      The absolute worst customer service Ive ever seen in my life. Once I found out they were owned by CIGNA I needed no more information. Every time I go for a prescription refill I have to jump through hoops to get it refilled. The company tells me that if you have a 90 day prescription and you dont get it refilled by the 110th day they basically kick it out of their system and it looks at the script like its new again. Every time I have to get a referral to get my medicine through my doctors office. Most of the people you talk to speak broken English and have no concept of the job. This place is an absolute joke! Its almost like the government runs this place I explained the same story to over 15 people in 3 1/2 hours. With absolutely no resolution nor do they care one bit about customers. Highly suggest you stay far and clear of this company if at all possible

      How is this company still in business??? Every time I need a refill there is a problem on their end of things. New prescription (which was sent), new auth (which was given), I am having to call them ALL THE ***** I should work there I spend so much time arguing and on hold, no one knows what they are doing there. I am so tempted to stop taking this medication just so I don't have to deal with them anymore. WORST EVER, If I could get 0 stars I would.

      I am leaving this pharmacy after today's ********,called three times this month and then they want my doctors to keep calling.i have insurance,it covers the drugs .just send them out to doctor as ordered.this place should be investigated

      Prescription have increased by ****% in 2022. I dont understand how it is legal to only pay for medicine if it is shipped from Express Scripts. I cant wait two weeks to treat infections or get an inhaler that allows me to breathe. We need prescription coverage at local pharmacies.

      I think the main reason I will leave Express Scripts is because their recycling practices are poor. The plastic packing envelopes are not recyclable. It doesn't say so on the envelopes, so I called the company and spoke to a supervisor to find out. He said he did not know, but since it doesn't say so on the plastic packing, then it is probably isn't.
      ****** uses plastic packing envelopes that are recyclable and is usually marked as a "store drop off". So I can then take it to a local grocery store and put it in the recycling bin.
      Express Scripts is sending out material that is hurting the environment, because more trash and more plastic will end up on our landfills and oceans, and will remain there for over 500 years. They are toxic to animals, humans, and the environment according to the Environmental Protection Agency and to many scientists.
      If a supervisor there is reading this, I strongly suggest you do your part in helping, rather than hurting us.

      Worst service ever! My insurance, CIGNA, is making me use this service. My blood pressure is extremely high and Im just hoping I dont die or have a stroke while I wait for my meds!

      Worst experience ever. Horrible customer service, rude representatives. For the life of me I cant understand why a pharmacist and over rule an orthopedic surgeon! But yes they do. My doctor gave them all the info they needed 4 times and I still get rejected for my knee injections. They dont care how much pain you are in. One top of my celebrex there are days where I take 9 Tylenols. I know Im killing my liver, but I dont have a choice at this point. They will tell you you were approved and several days later I get a recording saying I was rejected. This has happened 3 times. I just hope all these people someday are in as much pain as I am in daily and they cant get the injections their doctor prescribed injections. I could see if I was asking for a drug that was addicting or life threatening, but Im not. Im asking for my knees to be lubricated because they are bone on bone.

      I have been trying since June to get my Humira filled -- the reps tell me that the pharmacist is waiting for the doctor to clarify-- my doctor has called several times and has been told that everything looks good and does not know the hold up-- one even said that they will be calling me within 24 hours to set up delivery that was last Monday 10/11 I have been calling since last Wednesday and all they tell me is that they are waiting on clarification -- I even talked to the pharmacist ***** on 10/17/22 -- I have spoken to many reps most recent this week has been Keyambra on 10/17 and ************ 10/19-- both were extremely rude, and not helpful ***** said that she does not know the problem, when I asked for a supervisor to file a complaint about her and Keyambra--she said that she would file the complaint for me.. I have Psoriasis, so I get that it is not a life or death situation but imagine if this is happening to people that do need meds that are and can't get them- Bottom line is they do not know how to do their jobs and people are suffering

      I have extreme frustration with the continued mailing of bills when I've paid this company everything I've owed and verified deducted from my bank account. Before they switched from ExpressScripts to Accredo, I'd have given a 5 star rating. Get your billing right!

      Would not authorize the generic for my prescription that my doctor approved. They were pushing for a different combo that my doctor wouldn't approve. Shouldn't it be up to my doctor? Shouldn't they approve generics that are the same as the name brand? Awful company. I wish employers would stop using this company.
