      Express Scripts refused to fill my prescription. It is approved by both my prescribing *** and my insurance, but falls under the gender-affirming care umbrella of medications. Even after my ** contacted them directly, they still refused to send the meds. Clearly Express Scripts has their own agenda regarding this type of medical care. ** recommend taking your business elsewhere.

      They wont deliver my medication. They lie. They don't know whats going on. This company is unethical and should not be allowed to be in business. My insurance company makes me use them and its frustrating.

      I am a doctor and deal with specialty pharmacies everyday. I am also a patient with a need for a specialized drug. Due to the incompetence of this pharmacy, I have missed a minimum of two doses with a third closely to follow in the future. I have made multiple calls that resulted in them telling that they do have the information and documentation needed and acted confused when they saw this. They then process ***** after and don't communicate effectively any rejections to myself or my physician. I have now spoken with multiple people up the supervisory chain regarding the constant runaround they are giving me and my prescribing doctor. They refuse overnight my medication stating that *** and ***** are not available on weekends. They refuse details as to why my medication cannot be sent overnight or same day with a carrier. They now demand a signature for delivery if they deliver same day which was not needed before for the first dose. They also cannot confirm if they even have the medication after two weeks of leading me on with a delivery date. Never have I dealt with a group so incompetent, unhelpful, and misleading. They cannot communicate to a patient or doctor effectively should be avoided at all cost. The pharmacist is talked with had no clue how a missed dose could effect me even. I had to teach them!Nothing I have said to several supervisors has resulted in any action. Please go elsewhere and someone investigate this entity. A pharmacy that cannot undertake basic pharmacy functions is unacceptable for all patients. Doctors - Please do what is best for your patients and use a different pharmacy.

      I have never had a worse experience with any company or pharmacy. I have a specialty medication that can only be provided by Accredo and spend at least an hour on the phone each time I need a refill and receive automated voicemails and phone calls from **** daily until I call to refill. I am told I will have 0 out of pocket expenses when I call for the refill due to having private insurance where the deductible and out of pocket max is met and 2 copay assist programs. A few weeks later I have a ****** balance and a month after that I have a ******* balance. No itemized bill, no information on what I am being billed for. No one can tell me why my co-pay assist programs have not been billed at all. The approval date for my co pay assist program was suddenly changed by 3 months from what it originally stated in my portal so now the date they have for my copay assist does not cover the time period of the claims. No one contacted me about this or why this was changed. Do not trust them- they will not put anything in writing as far as what your out of pocket costs will be or will tell you it's all covered and you owe nothing and then you will suddenly see huge balances in your account and have no idea what you are being billed for or why co-pay assist isn't covering any of it. I am done and would rather not get infusions at this point after spending weeks on the phone, and being put on hold for hours with no resolution or only to have the call drop. I work full time and spend my free time fighting bills I was told I would not have by every *** I spoke to before a refill was ordered. The stress it has caused me is terrible.

      I dont know why the Better Business Bureau has not stepped in, a so called pharmacy that is allowed to get away with s******* people over. I have watched my wife call 2-3 times a day every single day for the past month just to get an already approved prescription sent in by her Doctor filled.Only to get hundreds of excuses and no results. As of today, her ** medication is out and still no refills. But Accredo is definitely getting their money and making a profit. Do the right thing Accredo and Better Business Bureau, help people that truly are in need of help.

      horrible horrible care for patients and horrible provider care. Ignorant incompetent pharmacist. They withhold life saving medication. Terrible system that is clearly designed for profit and not for patient care.

      This company is horrible!! I've had to deal with them for over 5 years and I'm sure my heart disease and blood pressure has a lot to do with this **********************. They never know what the h*** is going on with your acct. They will not release your medication if you are having a problem with another medication and co pay hasn't paid them or processed the claim. I have had months where they didn't ship my meds even though they said they did because I had a balance on another med that had nothing to do with my autoimmune medication and they don't care if you were to die because you did not get the meds you need. They are idiots period. The worst company I have ever dealt with!!! I hate this company.

      They denied a refill of my medicine due to required Patient Level Authorization which is a form my doctor has to complete. We did this when we first switched to them but now apparently we have to do it for every refill. This is not only inconvenient but redundant as my doctor has already approved by writing the prescription. They make sure you get to talk to a pharmacist so you will know the symptoms of withdrawal and are quick to say you can always pay out of pocket. Very bad experience

      This completely unprofessional girl named "*******" (most likely a fake name) works from home answering the phone with kids screaming in the background. I was put on hold for over 8 minutes so this girl could yell at her kids. I still have no resolve to my order being sent late AGAIN. This is THE WORST pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I am disgusted at the associates this company hires.

      This is a terrible company. Every delivery request is comparable to jumping through hoops of fire with their inability to keep their records straight between insurance, refills, and paperwork. I've been on the phone with their representatives several times with them asking for *** documents that my doctor has provided. I even jumped through hoops to get second prior authorizations. Their call center is never able to help, and getting to a supervisor is like pulling teeth. I'm appalled at the obstacles they put in place stopping people from getting the medicine they need for ailments.
