      I have been taking testosterone injections since 2006 after a pituitary tumor removal. When our insurance switched from Medco to express scripts we had a lot of issues. Recently my dr sent over a script for the injection and we didn't hear from express scripts so I called them. They said they never received it. So four more times my dr sent it over and they still didn't get it. They eventually had to do it over the phone. I waited two more weeks, at this time I've been out for a month because this is taking so long, after two weeks I called express scripts and the pharmacy informed me it's no longer available so they canceled it without telling anyone!! Really? Genius!! Now I've been out for 5 weeks. My dr sent over a generic form of the injection a couple days ago and I still don't see it in my active orders. I've been getting this since 2006 why is it such a problem now? The brilliant pharmacist told me if I go too long without it I'll feel fatigue, and sluggish. No kidding!! Above that now I'm a bit irritated!! Is that a side effect as well? Your company started out bad and is only getting worse. Some people rely on these meds. Get it ***************** on members like you to help customers

      In getting one medication filled here for several years, it has never ONCE just worked. There's always a problem. They never communicate clearly about it. And I always come right up to the edge of running out of an important daily prescription. I've spent cumulatively hours on the phone with them, as has my doctor's ******* It's just a nightmare. Truly staggering incompetence.

      37 minutes on hold last week. Called Dr and asked them to resubmit script. 1 hour 39 minutes on hold yesterday. Told I would get a call within 24 hours. Called me at work today and put ne on hold. This has been on going for 2 years. Automated calls to no where and unreasonable hold times. You get nothing but the run around and out of medication for almost 2 months.

      If I could give this company ZERO Stars, I would!/ Avoid them at all cost. They consistently give me a hard time about getting my prescriptions, especially controlled substances. Their PreAuthorization process is nearly impossible to navigate. When contacted, they say they have contacted my doctor, but there is no evidence that they have done so. The doctor consistently says that no one has reached out to them. When the doctor does fill out the PreAuth form, Express-Scripts OFTEN says that the form / process wasn't followed correctly and declines the prescription without contacting the doctor's **************************************************** first level customer service is generally empathetic, if you can reach them (sometimes I've been on hold for an hour, and often I'm on the phone for more than 30 minutes at a time), but rarely can they assist very much To be *****, with the prescriptions that I am on - I am usually calling Express Scripts WEEKLY to try to get something rectified.If there was a way to get this complaint directly to Express-Scripts, I would....but based on the other reviews here, I can see that it is a lost cause.

      Charged me for a 63 day prescription and only received 14 days worth. Was charged for full amount for a typo that said 2 weeks instead of 12. Called express scripts and was told it was the doctors fault.

      If I could rate them a 0 I would. Terrible customer service. Lies about contacting my doctor's and myself. Tried using them on 3 separate occasions through different employers and have never EVER had my proscriptions orders fulfilled. To say they are a joke is an enormous understatement. They were quick to take my money over the phone and here I am...2 weeks later with no medications and no money back. Also had to call my doctor's and have them write new rx's so I don't withdrawal!!!!

      The worst pharmacy to work with. I tried for over a month to get my prescription filled. I had no medication and I told them I was out of medication. They did not care. I thought if I spoke to a pharmacist could help me wrong. They said they would get to the bottom of the problem and call me back. That was a lie If you have the option of using another pharmacy to work with do so. I finally found out that I did have another pharmacy to work with. ACCREDO gave different deductible amounts every time I spoke to them. It ranged from ******* to last time ******. Through ****** speciality my deductible is 0. This is after telling them which of my insurances is primary. I have ******** and the work a full time job that I got insurance from after working for 3 months. They insisted on billing ******** first. I told them information from my.insurance company that my employer insurance is primary They would not do so. ***** time I spoke to accredo.it ranged from **** to 700 Last time when they said after a month they would send it they said they would bill me. They still would not give me an amount They still would not bill mine correctly This was after trying for over a month trying to get my prescription filled If you have another pharmacy that y p.o u can work with do so ****** speciality pharmacy had My prescription delivered within a week

      Worst company. Many different departments not knowing what the other is doing. My dose went up by .2 for an existing prescription and it took 1.5 weeks to get it in their system. No one knew what each department was doing. They outsource their prescription verification and the reps on the phone have no way to talk to these other people. I was told many times that they had not received the doctors orders, then to be told after the fact that they did in fact receive the 3 faxes the doctor kept sending in. The same fax for the same med apparently sends the company into complete shut down because they view them as different prescriptions that need to be each verified, even though it was the same prescription all along. Im currently on the phone with yet another agent to get my script ordered and Im at 72 minutes on the call. And am still being told 48 more hours to verify before I can even call in yet again to get it scheduled for delivery. This is the WORST Company!

      Horrible customer service. Charge your account without consent. Will not take back medication I didn't approve nor refund money. Charged $115 to my account without consent nor do I have autopay active. This pharmacy is a joke and a rip off. Do not recommend putting credit/ debit card on file unless you want to be charged automatically by them.

      Worst experience ever. I was on the phone with them. There was an error in my medication. Instead of finding a solution or explaining to me what happened, I was told that it was my fault and there would be no recourse. It was surreal - especially since these meds are to maintain my diabetes. I kind of need them to live.
