      My wife is handicap so I'm writing this review for her. She is Type 2 Diabetic. Usually her Lancets and Lite Test strips are covered by ******** Part B. A week ago she spoke with your staff and was told she has to have ******** Part D for her prescription drug plan. Wrong! ******** told her Tricare for Life is her drug plan and they have it on record.Some of your Staff are knowledgeable but some just don't have any clue what they're doing.You are playing with peoples lives and you ought to be ashamed. Doctor sends you the prescription but never filled or canceled without informing **. Don't know you still stay in business when you are so I'll equipped.

      Express Scripts are hands down the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with EVER! For years I have had prescriptions filled without issues for a chronic condition, but ever since being forced to work with ES, I have consistently had trouble filling LIFE SAVING prescriptions. I am reporting them becuase they claim they sent a fill request to my doctors, but they can NEVER get a response. I that means I'm taking time out of my day to chase down my doctors who can never find any of their requests. I will go ahead and state for a fact that this company is EVIL and likely engaging in something very bad. They denied LIFE SAVING prescriptions (i.e., their pharmacist refuses to approve them) which in my opinion could be whatever random person off the street you are taking to as they do not provide a name or qualifications. This company needs to be shut down immediately please. They are wreaking havoc and I will soon consider suing them.

      My husband and I have been forced customers for years due to a contract between them and UAW benefits. Every few months we fight with Express Scripts ineptitude at filling prescriptions. Finally, UAW changed pharmacy at the end of 2022 but Express Scripts claimed our last prescriptions were not sent in throughout December. One particularly important script was sent in electronically 3 times and called in once during this last month and they claimed they never received it. Customer service is nasty when we call. Ridiculously inept customer service employees and management. Thank God we have a new pharmacy as of Jan 1st.

      Horrible pharmacy to deal with. **************** will lie to you, wont let you speak to a pharmacist, and arent knowledgeable about their job. Pharmacist cant read and understand Dr ** constantly asks for clarification because of this incompetence. This wastes time and medication is late getting to patient. They lie. They dont care.

      Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Every single interaction I've had with this company has been a struggle and I have cumulatively spent over 10 hours of my time over the course of a few months talking with them. Their incompetence never fails to amaze me. Why Cigna or any insurance company would use this company for anything is a mystery. Unfortunately, Cigna requires my specialty needs to be filled by then even though my local pharmacy has the same meds on hand. It has been a nightmare. I'm switching insurance next month just to get rid of this Accredo headache.

      Every month when I need a refill, I have to call multiple times, on the phone for hours each time I need to refill a prescription. They will say they need to call back but never will. They will say the order is scheduled, but it won't ship, can't figure out how to bill my card, can't figure out how to use a copay assistance card, text ordering doesn't work, online ordering doesn't work. Any time something is wrong (always) they won't call you. They simply wont ship your medication. Worst company I have ever had to deal with, and it is constant. Every person I have talked to has been completely incompetent, even the supervisors. No one in the company seems to have the ability to get anything done. All they can do is "put in a request" and wait for nothing to happen.

      The customer care team is friendly, but I strongly believe that Acredo has no idea what they are doing. They sent me a text telling me that my script was on the way and will be delivered the next day. After 3 days, I called multiple times (cumulative time on the phone close to 5 hours across 6 calls) and kept getting transferred to different people. 3 of the people I talked to said they would get an answer and call me back. I waited 2 more days and called them once again. Then they told me the issue was with **** So I spent another hour and a half trying to get through to **** They had no record of the package. So I was forced to spend another hour on the phone with Acredo when they finally admitted that they have no idea what happened and it would take a long time to find my package at their Indiana facility (although they did admit that it was on their end, not ***** The package never left their facility. The medication I take needs to be refrigerated. When I told them I would not want the package that has been sitting in their non refrigerated warehouse for a week and a half, they told me if thats the case, they wouldnt be able to ship for another week. I honestly have no idea how these guys are still in business. If my insurance didnt mandate it, I would never use them again.

      Awful company where the right hand does not know the left hand at all and you get a different answer from 2 different people within 5 minutes of calling. My prescription was sent in Dec 20,2022 and I still have not gotten it yet because they can't keep things straight. I actually think they need to be investigated. This is peoples health we are talking about here. Additionally, I was on hold for 40+ minutes 2 of the 3 times I had to call. And another 15 after a transfer.

      Worst prescription company I've dealt with. They have denied several prescriptions and ones they do take they cgarge high fees. I have a life-saving medication that is cheaper with GoodRx than with Express Scripts! Hoping during re-enrollment I can switch to something other than Express Scripts.
