      Hate this pharmacy with an absolute passion. Do everything you can to get your employer to use someone other than Express-Scripts which forces me to use Accredo. Terrible customer service, every month the mess up the billing and try to overcharge. Spend over an hour every month on the phone and yet no long term resolution gets done even though its promised. Do not I repeat do not do business with these people

      This company is out of control. Avoid them at all costs. They said that they sent me my meds in May of 2022 and I owe them *****. Now they are saying that if i don't pay them they are sending it to collections. if you get a call or mail from, they cover your ****, because they sill scam you every time. They told me that they have a tracking # so I got them-no proof. They will send you a wrong # and give you a hard time about getting the prescription. Then you end up without your medication and they couldn't care less. This company is horrible. They are rude and incompetent.

      The 3 refill courtesy is ********, when you go back to the pharmacy on the 4th month, and all of a sudden your free medication is full price. After a week of now realizing it’s because of Express Scripts, the turn around for receiving my prescription is over A WEEK. Express shipping is not covered, and the standard shipping can take up to 7 business days. So not we’re expecting to be 3 weeks off medication, and the best they can offer me is a consultation with a pharmacist to tell me the repercussions of going on and off my medication.
      Garbage company, garbage policies, garbage customer support.

      This specialty pharmacy is absolutely horrible!!!!!!!!They don't fill any of my specialty drug prescriptions because they say it's never sent. LIES! It's approved by my insurance and sent by my doctor. I have letters of approval. It's been TWO YEARS! I HATE THEM. I can't use a different pharmacy because B L U E C R O S S B L U E S H I E LD refuses to use any other pharmacy. I am getting a new job with new insurance. I can't take this anymore.

      I hate that this company does not allow you to communicate with anybody other than people who cannot speak English. What a poor business model to not even allow ** citizens to be your phone people. I do not enjoy calling this place every single month. They threw out all three months of my prescriptions that my doctor sent in and claim that it was my fault and that I need my doctor to send them in every month and not write one for each month and give it to them. I have had extremely hard time of having to call them every single day to ask them where my prescription is and what the delays are and they don't seem to have an answer. I have had them exudited by prescriptions twice and every single time it still seems to take them seven to 10 days to even ************** out. Did you not send me my prescription monthly and now my prescriptions are all screwed up and I don't even know what to do. I thought this was a good idea to use this company, because the insurance wanted me to use them. It is a very cheap and easy option if it wasn't for the fact that they have their whole business run by a bunch of people who can't speak English and don't know how to run a business very well. If I have a prescription and I have to take it daily and I run out and you don't want to ship me a new shipment that's a problem.

      I wish there was a ZERO star. They are awful. **************** is terrible no one knows what the policies and procedures are... Transferring medication was like pulling a tooth out with bare hands! contradicting information, multiple transfers, and unpleasant employees. The cherry on top... there IT department turnaround time for me to access my account which I cant access because of who knows why, is TWO WEEKS. Way to go Accredo! PS. I still dont have my meds... am just tired from the mess...

      Terrible. Predatory. Irresponsible. Difficult to work with due to organizational structure / workflow. Accredo has caused me harm and I don't want them getting one more ***** from me or my insurance, EVER. Accredo is the only specialty pharmacy my insurance recognizes as in network. Constant robocalls when things were going well, wasting time that I, a person with chronic illness, really can't afford to waste. Good people, terrible business model. Now Accredo refuses to send my injections. They claim I owed $1900 to Accredo from May 2021. I did not find out that balance until May or June of 2022. One department @Accredo told me they recommended the balance be removed. Another department says too bad for me, it's my responsibility. They claim they called 4x and sent one letter. Due to their heavy robocalling and terrible organization I did not get notice of this balance owing. I called in June 2021 to ask that my prescription be released to a different pharmacy because Accredo is so difficult to work with. Why didn't they advise me of the balance at that time? Accredo employees were always very helpful and courteous but their business model is predatory and irresponsible. First problem: When I first went on the particular injection, my deductible year had suddenly reset to April 1 instead of Jan 1. Second problem: Accredo says they shipped a medication to me in May 2021 and billed me $1901.58 with my approval. I cannot imagine a Universe in which I agreed to pay $1901.58. Third problem, as noted above, why didn't they information me of my balance when I called them in 2022?

      Been with them 2 years. Have had continuous problems with them verifying insurance, losing my discount prescription info, on and on. What's with you people?? I can call one day about a problem then call 2 days layer and get told something different. You all need to get your s*** together

      This outfit is ****** than a bag of rocks!!! They CONSTANTLY notify me before EVERY shipment that they have put my order on hold because they need to clarify my address!!! I've been dealing with these **** ***** for more than 10 years and they get WORSE every year!!! I'd leave them if I could but they are employer provided (I suppose because they are cheaper) but their service ***** BIG TIME!!!
