      We were wowed with great customer service again today! The manager at the Fairview store in ********, *****, honored our warranty, swapping our battery and replacing for free! Then, when corrosion complicated the process, he cleaned and fixed some loose connections, until our van started right up! We are incredibly thankful for his diligence today!

      I came to the part store to get help with a battery or alternator. When I came in the store the merchants did not greet or offer me any kind of help. When I got in line I was waiting for them to finish up with the guy before me and after his turn, the black woman merchant treated me like my presence or existence wasn't next to be helped. They where trying to overlook my turn for other ppl of favor because there was no other customer in the store for a small second or two when I was standing up there at counter. As soon as other customers came into the store they where motivated on skipping my turn. I felt my pigmentation had alot to do with me not getting the right professional help that I needed from this company. The woman yelled at me and said that she didn't give a f*** what I do. I'm so upset or filled with mental anguish about this.

      I've always had good experience with Oreilly's. The people who work there have always been willing to go the extra mile and the prices are good. I moved to ** over a year ago and started going to the store on Old 41 in ******************** mostly because the manager **** is a good guy and very knowledgable. He is patient and willing to help try to figure out whatever problem my cars might be having. Because of him, this is my go to. If you see this ****, keep up the great work; I and many others I'm sure appreciate your great attitude and professionalism..

      Ahoy, *********** is a cool place to buy auto parts. The people working at our ************, ********** locations are really fantastic. I have many vintage vehicles and often need little doodads, and auto parts. The people working are so nice, and nothing at all like the robot people you find at many other companies today. I don't know how *********** (large corporation) manages to staff such amazing people, but we really appreciate it! The parts are good too, and we had to return an item we did not use and that was no problem at all. Thank you *********** for hiring real people to do real work. Cheers.

      Assistant manager ***** from the ****** Tx store was amazing and very friendly. My battery was getting replaced and it was so corroded in bad shape. He grabbed his own tools from his truck and successfully pulled my old battery covered with corrosion and filth and cleaned all my connections and sprayed the cleaner on it and installed new battery. Very patient and friendly to talk too the whole time. ******* customer service. Thank you

      I am a woman from *******. ** ***** check. Anyways came up to ********* for visit on Christmas. Belt broke. They carried my heavy battery. Answered all my questions. We're so gentle and understanding all I did not understand. Undstood I obey my papa, assisted me greatly. I am.very appreciative. West ***** store especially.

      The manager is somewhat cordial the other worker is a jerk he treated me bad I have never seen such racism in my life I came home and cried I will never return I'm speaking of the establishment on ******** in tallmadge Ohio just my opinion I hope they learn how to engage with people of different ethic groups the Guy with the glasses is a real fake character work first shift I will be contacting corporate office as well

      I recently visited the O'Reilly Auto Parts in ***********, **, to purchase a new battery, expecting the advertised "free battery installation" service. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. Despite buying the battery, the staff refused to install it, claiming they were "too busy." However, it was clear they were more interested in playing on their phones than helping customers.Its frustrating to see a business advertise a service they arent willing to provide. If you're going to promise free installation, make sure your employees are trained and motivated to deliver on that promise. I'll think twice before returning to this location.

      In the last 6 months i have ordered parts at my local oreilly auto parts store and part is there next day. Only problem is....its the wrong part, a used part with the package torn open, or grease on the box it came in. I ordered a sway bar in August 2024, paid over ******, took it to the mechanic shop to have them install it. Mechanic noticed the plastic bag it was packaged in was torn open and retaped. He attempted several times to install the part but then looked at the part photo on their site and the bar didnt match the picture...they had sent the Wrong sway bar that had been repacked in the bag with the correct part number. Not only did i have to pay the mechanic for wasting his time, i was forced to drive my vehicle unsafely with no sway bar. I took it back that day and demanded full refund. Today, December 16 i ordered the Heater Control Valve. I went to pick it up this morning and inspecting the part, i opened the greasy box, only to find the plastic package was torn open on both ends, and the part did not match the photo on your site, close but no cigar. I contacted the company chat and told them about it and told them i wanted compensation for the money and time i have wasted. Absolutely ridiculous. At the price of current auto parts, these clowns are sending out used and or mismatched parts with no concern for the paying public.

      I rented a tool came in paid for it had the physical receipt and someone else returned it without receipt and they gave them the cash back
