      Find a pharmacy that cares about your well-being, Accredo definitely does not! They do not even have the common courtesy to let you know that your medicine did not ship as scheduled, and you will be stuck waiting all day at home for expensive life saving medicine that you have to be present to sign for . 4 failed attempts in 7 days, with not one phone call to inform me that it wasnt coming. They will tease you by sending you medicine that changes your life for the better, and then you go through h*** trying to get a refill even after your prescribing doctor does everything they need to. If you use this company, beware that your health is in their hands and they do not care if you are a week or more late receiving your medicine.

      I was told Saturday that I would have an Rx sent out on Monday. It's now Thursday and I have to take my meds Friday.They created a new prescription with my doctor and didn't tell me. I called to inquire where my medicine is and they needed doctor ********* Nobody contacted me to say there's a snagor anything, they would have let me lapse having my medicine.The absolute worst.

      I'm submitting this for catharsis more than anything else. Express scripts will not be able to change regardless of negative reviews. I can't believe how many people I had to talk to today just to switch from ship-to-home services back to retail. I had to explain to things to representatives that they did not know themselves (such as the existence of a entire department like the active choice team ...which may actually be called member's choice team, juries out.) I would insist for them to double check the information they provided with their supervisor...every time they asked supervisor, the representative was like "actually my supervisor said we can do that for you." These issues are not at all the fault of the representatives, who were all very nice and really try to help, despite their evident lack of information. Though Im sure that managers are more than fine with blaming those underneath them. We all know this type of culture all too well. It is very clear from my 2 hour interaction with this company today that there is clear a lack of training support. I do think there is a culture of passing of buck to the next representative ....not because they are lazy but because express scripts does provide good employee support or properly assess education needs. Shame on the *** and others at the top of this hierarchy their lack of care for patients, the health care system, and their employees' needs is truly shameful. Its goes beyond a failure of competence ..its a moral failing.

      This pharmacy is totally incompetent. Prescriptions are not filled in a timely manner. They alter dates so that they don't reflect date that prescription is received by them, but instead put date that they finally start processing. The last few months have been horrible. They held up 2 orders to confirm my address. I have lived at same address for 14 years and receive orders from them regularly. The most problematic is when (I feel intentionally) hold up prescriptions when there is a pending price increase. I received a letter in mid October that was dated September 30, 2022 stating that one of my prescriptions was changing from Tier 2 to Tier 3. This would have been a price increase of approximately $35. I called them about another matter and was told that it would actually be a Tier 4. This would be a price increase of $194.92 according to Express Scripts. Express Scripts held the refills for 10 plus days so that I would not get them in a timely manner. They called again before Christmas to confirm my address AGAIN and assured me medication would be filled by end of 2022. Yesterday, i looked at my account online and see that the prescription was cancelled because they were out of stock. No phone call or text. No telling me it would be shipped when it was available. CANCELLED. Since this was a controlled substance I would have to get another prescription and pay the huge price increase. I don't have the money to do that, so i will go without this medication and have to continue paying a monthly fee of $69.70 until we have open enrollment for ******** again. I will not be using this company again. The convenience of mail order was great for someone in poor health, but, now I cannot rely on them to deliver my medicine in a timely manner or to deliver it at all.

      They force customers to use specific medicine and pharmacies that aren't always the best. My employer added them and tried to say this would reduce our costs, which is a lie, this doubled my costs out of pocket.

      My wife is handicap so I'm writing this review for her. She is Type 2 Diabetic. Usually her Lancets and Lite Test strips are covered by ******** Part B. A week ago she spoke with your staff and was told she has to have ******** Part D for her prescription drug plan. Wrong! ******** told her Tricare for Life is her drug plan and they have it on record.Some of your Staff are knowledgeable but some just don't have any clue what they're doing.You are playing with peoples lives and you ought to be ashamed. Doctor sends you the prescription but never filled or canceled without informing **. Don't know you still stay in business when you are so I'll equipped.

      Express Scripts are hands down the absolute worst company I have ever dealt with EVER! For years I have had prescriptions filled without issues for a chronic condition, but ever since being forced to work with ES, I have consistently had trouble filling LIFE SAVING prescriptions. I am reporting them becuase they claim they sent a fill request to my doctors, but they can NEVER get a response. I that means I'm taking time out of my day to chase down my doctors who can never find any of their requests. I will go ahead and state for a fact that this company is EVIL and likely engaging in something very bad. They denied LIFE SAVING prescriptions (i.e., their pharmacist refuses to approve them) which in my opinion could be whatever random person off the street you are taking to as they do not provide a name or qualifications. This company needs to be shut down immediately please. They are wreaking havoc and I will soon consider suing them.

      My husband and I have been forced customers for years due to a contract between them and UAW benefits. Every few months we fight with Express Scripts ineptitude at filling prescriptions. Finally, UAW changed pharmacy at the end of 2022 but Express Scripts claimed our last prescriptions were not sent in throughout December. One particularly important script was sent in electronically 3 times and called in once during this last month and they claimed they never received it. Customer service is nasty when we call. Ridiculously inept customer service employees and management. Thank God we have a new pharmacy as of Jan 1st.
