      Terrible I've been trying to get my medication since ***** have had prior authorization from my doctor the whole time and they consistently come up with a different reason they can't schedule delivery making me jump through hoops for medicine that is paid for already meanwhile I'm getting sicker and sicker this place is terrible and a curse to have to deal with I absolutely hate them.

      Truly the worst- their automated phone service never works, they text you to refill an rx and it doesnt go through (why even offer it??) the actual people when you can finally speak with them never know what they are talking about. Even the drug companies have admitted that accredo literally will not take their calls. If my insurance offered any other speciality pharmacy, I wouldnt be using them.

      They make billing errors and make you the one responsible. They hold your medicine hostage until they figure out their mistakes . Then when you finally get everything cleared up they tell you your medicine is on hold because it is to early to call the day before its due and they will overnight it. WTH!!

      Horrendous customer service - ********************** will ignore emails and hang up phone calls. Every single prescription has been delayed in the several years I've been forced to use this service by my employer/insurance. Every month for every prescription, I have to call my prescribers and Express Scripts several times to get E.S. to fill my prescription. They also frequently cancel orders without explanation or notification - these instances take at least 5 calls to E.S. and my prescriber to work out the issues.

      My insurance requires me to use Express Scripts after the 4th fill of long-term medication or I will incur a penalty. At this point I am planning on transferring all of my medications to a local pharmacy and pay the penalty because of my bad experiences with Express Scripts. But the kicker is even though Express Scripts is the pharmacy manager, they claim that they can't tell me what that penalty is until I fill the prescriptions elsewhere!If I could rate Express Scripts negative stars I would. If I could file a complaint I would. I have had ongoing issues with them not refilling my medications and not doing their due diligence to reach out to my doctors office to get resolution on prior authorizations and other requirements they have. Every time I call them they claim they don't do outbound calls and that my doctors office has to call them. Yet every time I relay this to my doctors office I am told Express Scripts is the pharmacy manager and they should be the ones reaching out, especially since they have a separate prior authorizations team. Express Scripts will then also claim that they HAVE reached out to my doctors office, yet my doctors office says they never received any communication from them, even after verifying the contact info. The only time I've gotten anywhere with Express Scripts is when I've requested to speak to a supervisor, and even then the supervisor proceeds to ask ME what I want them to do. Why would I as the patient be advising the pharmacy manager on what to do??? I'm not a medical professional, I have no insurance background, all I know is I need my medication and you're making it difficult for me to get it! Incompetence is an UNDERSTATEMENT.

      This is the worst pharmacy Ive ever dealt with. I dont understand why **** contracts with them , Have spent many frustrating hours on the phone. Very seldom get it right. Is there no oversight? Wouldnt use them if my insurance didnt require it.

      Express Script is a SCAM. Do not do Business with them. They care Absolutely nothing about patients. This is a RIP OFF and should be closed down. They Lie to you and make promises and they have NO INTENTIONS of filling your prescriptions. They LIE on your **************** They give you no update on your Medication. By the time they fill a Prescription, you will be SICK because you haven't taken your Medication. NO Company should require Employees to pay for this Insurance. No Employees should have to do Business with these people. Run, Hide, Duck. Do not Trust them with your Medication for Home Delivery. The ****************** need to Investigate this Company. Do Not allow your Elderly Parents or Loved Ones to get involved with this Company. This is a Shame before God.

      Something seems to have gone terribly wrong at Express Scripts. I feel terribly for their phone agents - (today - they were excellent - it's their scripts that are broken, not the phone agents!) these employees are having to spend the ***le day apologizing for how long every little bit of information-gathering and sharing takes.Within Express Scripts, the terribly tedious phone tree, which initially took my info as a Doctor *** is the prescriber of an e-Prescribed medication led me into the inappropriate channel where I was repeatedly told to enter my member info, which is not something I have, as I'm a prescriber not a member and I'd already TOLD the phone-tree that!This one time, today, I have an extra moment to register my concern that there is an egregious problem with this pharmacy!1. the broken phone tree 2. the employees *** cannot transfer me with the 9 minutes of info they collected only to realize that they're restricted from working on a client 3. the dispensing side of the Express Scripts agents, *** had instructions to tell me it takes 24 hours for the e-prescribed script to get to them, and didn't know anything about when the medication I prescribed was last dispensed, and were unable to tell me anything about the e-script I'd send (at that point, 20 minutes prior- for every retail pharmacy, these e-scripts populate very rapidly, I've never had one take 20 minutes).4. how various parts of Express Scripts and whatever pharmacy benefits management any given plan has engaged are not communicating so it takes >10 minutes for them to gather details about the medication and then that information proves to be incorrect based on the fact that the medication was covered less than 3 months ago?To summarize, they've lost the scripts, or the scripts are broken, and everyone is suffering! Please fix yourself, get a new system, fire the leadership not the workers. NO one has 35 minutes to be on the phone about such a simple question.

      Horrible. Its been a month and I still don't have my medication. Every time my *** answers one of their questions they come back with another question. They will call me with a question for the ******** The customer service **** do nothing to help. They take all the information and then do absolutely nothing, no follow up at all.
