      Do NoT get this service!!! Payed up front for 3 months and everything scheduled for delivery now I'm almost 2 weeks with no medications, WOW! just drive to your local Pharmacy and pick up!!!

      Worst mail order pharmacy I have ever worked with. All employees are ignorant and incompetent. Do not trust anything that comes out of any employees mouth, including managers and supervisors. They refused to stop shipping on a medication I called to have stopped due to insurance issues. Needed the Rx delayed for 2 weeks but needed filled exactly 2 weeks later for the next 90 days. Was told to refuse the package from ***** BY an Express Scripts employee. Refused the delivery, was sent back to Express Scripts and destroyed due to temperature control. I was told by a manager that the ** should not have been returned but because it was, I could request a replacement as soon as package was received and processed. Called back after package was returned - now am being told that ** cannot be replaced AND claim cannot be reversed. I am missing 90-days worth of medication I will die without and can get ZERO help. No replacement, no reversed claim, am unable to refill for 90 days. They have not a care in the world. Mind you I have spent approximately 7 hours on the phone with Express Scripts over the last week.

      Given the quality of their customer service and attention, or rather lack thereof, to detail, it is not surprising that this company lacks BBB accreditation. My fiancee is in the military and needed a script filled; although Express Scripts has the correct address, and filled other scripts accordingly, they asked for an address verification without notifying my fiancee. They now refuse to fill the script because it happened too long ago despite it being their error. I called Express Cripts to 'cancel' my scripts; the first rep. told me to go do it myself. I did firmly and angrily state that this was unacceptable because the company is able to give more information that I can. She said 'ok' and then she hung up without telling me. The next two reps. were very helpful and even told me that the first rep. was supposed to review my medications with me and give me a phone number to transfer my medications. That's how 'hit or miss' and how bad the customer service is. The next two reps. deserve a raise for being exceptional and kind. The first rep. needs to go back to training on basic functions with the company.

      Express Scripts gives gross incompetence a bad name. They rejected my asthma medication when I had covid. After spending an hour on the phone with some half-wit I was told that a prior authorization was started. I called back two days later and was told that the generic version was authorized. When I went to the pharmacy for a second time and the generic was rejected. I called a third time and was told that the generic was never approved. Which means that the customer service manager lied about speaking to an in-house pharmacist and lied about the generic medication being authorized. I've had some really crappy insurance in my day, but this is the absolute worst without rival. I have no idea why I am paying any money out of my paycheck for this garbage.

      I am extremely disappointed with my experience using Acreedo Specialty Pharmacy. From the very beginning, I was given misleading and completely false information just to get my daughters prescription transferred. Once they received the prescription, everything I was told upfront turned out to be untrue.There has been nothing expedited about this process. The staff appears poorly trained, constantly providing incorrect details, false hope, and inconsistent answers. Each time I called, I received different information, making the situation even more frustrating and stressful.This was my first time using this pharmacy, and it has been nothing but a nightmare. My biggest concern is that my daughter still has NOT received her mental health medication something that should be handled with urgency, accuracy, and compassion. Instead, this experience has caused unnecessary delays and emotional distress.I am extremely unhappy with the level of care and service provided.

      Since March 2024, Accredo has repeatedly engaged in conduct that appears to violate basic consumer protection standards. Every 23 weeks, I have had to call (often 14 hours each time) to correct billing errors and copay assistance mishandling. I was told in March that everything was fixed and to discard any bills received for 30 days. That was false.After moving, I began receiving forwarded mail in May showing a large balance. Despite multiple calls, and even involving copay assistance on multiple joint call, Accredo continued to mishandle claims, lose payments, and give contradictory information. In October, they suddenly claimed a February claim was never paid, even though copay assistance confirmed they did pay it and cannot legally pay it again. Accredo refuses to investigate the ***************** I was told I now owe $4,700 and will be sent to collections within a month unless I pay in full. No payment plan offered, no proper escalation, and no accountability for the errors they created.Accredos minimal and inaccurate call notes, such as documenting a four-hour call with a single incomplete line, suggest negligent documentation and possible record falsification. Their failure to apply payments, properly rebill, or maintain accurate records demonstrates bad-faith conduct and negligent misbilling that has caused significant financial harm.Resolution Requested:Correct all billing errors and apply all copay assistance funds.Conduct a full audit of all claims and internal notes.Accredos actions have been deceptive, negligent, and harmful, and I am requesting immediate intervention.

      Continued to deny approval of a medication after multiple doctor submissions. Before my company moved to ES we had no issues with getting medications approved, especially considering my spouse's medical history and the critical need for this medicine. The infusion approval was done through our medical insurance, but the subcutaneous follow-up needed went through ES. They denied stating that because other medications were not tried first, they would not approve without a doctor submission - false - both doctor submissions were denied. My spouse almost died 20 years ago because of this disease, and other medications did not work. Now that a recurrence has occurred prior history does not matter. We started with a specific infusion medication and need to use the same medication now in subcutaneous form but they refuse. ES's actions may cost my spouse their life. Unreal.

      I wish I could give 0 stars. Accredo is the absolute worst specialty pharmacy. I am an RN at a doctors office and have patient's on ******** plans that require them to use Accredo. I have had multiple issues with their business, including lengthy hold times (***** min at minimum), receiving different answers everytime I call, cancelled orders that were already scheduled for delivery, poor customer service, and so much more. I have had to elevate my concerns with supervisors many times. I had a patient who was on a specialty medication that had a copay they were never made aware of, and they now have a balance of over $2000. I NEVER have these issues with other pharmacies such as CVS specialty, Acaria, Cornerstone, and OptumRX. We have drug **** that come to our office and complain that "Accredo is the worst". This should NOT happen. The only reason we utilize it is due to insurance reasons. Accredo should not be in business - it is the absolute worst company I have ever worked with.

      I have had multiple jobs use ExpressScripts. I can't fault them for the insurance plan my employer chooses, or how much coverage my employer chooses. This rating is based upon their pharmacy/home delivery and their customer service. Their ******************** pharmacy, Accredo, seems great.The mail order pharmacy is more expensive than my local ******* pharmacy, despite them also being my insurance company. One might think your insurance company wants to keep more of your business, but one would be mistaken.Their customer service is offshore. It took me several frustrating minutes to get to a representative, and when I did, I was all the more frustrated by their lack of understanding their own app or website. The **** Lyka (I'm unsure of the correct spelling) kept telling me that I should have added a savings card online before my prescription was sent to them. I told her that there is no way of doing that and walked her through the app options, and asked her how exactly I could do that when it did not show up in my prescriptions list to do so. She argued, saying that it's the only way to use the savings card. I asked her how and she could not tell me. She said the prescriptions came to them yesterday, and I told her that while they came through yesterday, they did not show on my profile until this morning. Then I asked for information regarding pricing breakdown to see if the savings card applied, because I cannot afford $1100 a month for one prescription. She told me to check my invoices. I explained that I did not have any invoices. She kept repeating herself but she could not tell me where I was supposed to find this information. When I asked to speak to another department or her supervisor, she told me there was no one else for me to speak to. After 40 minutes on the call, much of that on hold, I still got no answers. She also disconnected our call so I could not do the survey at the end.After being scolded and kept on hold, I was told to call back tomorrow.
