HID light bulb for 23.00 on ******...the same make model and brand ..this type of price gouging is insane and should not be tolerated...

Me and my sister walked in Johnathan and the young lady that was working greeted us an Johnathan asked what could he help us with I told him that we had a car where the lighter went out and that I watched a YouTube video on changing it but I got to bring the part he asked what make n model he even pulled up the video again on his computer to make sure I was getting the right fuse now that’s service I wil be shopping at this location they where very nice and helpful thanks guys and guess what after all this time it’s working you all rock

I wanted to first start off by saying that I had been a loyal customer to O’Reilly Auto Parts, for the point of when it purchased ****** **** *****. I want to express my deepest displeasure of service that I experienced at the **** ****** ***** Elk Grove CA 95758 store, back on November 23rd, 2020, at 2:00pm. I had went into the store, waited, as I had initially been the only one in line waiting, then another customer arrived rough 4-5 minutes after I did to wait in line behind me. There were only two people at the counter, the associate to attended to me and another person whom I am assuming is the manager (Steven). In any event when it was my turn the associate Parker was the person who attend to me. I went up to the counter and asked if there was a Fuse Puller available to use since I have a fuse that is out but did not know which one it was. He said that he would meet me outside at my vehicle. I proceeded to my car and he shortly arrived. He had in his had a square nose plyer and wanted to pull out my fuses. I told him that it was not going to work, that he was going to break my fuses. I asked again if they had a Fuse Puller available. He said he would be right back he then goes back into the store and 3-4 minutes later he walks out, but to go help he person whom was behind me in line inside. I waited for roughly another 5-6 minutes then Parker walks over and said that they did not have a Fuse Puller available. I asked him why he went to go help the person whom arrive after I did since I was still waiting on him. His replied that he was doing what his Manager told him to do. I said that this is absolute **** **** and that I am going to complain. He then replied to me “go ahead,” in a very snarky and condescending tone. The reason why I know who help me was because I went back into the store to purchase a Fuse Puller and he was the one to rang up my purchase. This is the new face the behavior the new Culture of O’Reilly Auto Parts and is it absolute disgraceful and sad. After my experience at this location a have made it a point to no longer support O’Reilly Auto Parts and have now purchased my auto parts elsewhere.
