      went into oreilys in ******* today. *** was the person we spoke to. Absolutely rude!! Will not be going back to this location. why be working customer service and just be out right rude! customer service you are supposed to help and communicate with the customers. Not point to things and make us feel dumb, and have rude tone for no reason. *** I hope you were just having a bad day and not like this with all your customers. Thank you.

      Incident occurred on Friday, September 26, 2025, about 6-6:15 pm ( #**** ) Had an encounter with employee named ***** who was extremely rude & disrespectful in front of another new employee & another customer. Took some ** core cans for $, **** stated no they're no longer taking them. Upon asking **** in regards to when the ** core deposit ended this year? His tone along with response was very sarcastic. " It happened when my manager told me to stop accepting those"I asked if by any chance there was a date when they stopped accepting them cause when we purchased the ** cans in June of this year. We were advised we can return the core for $. I then asked him again, couldn't he provide a ********* said, "What's the date on your receipt" in a sassy tone....At that time I was tired of **** antagonizing me with his sassy, sarcastic responses, & tones.I just told him to read it off my receipt & handed it over to him & also told him "We can play ***** **** back-and-forth, if you'd like " he then smirked & chuckled responding "No that's not what I'm doing" My response back "Yes, you are by the way your responses you're making & the tone behind your voice, smirking & chuckle, you're being extremely disrespectful & I don't appreciate it" He responded "We are no longer accepting these as of THAT date" & gave me back my receipt. I told him "I don't appreciate your sarcasm. You have no ************* should be ashamed of any family members that may be in the grave, cause they'd be rolling around uncomfortably because of his ************** forbid his mother would see how he's behaving and being disrespectful to his elders at his job now" Out of nowhere he began yelling " and you know, your kids?, and you know, your kids?", I ignored him.* I'd like to state my *********** been long-time customers & never experienced this treatment at this store or any staff *

      I bought a alternator a year ago and it died after 3 months they replaced it under warranty now again this one has also died and I believe that it's still under warranty but who pays for all the labor to keep replacing the junk parts that they are selling?

      This ********** Auto parts Business has a ****************** I went there to get my car battery checked and possibly replaced if needed, They did check the batter, they said my battery was Bad so I bought another battery but they Refused to install my battery for me, he said he couldn't leave the other employee in the store by himself because he will get Overwhelmed! I Do Not like this business, they don't care

      On May 30, 2025 I returned a defective alternator to the *******, IA store to get a full refund under a warranty claim. The claim was honored to my satisfaction. I was treated rudely by store personnel as a customer. The store personnel seemed to show lack of training and competence in their jobs. They seemed to move slowly. They seemed to have hounded me with a lot of questions because they were too lazy to read the warranty claim paperwork I submitted with all the information needed on it. One personnel hurt my hand when he spun an alternator box around violently on the counter.

      scale does not go low enough for the store in *************, **. Asst ******* is a brain dead moron who is only qualified to scrub toilets. Bought a faulty starter that exploded on the first crank but the asst *******, who is under the delusion that he has the deductive powers of Sherlock ******, Hercule Poirot and ******* **** combined, accused a very highly rated professional mechanic shop of hitting the starter with a hammer. Asst ******* couldn't find the sun on a clear summer day at high noon nor could he think his way out of an empty field. ********** is nothing but a straight up rip off.

      April 15, 2025 Amount paid ***** plus tax Purchased windshield wipers on April 15th the sales associate on my receipt **** seemed to struggle putting on those blades at the time. A few days ago the passenger blade came off. I drove 45 mins home in the rain with only a driver side wiper. My wiper was fine I used it on high speed because it was raining. A new passenger wiper was ordered. I went into the store today 4-24-25 to have the new one put on. He had me to check that the wipers were secure before leaving. On the way to Tyler ** for a medical appointment the same day as he put on my passenger blade, my driver blade comes off during a ***** **** sabotaged my driver blade on purpose. So evil. I am a caregiver for my mother with Alzheimers, and if I would have had an accident and gotten killed who would have taken care of her. **** didnt care. He was only thinking of himself.

      I heard from several employees that the newer district manager is always negative and wants everything done exactly his way. He is extremely rude and doesnt know how to communicate with the employees. I also know that the district manager has been causing people to quit. He should be demoted or fired immediately. He is a bad weed that needs to be pulled and gotten rid of. He is the district manager of store 813 in ********** ********.

      My son has an anxiety disorder aspbergers he is very capable and was more than qualified i believe they discriminated against him he was nervous the management wasn't understanding
