      ** they are my prescription insurance thru where I work and it has been a nightmare to get my meds when I need them and now they have just taken 101.00 for a medication that only cost me 22.00 when calling them they give you the run around and make jump thru hoops to have them return money that you didn't give them permission to take in the first place.

      This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. My employer forces us to use this company so I have no other options . Shipping is slow , they have lost or failed to ship many prescriptions , and the customer service does not help to resolve the problem. They never refill your prescription in time to send it before you run out so you have to jump through hoops to pick some up locally to hold you over

      I hate using Express Scripts for my specialty medication. The computer telephone rep is very unhelpful and it is difficult to get to an actual human. It takes forever to get to speak with anyone. Then, once I request a refill, I have to wait for a call back in ***** hrs to schedule delivery. Why can't I do that when I request the refill? If I miss the call back then I have to go through the unhelpful computer telephone rep again. Why is it so hard to get the medicine I need so I can continue to live?

      I have been waiting almost 3 months to get my prescription filled from Accredo. I keep getting the run around every time I call. First it was the co-pay assistance, then they said they needed clarification on the prescription, then it was a problem with their accounts receivable departement. Now today I call and in a span of 10 seconds, I received three different answers. They said they tried to fax me. I said I don't have a fax. Then they said, no it was the Doctor and I challenged them because I had already spoke with my Dr's office, then he said they tried to fax my Accredo account. WHAT??? Finally after being on the phone for an hour, I spoke with a supervisor, Angie J. She informs me that my request will be sent to the Escalation team and that takes 24 to 48 hours then they can send me my medication overnight. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. In order to overnight the drug, their escalation team needs 48 hours. This company is pathetic!

      Accredo and Express Scripts have never once delivered my specialty medication on time. 100% of the time, there is an issue with my account and they do not contact me, I have to reach out to inquire why my order has not shipped. From there, it is often multiple phone calls running around “talking to other departments.”
      Once in particular they entered the wrong information from my prescription for 2 days instead of 28 days, and then had to restart the process. The kicker is, they didn’t catch that until I called asking why I didn’t receive my medication tracking number. If you renew online for ease, just know you’ll have to call a bunch to get any sort of update.
      They also don’t care that I miss my doses of medications, they ask when my next dose is and when I say “tomorrow” they say I won’t get it by then even when I ordered it the previous week.
      Terrible. Heartless. Use any other pharmacy if you can. I am so happy I am changing insurances.

      These guys stink. They insist on shipping my meds via ****** despite my documenting the local ******* incompetence. They never deliver to the house, as *** and **** do with no problem. They leave packages on the ground where my driveway meets the highway. Last week they left a white styrofoam package in a foot of snow in 14 degrees below zero weather. By the time we found it, approximately $600 worth of insulin was frozen solid, and unusable. I have complained to Express Scripts several times, but nothing changes: THEY DO NOT LISTEN, THEY DO NOT CARE, THEY GET PAID BY THE GOVERNMENT NO MATTER HOW POORLY THEY DO THEIR JOB.

      Horrible service. They do not deliver within the time frame quoted. I have been out of my meds for a month now and they say to receive meds is about **** days, it is now 21 days and BOTH of my prescriptions are lost. If you need medicines to stay alive be DO NOT use this company. If you have to just know that you will need to order another refill before you even get your original prescription. Make sure to order 31 days before you run out.

      Hi, I have used Accredo for a a few years now and it has been great besides these last 6 or so months. Accredo has turned to complete s*** I get my medication late every single month. It has resulted me to go back into a flare up. Everytime I ordered my medication it gets changed to a later and later date to ship and this results in me having the take the medication the same day due to being over due for it. No one is any help, they change the delivery date and it constantly gets changed and nobody can help keep a promise of getting my medication on time. Every time someone ask me where I get my medication come I say Accredo but they **** so if you can avoid them I would because they dont care and make you feel the worse youll ever feel. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worse pharmacy.

      Shocked this place is still in business. Theyre so incompetent that if they were a hospital people would die of the common cold everyday. My husband has been calling multiple times a week for over a month to get his prescription filled. He had a change of insurance so it needed to be reapproved by the insurance company. Understandable. This shouldnt take more than a week. Each time he calls whoever he talks to acts like theyve actually done something and h*** get his medicine that week but nothing has happened and no one follows up to tell him something has changed or been cancelled. They cant even manage to change his phone number in the contact info to the correct one. His medicine is not optional and severely impacts his quality of life if not taken timely. If this period of non-use results in a permanent disability, legal action will be taken. By the sounds of the other reviews it could easily be a class action case.

      Accredo is an Incompetent pharmacy. I have to call every time for my wife's chemotherapy drugs because the app never lets me order. When we first used Accredo the app worked a few times then stopped working. Not only is this a hassle but a life threatening issue.I have asked them to fix the problem being unable to order through the app but their IT Techs are incompetent. I have escalated it to a complaint with Management yet to this day it has not been fixed. It has Been 3 years without them fixing it. 3 YEARS!Need to order by the 15th so I get the drugs by 18th yet app always says to call. Constantly getting daily automated phone calls to order 2 weeks before they will allow me to order. Unnecessarily fills up our voicemail box.Calling is a whole other issue. Staff is not trained and rude. Takes 30 minutes on a phone call to get an order placed. If I was able to order through the app it would take 1 minute.Our insurance has been the same, never changed and chemo drugs fully covered. Yet the billing department is inept and incompetent and sent us a bill for several months. After many complaints they apologized for their error. Every month the bill gets lower and lower as they figure out what they messed up but still have a small bill monthly that should not be there as the chemo drug is and has always been fully covered.Incompetent pharmacy. Our insurance makes us use Accredo so we have no choice. Use another pharmacy if you can. Avoid at all costs!
