      This used to be a good pharmacy. On hold right now more than 45 minutes to refill life critical medications. I had to go through their AI first which didn't understand anything I said without multiple repeats and I speak with standard Midwestern speech. God help any one old or not native to the **

      Express Scripts is an absolute scam. They take money out of my paycheck every week for insurance, but when it comes time to actually cover a medication I needthat two doctors have prescribed and confirmed I qualify forthey deny it. Not once, but twice. Now Ive been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and I could literally die in my sleep, but they still wont approve Zepbound, a medication that could help save my life.They hide behind red tape, give you the runaround, and make the process intentionally impossible. Its clear they care more about profit than peoples lives. Whats the point of insurance if it doesnt cover the treatment your doctor says you need? This isnt healthcareits a joke. And not a funny one.Avoid them if you can. Theyre not in the business of helping people. Theyre in the business of denying care.

      They are awful. DO NOT USE. They never refilled our time sensitive prescriptions. No communication whatsoever.

      Literally the worst specialty pharmacy ever. Took almost 2 months to get my Rx filled with them, after losing me in the system several times. Said I didn't exist, said they didn't have my info. I had to supply my co-pay and payment card 3 times before finally getting the prescription to go through and to be shipped. Is it the servers or people not being able to hit the "save" button? Legit question at this point and my experience. I had to go through this several times with them and saying "Optum transferred my info to you when my company changed insurances. You have my info. I've given you my copay card. I've given you the debit card to put on file...and you don't see it in your system?" Apparently the servers for this company are incapable of saving information or maybe it's a whole lot of employee error. All the train wreck resulted in me being almost 3 weeks over due on an essential medication due every 28 days. Fast forward to today, called to refill my prescription due by April X hence the 28 days and they say it can't ship until May because it's too soon to refill. Let me also mention for the first 2 weeks after the first prescription shipped they were calling to set up delivery of my next but it I knew it was too soon to refill. I received a letter today dated April 12th they are trying to contact me to ship a prescription right away and need my consent. But I call today and it's too soon to ship on time and has to wait a week and a half later, passed when I am due for the medication to be delivered to ensure my next dose is on time. Again something seriously wrong... My HR will be hearing about this they, and I hpoe find a different insurance carrier that does not support this specialty pharmacy. I know I can't be the only one going through this with Accredo. Due to their records, I will yet AGAIN be late on my next dose because this Saturday 4/26 is clearly not 28 days from my last dose according to them, when factually it is. Negative star rating.

      Accredo is a complete disaster of a pharmacy. If I could put minus 5 stars for the score I would. My prescription drug was approved by express scripts on February 28th. The initial specialty pharmacy was not approved by express scripts so it was forwarded to Accredo the first week of March. When I first called Accredo they could not find my prescription. A few days later when I called they told me that they were missing my co-pay assistant card information. I provided it. They told me that would take 3 to 5 days to go through. I called again. They told me it would take another 3 to 5 days.. in desperation I asked my husband to call my behalf. He was put through to a a male supervisor. That was 4 days ago. Today they were supposed to call me today for the prescription delivery information. Surprise, surprise it has not happened.

      off bat. ****** especially if you have prime. My prescription with amazon will be here in 2 days vs a month with express scripts. They were upset that I transferred my prescription to ******, they denied the transfer at first. Then tells me to send their prescription back once it arrives. I had to pay for the prescription with ******, it was affordable because I have prime. And at least I know Ill arrive.

      If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I am astounded by the incompetence of this entire organization. My medication accidentally got returned to Express Scripts (which I'll admit was the fault of my own and ****** but when I found out it was returned on 4/14, I called them and they PROMISED it would be express-shipped out to me in 1-3 days. I called the following day to be certain that the medication was scheduled to be sent out. The woman had an attitude with me and told me it was in the process of being reshipped. ****. I called AGAIN on 4/18 just to confirm it had been shipped since the tracking number said it was still with Express Scripts in f****** ******* (I live in ********). The woman on the phone, ******** in *****, **, told me that not only had my medication NOT been shipped, but they had NO RECORD of me asking for it to be reshipped, despite having spoken to two separate people who assured me the medication was going to be reshipped. THIS COMPANY IS RIDICULOUSLY INCOMPETENT. (Not to mention how ****** up it is that on a good day, it takes them 14 days to process and ship my medication.) ******** in *****, AZ was wonderfully patient with me and assured me that she handled my claim correctly and that the medication would be re-processed and shipped with express 1-day shipping. The only reason I deal with this company is that they are the only pharmacy in-network that carries my medication. If I switch insurances, I will NEVER deal with this company again! If you have the choice not to deal with these people, DON'T! Again, ******** was the only saving ***** of this god forsaken company. Thank you for dealing with me so patiently and (hopefully) resolving other people's f*** ****

      I would truly leave 0 stars if I could. I just paid a lot of money to reach my deductible on some medicine that I NEED. Called three times and spoke to three different supervisors because I have already had experiences getting wrong information. All 3 told me going forward because my deductible is met my prescription is $30 going forward. Not surprised but SO UPSET, go to pick it up and its $300. Call again and get a very rude lady as Im crying on the phone because I cant afford this who has no empathy and just says sorry the supervisors were all wrong. This place is absolutely terrible and would never ever recommend using their services

      If I could give a negative starts I would. I have to go through this pharmacy for specialty meds my epileptic daughter needs and consistently each month the bottle is short doses. When i call and report this monthly they don't even care. My daughter would be out of medication and they don't have any solutions . Many times I was told someone would call me back and silence . People's healthcare doesn't mean anything to them.
