I have never in my life had to deal with a company that's this incompetent. Your doctor will send over a prescription. Then the ***** begins. Express Scripts will say they haven't received it. Your doctor will re-send it. Then Express Scripts will cancel the re-sent prescription, saying it's too early to refill it--because the original one actually did make it into their system. All that takes about 10 days to resolve. Then, the real WAITING begins. It will take another week before they 'process' the medication. You'll call and ask for an update on when it will ship. The customer service reps, who are at home, are often snippy, lie to you and keep putting you on hold. I called today and my rep was playing rap music in the background so loud I could hardly hear him. You NEVER get any useful information from them. Then, you get to the point where you only have a couple of doses of your medication left. You'll call back and the Express Scripts person will tell you to get your doctor to send a prescription for a limited supply of the medication to a local pharmacy so you won't run out. The doctor does it. And GUESS WHAT? Express Scripts will immediately delete your original full prescription, saying your doctor has cut you off from the medicine, which is completely ridiculous. It's absolutely the most incredibly incompetent system I have ever seen. I am not exaggerating. This has happened to me over and over and over. I am so stressed out over it, because I have had cancer, a brain tumor and heart surgery, yet I am constantly running out of my meds because Express Scripts is such a disgusting mess.

I would give them 0 stars. I have been on rejection medication with copay assistance since ****. Never had an issue with getting medication until I was forced to get my medication from ******* Specialty Pharmacy. I got a bill for 1200$ and after hours of phone conversations and dealing with several people they had to reverse the charge because they were not billing the copay assistance. It's been the same thing that over and over every month!! This is ridiculous! Dealing with them will cause high blood pressure and stress which a person with a chronic disease does not need. The latest episode is a bill for 900$. I need legal assistance to find out what my options are for having to go through the stess and anxiety this Pharmacy has put me through!!

I think I have had 20 phone calls with them to get my order shipped. First they said it was shipped but wasnt. Then they said it shipped but couldnt find a routing number. They said it was shipped to my sons (because we dont get Saturday delivery). So the. I called and asked what happened. So they resent it and I told them 3 times to change it back to us. They didnt do it. So now its to arrive to my sons again. My husbands second trip (4 hours round trip).

I have been started on at least 6 different injectable medications in the last few years that have to be filled by Accredo and every single one of them was a nightmare to get set up. It required me hours of phone calls and excuse after excuse. I have never received a phone call back from the many supervisors that swore they would call me back. Every time I call there is a new reason for what the hold up is. It takes weeks to months to get a medication filled after it was approved by insurance and script sent in by Healthcare provider. Autoimmune diseases are classified as a disability and at this point I believe this is discrimination based on my diagnosis. I will be filing additional complaints to address the discrimination. Any other delay in medical care would cause outrage from every accreditation agency but for those of us on specialty medications are ignored.

Company is not customer focused. When a doctor sends in a refill prescription to a prescription that is already in Express Scripts system, they immediately send the customer an email that the **************************** is on its way. Days later, they check the refill date of the original prescription, and if not in the time requirements, send the customer another email delaying the delivery. It would be so much less confusing if Express Scripts would check the refill dates FIRST, and then send one CORRECT email.

I have tried them 2 different times in the past. The first time they sent me one of my prescriptions I didn't need. The second time the prescription that was sent was late...so I was out of my medicines. Luckily, my insurance doesn't require ** to use them. I feel so bad for those who have no other choice. It costs me a little more to get my meds at Medicap, but it's across the street from where I work. They ensure that all my meds are refilled at the same time...even new ones...they will fill partial so the next month the script will be ready with the rest of my meds. I would never willingly use Express Scripts ever. They are not reliable.

Absolutely AWFUL. Spent 2 months trying to fill a prescription. Scheduled delivery three times and it never went out. By that time, they no longer had a contract with my insurance and I had to find a new pharmacy. Getting my prescription transferred, well, it never happened. They said they would send it twice, didnt, and by the third call said they no longer had my prescription on file. They shouldnt be in business!! Im now a month overdue because they are incompetent and horrible.

They have tangled my account with someone else's, thus always refusing to refill my prescription due to the "conflicting information" on my account because it has been TANGLED.WITH.ANOTHER.PERSONS.They refuse to untangle it. They also refuse to fill the medications. I don't understand. I spend 2-3 hours on the phone EVERY DAY with them over this issue since AUGUST (it's November 10th, for those wondering) and no resolution. They just keep telling me they "need my doctor to decide what prescription" but the other prescription IS NOT MINE. So your health data isn't safe. Your health isn't safe. And they are a nightmare.

Typical mail order pharmacy your insurance forces you to use, garbage. I ordered a rx for my antirejection medication which I CAN NOT miss doses of; they never sent it. When I found out I went on the website and selected 1 day shipping. They charged me $21 extra for the 1 day shipping and sent an email it would be there 10days later. Then I spent a night arranging to pay for the rx for a partial fill from a local pharmacy which cost even more. Im sick of these places. Im sure they caused multiple deaths and will likely continue to. I would give them 0 stars if the system allowed it.
