      Express Scripts has failed to provide me with a written formulary for my plan in any form. There is no online resource and when calling to ask for formulary I was told I should have already received in the mail. ( I did not) I was then told I would receive on in the mail after 14 days as they would put a request in on that day. Three weeks and no mail has been received. I have tried calling numerous time with questions regarding coverage and requesting information required by Express Scripts from my physician so I could expedite the process. I was told only my doctors office could access that information. I asked then to speak to someone with a medical degree of any sort to discuss alternative medications available. I was told I could individually search any medications to check coverage. This information is useless as even when I search medications I cannot get information on what the qualifications are to receive a tier 2 or tier 3 medication. I have taken a medication for 18 months after failing treatment on multiple other medications and now that I have new insurance I cannot get information as to what to do next. I have been out of my medication for a month and am suffering with adverse outcomes and was told I could not get expedited consideration on appeal without losing the option for a third appeal if needed. Meanwhile, my health declines and I am unable to receive medication that prevents serious complications. Unacceptable.

      I have been with the Script Service since I became disabled on SSA now every time I get medicine that give a run around about PA requirements. I'm not new to PA being needed but when I medication is not covered by Plan and you make a person submit PA for a medication you know is not covered then have them appeal then say it not covered by Plan try another medication. Then request PA for that medication it is just ******** screwing around with peoples health condition.

      AWFUL company. I am changing the medicine I take for RA just to get away from these people. They couldn't care less about our conditions or missing medicine. I've talked with these folks 17 times since November 1st alone and I'm still no closer to getting my medicine than I was when I began these talks. What they keep saying? Your doctor needs to send a prior authorization. THEY HAVE! 3 times! They don't speak English, they read from a script and they could give two s**** about you or your health. Good luck. Go with someone else. You'll thank yourself later. If a negative rating was possible, they would not be getting a 1 star.

      Absolute nightmare of a pharmaceutical company. They decide what medicines are covered regardless of your doctors recommendation. Then when that medication doesnt work and you go through the approval process they want 4x the copay of an initial fill for the medication that was approved a few months ago.They also charge a penalty to use a local pharmacy.They also charge for prescriptions 4 months after meeting your out of pocket **** It is a full time job trying to make sure they do theirs so you dont end ** in the hospital due to lack of life saving medication.

      Accredo is the absolute worst Specialty Pharmacy I have encountered. They have no idea how to track your medications but they certainly do call you to death to refill them. They have deleted my refills on their website, then they say I have to call for the first refill on a subsequent order (on the same medication) to get the refill then I can use the website. That was last night. NOW, they call me to say I need to call my doctor to get an authorization, that it expired in October. But nothing mentioned last night when I talked to them? This pharmacy has NO idea what they are doing and will bug you to death to refill medications still. I am contacting my Health Insurance to stop using them and have stopped the medication because it is so not worth getting it from Accredo.

      No stars if it was available. Absolutely the worst to deal with. Called about a charge for a prescription in February. It is now November, repeated phone calls from me to them. Each time promised an answer in 48 hours. Never received any response. Now they say the bill is overdue after assuring me it was taken care of 2 months ago. Here we go again with another hour long call with promises from them that will go unfulfilled.

      I have had numerous problems with this company. Very difficult to talk with a live represenative. When you do get one, they transfered me to 3 different reps and still didn't resolve my complaint.
      Can't understand rep most times because of terrible background noise. Charged me for an RX i didn't authorize. Out come pending. By your persciptions elsewhere. Would leave ZERO stars if I could.

      This company made my life h*** for 6 years. Inept, rude, canceled infusions at the last minute. Delayed necessary medical care. Absolutely awful. The only thing they did right was to tell me that my insurance will no longer work with them and I had to go to ********* Allianx. Best thing that has ever happened. Then ******* called back a month later saying that they made a clerical error and my insurance will allow me to use them. I said NO thank you and am so happy to get away from that abusive, incompetent company. Accredo should be shut down permanently. No insurance company should ever work with them. No patient should ever be forced to work with them. They actually cause harm by delaying treatment and causing years of chronic stress.
