      It's just insane! I can't believe this is a specialty pharmacy anymore. No one there transfers information to the other one. I went through c*** last week trying to get new insuance information to one girl - she didn't even understand what ******** was! For ****'s sake, hire someone that knows. She didn't enter it in right, the next day they called and said they needed my insurance information. Then they said that everything was okay when I called to check up. Well, guess what? Today they called and said my insurance refused to pay for the medication I was supposed to get today!!! They didn't transfer the information to the department that handles this other medication. So I don't get my medication today!! Wonder how many lawsuits they get? You might as not well go on their website cuz it's all inaccurate information. Or their emails! I can't believe they operate. Dealing with them is worse than what I'm dealing with medically. When I see their name come up on my phone, I shudder!! No kidding. This has been on and on and on. My doctor *********** is coming up, going to talk to him about a new specialty pharmacy. This company has no one to oversee them?

      If I could give zero starts I would. They are completely incompetent of their job. Have no understanding of note taking, and do not follow through when they state they will/wont do something. Unfortunately my insurance company owns them and requires us to use them (which to me is completely unethical). Started trying to get my medication mid November. Its now Jan. ******* every 2 days with some form of no ins auth (which I had) or no response from doc about issue with script (the doc has now sent 6 scripts and it shows on my account on my end). Newest issue is they finally call for delivery- say I owe $1350 but I had spent 4 hours on the phone with them on Friday spelling it out that I had a manufacturer copay card as well as additional copay assistance. Said it wasnt in my account anymore? Asked which cc on file to charge. For ten minutes I went back and forth with them stating do not charge my cc I do not give permission- charge the copay card that has preloaded funds. They acknowledged that and then I still woke up today with a notice from my cc company stating I had a charge from this company (its parent company express scripts) of the exact amount I had refused them to charge. Unreal. The amount of time I have spent fighting this company and still have no medication to show for it. Thank goodness its not a life or death medication but still this company should be banned from taking on any patients. If you can avoid them- run while you can

      If I could *** this company I would. My son has severe EOE which is very painful and he has to have injections once a week. My son is TRIPLE covered by insurance and one of his secondary insurances changed in December. Accreedo not only failed to notify my son's doctor's ****** of this change but they waited over a month and the *** AFTER his expected medication delivery to tell me that they canceled his prescription. All because ONE insurance was changed when they could bill the other two companies. Wow did I have a field day on the phone with 10 different people I was passed around to for over two hours. They are all having a bad day I hope. My day has been ruined and I am beside myself worried about my son. My son has been on this medication for 20 weeks and is now going to relapse because ACCREEDO dropped the ball. Not ONE single person was compassionate about this. They are only in the business to make the most money. ZERO compassion for their patients. I even told a customer service agent that I would like to speak to someone who is has compassion towards children! I want this company out of business!!

      Have run out of my diabetes medications because it takes them so, so long to fill prescriptions. Received the refill prescription on 1/4, called them 1/10 to say I was going to run out. They said they would rush the order. Well, it's still processing, as it has been for a week. This is not the 1st time this has happened.

      They ****! They do NOT, will NOT make exceptions for drugs (name brand) that are ordered by doctors regardless if you have tried the generic version and it does not work for you. They stopped covering the number 1 used thyroid medication in the world last year. I have to work with the manufacturer to get it now because generic does not cut it for me. Joke's on ES, I get it cheaper now anyway than I did with them. Now, they will not fulfill another brand prescription from my Endocrinologist and want to charge me thousands for it. Imagine that, they get to tell an educated doctor their call on how and what to treat their patients with is not acceptable. Did they get their Medical Degree in every field to tell a doctor how to treat their patients? Because that what it is basically...And their poor reps. have to tell people this news day in and day out. I hope they swallow their whole pill supply and OD on their own ********. I hope someone takes this company apart.

      Struggling to get my first dose of medication shipped. Twice it has been scheduled, but not confident it will actually come. After 5 calls, when I spoke to someone AFTER everything was supposedly in order, they said I do not have prior auth (which I had gotten 2 weeks prior) and had 2 accounts for some reason, but they couldn't delete the duplicate even though I've NEVER used this pharmacy until now. Twice they have tried to charge me close to $700 for meds I have a co-pay card for through manufacturer (they have this on file too) so should be $0 cost to me. What a nightmare and I think MOST people would have just given up on trying to get the meds by now. Wish I could move it, but I'm stuck processing through them.

      This is the worse option to have. They arent like regular pharmacies. If your insurance needs an authorization from the provider they do not call you nor your doctor. When I realized my medication was at the end of it they advised of the authorization needed. They had this prescription for a whole month and never notified. But now they billed my insurance and myself in medication I still didnt receive because their computer system will not allow an override for me to just get at the pharmacy and they didnt have any available. Countless calls not resolved. My health is at a risk thanks to their process and they took my insurances money.

      Simply awful. Once again my prescriptions have been delayed because a rep ***** do what they said they would do. I proactively phoned to make sure the correct card was being charged, was assured that all was clear, only to get an email the next day saying my order had been delayed due to payment issues. Had to call AGAIN and eventually spoke with a supervisor who could care less, no sense of responsibility or customer service. Wow.

      Over a week trying to get my brother's medicine. Worst customer service experience EVER. You'll get no concrete answer, than transfered, than put on hold only to have your call dropped. They were waiting for a letter from Dr's office over the holidays, Dr wasn't in, called Dr. faxed letter over dr said everything was good, called pharmacy they were still waiting. Called express scripts they denied claim, said dr didn't respond in time, they denied him the same day letter was faxed. Within an hour of receiving the letter claiming they didn't get it on time. Said I could talk to appeals dept. On hold for 4 hours then disconnected. Not once did I get an explanation of what was happening or going on,not 1 question was answered correctly. Even the Dr's office said they were a nightmare. I was in tears after a week of calling and problem is still not resolved and my brother is still with out meds. Dr is not in process of appealing. If your in need of medicine you can do without, like to be stressed out to the point of crying, like arguing with people, never getting an answer or being treated like garbage this is the company you want. Otherwise find another company. Seriously worst consumer experience in my life. I hope this helps somebody. I truly wouldn't trust them with my prescription needs.

      horrible service. took 25 min to cancel a prescription. 5 of those were just trying to push through he phone tree to get to someone. as a primary care provider this was very time consuming and frustrating.
