      Disgusting horrible company. Shouldnt even be in business! I cannot get my medicine! One excuse after another! Its been 4 months now! Can they be reported to some governing body??!!

      I tried for 3 weeks to transfer my mother's prescriptions to express scripts. They have incompetent people on top of departments that dont communicate. This made it impossible to get the prescriptions processesed. I finally gave up and went to another company. This is a terrible company and I will never do business with them again! If I could I'd give them a negative rating!

      This place is absolutely horrible. I received a call from them yesterday because apparently *************** is using them from now on for Medication for procedures. UT sent the prescription along with the Prior Authorization and they apparently received it. The lady on the phone burped over the phone and was completely unprofessional. She told me everything was approved but they couldnt tell me when it would be delivered to the hospital for my procedure? Fast forward to the next day and a different person called me and said that they never approved it because the Prior Authorization wasnt valid (which isnt true, we have the letter) This is the most unprofessional people and hopefully *************** will go back to the way they used to do it.

      I initially had 3 prescriptions with XpressScripts. They attempted to charge me $450 for a prescription that I filled with CostPlus drugs for $20. I moved the $450 prescription to CostPlus and Xpress Scripts cancelled all of my other prescriptions, so I must again go to my doctor and have them re-prescribed. I think this is unethical!

      I have been us this company for several years with no issues until this year. My medication would arrive with at lease 1/4 broken. Then in September when I called to refile my RX I was told I had an outstanding balance of almost $3,000 dollars. I set up a payment plan. 3 months later I am still getting letter from them stating that they have been unsuccessful to obtain payment. But they have bill my credit card 3 time. Is this not mail fraud? When I called to ask about it today. I was told that I had a second account that they closed in this spring and turned it over to a collection agency. When I asked why was I not notified about this account also, I was told they sent me e-mails for several months. I never got the e-mails. Why did no one call me? I asked for the number to the collection agency. I was put on hold, but at 5pm they close so the call was disconnect. So no I have to make another call, tomorrow. This will be my 16th phone. While they tell me I own the even more money or another collection agency?

      They are the worst provider of prescriptions. I don't want to use their service ever again. It took them 3 weeks to get out an order that should have been sent in 5 business days. I had to ask my doctor to write me a new prescription because I couldn't wait on scripts. I will never order from them again. I have all this extra medication that I probably have to pay for but this will be the last time.

      This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I have lost count of the number of times I have had to fight to get my medication that has been prescribed by my doctor and approved by my insurance company. I spend at least half an hour per month on the phone trying to get my specialty medication. Not only was my medication not delivered when it was scheduled this week, but they sent me a bill for a medication that was delivered a year and a half ago! Every time I call and ask why my medication wasn't delivered or why they wont deliver it by the time I need it, I get a different excuse. Also, their text message reminders are not reliable, do not depend on them.

      Runaround and empty promises. That has been my ordeal for the past 3 weeks trying to get my daughters rx shipped to me. I am a parent and I work full-time, I dont have 1-2 hours to spend on the phone with them, then the 1 hour afterward decompressing because of yet another failing on their part. This company is incompetent and their business practices are negligent.

      Horrible experience. I cannot get my childs prescription filled for over a month. One excuse after another. Its a shame that the insurance has immediately sent us the approval letter and they cant fill it a month later. Then they finally put a patient rescue request which supposedly should be resolved in ***** hours. Three days later nothing has happened. Called again only to be told its going to take ***** hours. Its a joke. The young lady named ******* was very rude and asked me what do you want me to do? in a not so nice tone. How about do your job and get scripts processed. Whats the point of rescue if I am repeatedly going to be told it is going to take ***** hours. This a shame. Speechless! Wish could have you completely closed if incompetent to handle orders.

      We have our medical coverage through United Health Care (provider for ********************** Ever since UHC switched to Express Scripts, we have had nothing but problems getting our kids prescriptions filled. Express Scripts "manages" the prescription services for UHC, which means that they aim to cover as little as possible. There are so many medications my kids need that were covered before, that are now not covered. And in the cases when we need medication that is nominally covered, Express Scripts will pull every trick in the book to make it difficult for ** to get coverage. This is an awful company.
