      Express Scripts sent a $25 bill to collections (without calling me first) which I had ALREADY PAID. Got a call from a collection agency, and rather than deal with the nightmare that is Express Scripts customer service, I just paid it again to (hopefully) be rid of them. Functionally this is extortion. Hope it doesnt hurt my credit. Run, dont walk, to any other pharmacy.

      Really awful. My wife needs a specialty medication. The doctor had sent the prescription and prior authorization. They couldn't find anything. Kept saying they didnt have the insurance even though someone had seen it. Refused to take it. "It all takes **** days". Zero effort to make it better. My wife will be out of medication tomorrow. I asked to speak to a supervisor who addressed me as "Mr." and my first name like she was 6. Would avoid them at all cost.

      If I could give them zero stars I would! Thank goodness I used a gift card for my scripts. They double billed the card and I had to jump through hoops to get through to them to correct it. When I checked the balance on the card to make sure I got the credit, I noticed 7 fraudulent charges on the card that happened the very next day after talking to them. This was the only time I used this card and no one else had access to it. Worst company and a total scam!! Thank goodness I didnt use my actual bank card!

      With a change in work, my medical insurance also changes and I was forced to get my child's medication from Accredo vs. the other big chain pharmacy. I had NEVER had issues filling my child's medicine and as soon as it was switched to Accredo, all I have had is issues. The doctor has had to send three approvals to Accredo... for the same medicine and we've had the runaround for months now where her medicine has not been filled. Like others on the thread - they give you the runaround my saying the prescription is out of stock.The experience has been terrible, but now I'm just terrified my child won't get her medicine that she needs.How do they get away with this?

      I would give 0 stars if I could, denied a medication I need that no other company has had a concern with, for no reason. Horrible customer service experience as well, bounced around and no actual help offered. If you are an employer reading this PLEASE choose ANY other company for your associates to use, this one is absolutely horrid

      This is the worst pharmacy service I have ever worked with. They force you to go with their mail order. Not only that, they dont always have my medication and when they granted a waiver, I went to pick up my medicine and they only approved a 30 day after they told me they approved a 90 day supply. I could give other examples of poor service. I have not had 1 easy process with express scripts when it comes to my medication.

      Their concern is their bottom line. Customer value means nothing and the exhibit this with the lack of support yo their customer. They mail out ***************************** you don't ask for or order and the prescriptions you order and need get delayed, lost or never sent.This company is the worst.

      The worst medication insurance Ive ever used. Wish my employer would switch. I have a brain tumor and have made my life extremely difficult
