      Prescription lost in the mail and their solution was to refill in 7-10 days AND I pay the copay again. Explanation, its our policy. After 90 minutes and speaking wit 2 supervisors they authorized 7 pills at the local pharmacy.providing I get my ** to do a prescription. Unacceptable and uncaring. I hope my ******** ************** **ops these guys for 2025.

      I'm writing this review to share my incredibly frustrating experience with Accredo and Express Scripts. These companies seem to exist in a parallel universe, completely unable to communicate or coordinate with each other.One of the most infuriating issues I encountered was Accredo's creation of an alternate account for my ***************************** without my knowledge or consent. This account was inaccessible to anyone unless I escalated the problem, a process that was required for every single refill. It's as if these companies were intentionally trying to make things as difficult as possible.The employees at both Express Scripts and Accredo consistently demonstrated a lack of knowledge about their own jobs. When I called to refill my prescriptions, I was repeatedly told that my doctor had canceled the refill, only to later discover that the pharmacy had actually canceled it due to a missing prior authorization. Even more frustrating, some Express Scripts employees were able to find the prior authorization, while others couldn't, leading to endless confusion and frustration.Dealing with these companies has been a significant time-consuming ordeal. I've spent hours on the phone, often having to take days off of work just to resolve simple prescription issues. Express Scripts' sudden requirement for prior authorizations for every refill has turned what should be a routine process into a nightmare.Thankfully, my doctor's office has found an alternative way to fill my prescriptions without involving Accredo or Express Scripts. I sincerely hope that others can avoid the same level of frustration and inconvenience that I've experienced

      Two months and still waiting on my medication. Nothing but lies to my physician and I about my prescription. Read all of the other reviews about Accredo. They are 100% spot on. Terrible company and in my opinion, ********************** should end their association with this organization immediately. ***** this company if you need to feel better!

      If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I have to call them every 3 weeks because there is always some kind of problem ordering meds. Also please tell me why it takes 5 to 7 business days after receiving prescription to be able to order when other pharmacies can do it with 24 hrs. Also every time you call its 24 to 48 hrs for it to update in our system and thats is if you get someone who even knows what they are talking about. If you can avoid using them, do it!

      Accredo customer service representatives are nice, but they are useless. I am now 3 and a half weeks late on my prescription. Luckily, it is not a life or death situation because if it was, I would be dead by now and they would continue to assure me that they would call me in ***** hours. I have called on: 8/22/24 8/28/24 8/30/24 - two times because they told me I would hear from them by the end of the day 9/3/24 9/6/24 9/9/24 9/10/24 9/13/24 I have spoken to various representatives and supervisors-- everyone tells me ***** hours and I will be called to schedule my medication. At this point I do not believe that the pharmacy actually exists because they have scripts that give you the run-around. The system is never "updated," the vital information is always "missing," or some other excuse that prevents you from receiving your ************* insurance has approved this prescription and is fully covering it. My doctors have called multiple times on my behalf, and so has my copay coverage provider-- there is absolutely no excuse for me to still have no medication. My medication is to prevent joint inflammation caused by an autoimmune disease. Without it, I struggle to bend my fingers. This medication is $7,000 a month if I do not use insurance, and unfortunately ********** Blue Shield uses Accredo. If your insurance uses Accredo, you might as well go unmedicated. I am going to escalate this until I am able to receive my medication without hassle or until Express Scripts/Accredo is no longer in business.

      This is seriously one of the worst online specialty pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I can not choose another pharmacy due to my current insurance health plan; however, if you can, please try to avoid this pharmacy at all costs. I am 3+ weeks overdue on one of my medications. I had to call Accredo to place an order with the PA number and all my insurance information, now 2 times. Accredo promised me my medication on 9/11/2024, but upon my review of their portal, they decided to randomly cancel it without even warning me, or even giving me a call. We now have to go through the whole PA process again for the 3rd time, which will take a another 1.5 weeks, placing me 4+ weeks without my medication. If you need anything rushed for your medication, I highly DO NOT recommend going through Accredo. Terrible customer service. Answers that have no explanations, which can lead to a lot of miscommunication and confusion. I have never been so disappointed in a pharmacy who can not take simple instructions before. I wish I had Optum RX back, because they are extremely coherent and can follow simple patient instructions.

      After many years of using Express Scripts for my two meds they discontinued mail order on them. They did nothing to notify me. Website said delayed. After many calls , I talked to a supervisor. She said PROBABLY was no longer offering mail service. Tried to get one med transferred....they couldn't even do that successfully. So instead of paying for 90 days which was cheaper, I'm paying for 30 days at the same price. They said they don't send out letters to let clients know about changes. Terrible business practices. *******************************

      0 Stars!!! ****************. I received the incorrect dosage from them, thank goodness I questioned it and called the pharmacist they were in shock, if that wasn't enough, they said I had to mail it back to them and wait until they received the incorrect one for the to send me my actual prescription. I miss over one week of my medication and the didn't seem to care or try to resolve their mistake any faster. The medication to be returned was there in one day and nobody called me to let me know they received it. When I called I was on hold for over an hour for them to figure out what the hold up was adding another week of missed medication. They kept placing me on hold asking me to repeat myself multiple times because they didn't understand and kept saying they already send me my medication, THE WRONG ONE!!! Then they come back and say that they have to start the process all over again and I have to wait 48 hours for someone to call me back. **** down this company!

      I would suggest someone look into this company. The lack of response is nonexistant. They fail to send and respond to requests for immediate resolution. We are required to take immuno suppressive drugs prescribed and they fail every month.

      ZERO STARS WOULD BE A MORE ACCURATE RATING! THE WORST SPECIALTY PHARMACY ON THIS PLANET! I WASTED WAY TOO MUCH OF MY TIME DEALING WITH THE REPETITIVE AND INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE! OPTUM SPECIALTY IS SO MUCH BETTER BUT UNFORTUNATELY MY NEW INSURANCE DOESN'T TAKE THEM!
