      One star is too much. I cannot even explain how frustrated these people make me. I have a life long pre-auth on my medication. I changed insurance companies. Still have a life long pre-auth on my medicine. My new insurance company called Accredo three times to confirm they would be paying. Accredo did not want to deal with the new company EVEN THOUGH THE PREAUTH AND INSURANCE WAS CONFIRMED OVER AND OVER. They wanted to keep running it under a company that I don't even have drug coverage with anymore. I have gotten this medicine for over 7 years. They refused to fill it. I was left with no other choice than to go to another specialty pharmacy and I am so glad I did. I just don't get it. I am exhausted over fighting for what is mine. Do better, Accredo. Do better.

      This pharmacy has by far been the worse we have ever dealt with on a professional level. We are a providers office who utilized them to obtain specialty medications in order to perform our procedures and 2+ weeks turn around time or "losing" the ** is not acceptable. They are not properly trained and when you call to follow up or use their chat feature they offer the answer is always "it's processing." We have even been advised that **'s are not covered only to find out by the patient's insurance company that the claims were paid and it is covered. Zero stars should be an option.

      Absolutely the most disorganized hot mess Ive ever seen in a pharmacy. They failed to send my IV medication for severe Crohns disease to the doctors *because they claimed they didnt have the address of the doctors* ???? My infusion was rescheduled and I had to take more time off work. They began calling me daily, leaving catastrophic sounding voice mails, saying they must speak to me immediately because they need more information. Id call back and theyd say they dont know why they called. This happened multiple times. They put me on hold and never returned; I hung up after 15 min. Theyre a disaster.

      If I could give a NO STAR rating I would. This company is 100% incompetent! It takes over 1 months for our patient's to get their Medications because of administrative errors by Accredo staff and managers. Too much time and energy to get them to fill prescriptions.No ***************** should contract their prescription coverage with Accredo.

      Absolutely worthless my doctor keep sending the pre authorization for them to know that I'm diabetic but express scripts don't care and keeps rejecting my prescription

      Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. Countless useless phone calls, no one knows anything except empty phrases that their call center staff is taught. They need to be reported to CDC, HHS, etc.

      Worst company around. I have been dealing with a bill since November that was paid by a copay card. Accredo sends me a past due invoice and then tells me it will be paid by the copay card and not to worry about it. They have billed the same bill 3 times to the copay company. This past weekend I received a collection letter on a bill that was paid. I will no be get a lawyer

      Awful service having been told numerous times my prescription was in its way after two weeks contacted them again and now been told will be ten more days. They also told me because of f their own error two times I would not be charged and are now saying I will be charged. The pharmacist told be expedited shipping and no charge then they said yes I would be charged that the pharmacist didnt have authority to tell me that. Express scripts you have some major serious issues. I am going to be filing a complaint against you for sure!

      From the time that my doctor sends a prescription to Express Scripts until they delivery typically takes ***** days. They send the order to DHL who transfers it to ***** Express Scripts refers delays to DHL. *** says they are waiting for **** to pick it up. **** says they are waiting for DHL to give it to them. There is no sure way of tracking and Express Scripts has absolutely no interest in timely deliveries. I cannot tell you how many times my glucose sensors were delayed two weeks and I could not check my blood sugar. Now it has been ten days since my doctor ordered a new diabetes medication since Express Scripts is out of Trulicity, and my blood sugar is out of control.

      I would give 0 if I could. Quoted $198 for med and billed over $5000! I offered to send med back but they wont take it. I have spent, this far, 16 hours on the phone being lied to, shuffled, hung up on and still no resolution. They refused to speak with my insurance rep to assist with this issue. I feel like I am being extorted. I agreed to $198, HOW CAN THE **** ME OVER $5000?!!? Still no resolution and every time I call I have to explain the whole situation again we reinvent the wheel.
