      This is by far the worst Pharmacy on the planet. As a registered nurse I must WARN you DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They are a multi branched company and they cannot speak to each other only through email. So the shipping team schedules but the pharmacy team cancels the order. So your left with NO MEDICATION. No one is accountable and you cant speak to the same person twice.

      I have Multiple Sclerosis among other issues. Unfortunately all prescription for my Multiple Sclerosis are considered specialty medications. I've had nothing but problems getting my medications with them. I have now switched to getting an infusion due to the issues I had every single time when attempting to get my medications from them. With my Multiple Sclerosis comes insomnia. We finally found a medication that worked. It is a brand name drug so Express Scripts will only allow you fill it twice in a regular pharmacy. Since having to switch to get it through Express Scripts. Again every single month there are issues with getting my medications. I just told my doctor yesterday to find me something else and we'll hopefully find a medication that works and I don't have to use Express Scripts ever again. I've had some excellent experience with some Customer Relations but mostly rude and uninformed Agents. All I can say is avoid them

      I was prescribed a medication for my Rheumatoid Athritis.I had a prior health insurance that didnt work with ******* and I got my specialty medication very fast.I had switched insurances due to a company change and its been over three weeks waiting on my medication.I have called ******* and they told me that they actually couldnt even fill my prescription and told me to look for another pharmacy.Then I had to call my doctor to talk to ******* personally and they said they COULD fill my prescription. My doctors office has records of the names and dates of the people they had confirmed that my Prescription will be filled and will be sent to my house.Over 4 people were talked to ranging in the 3 week range and not one of them had filled my prescription.I am having to yell at people and speak to managers to get anywhere with this company.Absolutely useless.Either they took on too much and cannot fill the prescriptions fast enough or the people they have working for them are completely inept.Now I see that I am not the only ones dealing with this nonsense.I need another specialty pharmacy to deal with because this is not okay.

      Accredo Pharmacy has one of the worst customer services out there. I qualified for $13,000 of copay assistance (after my insurance pays) in 2021. They filed my claim wrong for 3 months of 2021. Every time I called, they said that I did not owe anything. 10 months later, I get a bill for almost $20,000. I called my insurance company and got their end straight, All they had to do was refile my claims. Payment was made in 4 days. After numerous and I mean numerous phone calls to Accredo, I finally got someone that was willing to help me figure the mess out. Now, I owe $2000 and copay assistance will not distribute any funds for 2021. This was clearly not my fault. So now, I have a bill for $2000. I have great insurance, I qualified for a great amount in copay assistance for my dupixent and now I cant get the medicine until the bill paid in full. Keeping in mind that every time I called which was monthly, I was told that I did not owe anything. I log into my account at ******* and it says no balance due.

      I have no choice but to use Accredo. They have never gotten one single order or one single bill correct in the many years I've been forced to use them for specialty medication. If you have a choice, don't choose them.

      The worst! they drag their feet and do everything they can to avoid filling necessary prescriptions. I switched employers in August, today is December 20, 2022 and they still can't seem to figure out how to fill my prescription. This has required multiple phone calls and follow *** with **** *********************** ** Pay assistance, SaveOn, I'm so confused. Aren't you pharmacy benefits administration? Should be called pharmacy benefits denial. If you're working with Accredo for meds, your life is already complicated. This is deplorable. Will someone have to die before action is taken? Read the reviews over and over again people complain about being left without their medications. How will they be held accountable? If you need specialty meds you're likely dealing with some life long disease and the lack of medication will leave you with a significantly reduced quality of life, potentially permanently. In my particular instance it started with a new script from my dr., it was denied - why would you deny a medication I'm already taking with significant risk to abrupt stoppage? That process took two weeks, then after PAPERWORK it was approved - only took a month, this was before Thanksgiving, now I need to sign up with SaveOn except no one told me i needed to join SaveOn, so I got on the phone with SaveOn, turns out I need to sign up for **Pay assistance with the manufacturer. That was done already but no one at SaveOn knew, so I had a week delay while I waited for ExpressScripts, manufacturer **Pay assistance and Express Scripts to sort it out. I called SaveOn with the **Pay assistance information, but ****** didn't tell ExpressScripts so the drug still didn't go. I've now been without it for months and should probably start over with a whole new titration process but the thought of attempting to get another prescription filled with ExpressScripts feels like it will take years off my life. I'll roll the dice, thanks for being patient first!

      If I could do zero stars, I would instantly. They kept saying they sent out my medication over and over and over. By the end of the predicament I had been WITHOUT my medication for 3 MONTHS. They do not care, whatsoever. They are rude and unprofessional. 3 months of mistakes is absolutely absurd. It was one problem after another and none of them were my fault. I have tried to refill my prescription since then, they lost it now I have been without medication for 2 weeks. I cannot stand this special pharmacy.

      If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is horrible and they NEVER send my meds. I have had express scripts for about a year, and NOT ONCE have they ever delivered my medication. Additionally, for my specialty medication, I got a prior auth approved, did a few sessions and then got an $1800 bill for EACH of my medication doses (even though I already hit my out-of pocket ***** Once they found out how expensive my speciality medication was, then they said that they no longer will cover it (IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ****** and I have to try 10 other meds before it, which I already did (thats why I am on my speciality meds) and that I still had to pay "a special co-pay" even though I already had a prior auth and hit my out-of-pocket *** in May. It has been over 3 months since I have been able to get my medication since I just keep getting tossed around. It will land me in the hospital since I cannot get my life savings meds and they couldn't care less.I take a medication that has to be filled at a certain pharamacy and picked up by my dr or his assistant and administered in an office. And even after telling them all this, they are still saying they will only cover my medication if I order it online and getit shipped to my house through Express Scripts and accredo EVEN THOUGH THEY CANNOT FILL IT AND WHAT THEY ARE ASKING ME TO DO IS ILLEGAL! I have hired a lawyer, but Express Scripts is REFUSING to give me my call, email, chat and all other MEDICAL RECORDS with them, which is also illegal.I am disabled so I have dealt with a lot of medication and medical coverages, but this it the absolute worst. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone. It's basically like not having medication coverage to begin with. To put it even more into perspective, Express Scripts is the pharmacy benefit for King ******** but King ******* knows the pharmacy ***** soooo bad, that King ******* is no longer going to take Express Scripts. Absolute garbage. THE WORST PHRMACY EVER

      Ordered from express scripts once 6 years ago. Paid when I ordered. Never received the prescription. They claimed they delivered and couldn't send it again and wouldn't issue a refund. I get a call today from national recovery claiming I owe express scripts $37.50 for that same prescription. Typical for express scripts - take the money and claim the meds were delivered then refuse a refund even though there's no proof the meds were ever received. Anthem has a big interest in pushing this company, but you have the right to use your own pharmacy. Don't be bullied into using a company that refuses to replace missing prescriptions after you've paid for them.

      Accredo is the worst pharmacy We are still not able to refill prescriptions online for the past 2 years. We have contacted tech support multiple times and they have opened another case months ago and still haven't fixed the problem.We have yet to hear back from them. Nor have they fixed the problem.When we login we always get this message.Available Refill Please call to refill this prescription.Unbelievable that a large company like Accredo can not figure out why a refill can not be processed online through either the app or website. Having to sit on hold for ***** minutes to refill a prescription is just unacceptable.And several times calling and getting a confirmed delivery date, the prescriptions never came. Having us have to call again.Reps are rude.
