      I have had numerous problems with this company. Very difficult to talk with a live represenative. When you do get one, they transfered me to 3 different reps and still didn't resolve my complaint.
      Can't understand rep most times because of terrible background noise. Charged me for an RX i didn't authorize. Out come pending. By your persciptions elsewhere. Would leave ZERO stars if I could.

      This company made my life h*** for 6 years. Inept, rude, canceled infusions at the last minute. Delayed necessary medical care. Absolutely awful. The only thing they did right was to tell me that my insurance will no longer work with them and I had to go to ********* Allianx. Best thing that has ever happened. Then ******* called back a month later saying that they made a clerical error and my insurance will allow me to use them. I said NO thank you and am so happy to get away from that abusive, incompetent company. Accredo should be shut down permanently. No insurance company should ever work with them. No patient should ever be forced to work with them. They actually cause harm by delaying treatment and causing years of chronic stress.

      This company is a RIP OFF. Unfortunately this is the pharmacy that my insurance is using. THEY are taking all the $$$$$ that the co-pay assistance is providing for my medications. My Insurance is not applying any of the funds provided to me from the Co-pay assistance program towards my deductible, so whenever I need a refill, ACCREDO bills my insurance company and the co-pay assistance, yet I still need to pay until I reach my deductable. WTF! Where is all this money going?? In Accredo pockets! At this point because ACCREDO states I owe them Money (HOW)??? they put my Injection oh HOLD until I pay them! I'm not even sure how I OWE them, if they are getting all the funds from CO-pay assistance. HONESTLY its all abaout the MONEY for them and they DO NOT CARE IF I EVER GET MY MEDICATION! I'm praying for complete healing so I do not have to ever call the AGAIN!

      Wish I could give negative stars. The most worthless company and employees I've ever dealt with. Wish I had another option. Hours wasted, with no resolve. As other reviews state, give them info, just for it to be wrong on their end... my name spelled wrong, insurance numbers wrong, RX numbers and card info wrong, etc. I don't think anyone on the phone is even high school educated. They're "friendly" but it's like they're all in on it together to scam people. Stay away if you can!!

      They denied one prescription, recommended another drug that hasnt been available for a year, and take three weeks to authorize a third (and Im still waiting.) ******* says they will get to it when they can. This company is terrible!!!

      My biggest issue with Express Scripts is their requirement to furnish only 1 refill within the allotted dose. If the refill you ordered is said to last 3 months, you have to wait before you can order your next refill. Then when they do refill it, its too late and you end up running out of your meds before the new one gets there. Getting an override to pickup something local is impossible. I can understand this for narcotics, but insulin, dexcom sensors, etc., not something you can have too much of, especially in an emergency, or on vacation, or other.Seems like the only way to force the issue is legislation... sadly. Or worse yet, litigation...But better still go with one of the other 2 big Pharmas...

      If I could give no stars I would. My doc office continuously sent over prescriptions and ES continuously said they never received them. Over 2 months and still no prescription. Awful company. Awful customer service. Shame on the insurance company for requiring we use them, too.
